Porters did all of the flooring in my new build home and I couldn't be happier! First off, the whole team is helpful and service oriented. They helped me when I was stuck on design choices. They advocated to get my tile in a timely manner when there was a delivery issue. They installed tile, carpet, vinyl, and LVP in my home and all of it looks amazing!

We were COMPLETELY satisfied with all of our purchases over the past couple years, which included three Flex Steel sofas, one sofa chair, two nightstands, one large dining table and chairs, one round smaller dining table and chairs, and several table lamps. The sales people have always been very friendly and helpful, and were honestly just a real pleasure to work with.
We had no issues at all with delivery. They showed up on-time, and they took very good care to not damage our walls/floors, etc. Once the delivery team left, we did notice damage to the round table, which we believe happened at the factory, but it was quickly rectified once we called Porters to let them know. We received the replacement top within a couple of weeks without issue. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality furniture, and in-fact, I just recommended Porters to a friend today.

My husband and I purchased two sofas in the middle of March. The sales ladies were friendly and very informative about the fabric selection and ordering process. However, I was highly unimpressed with the customer service following our purchase. We were told we'd get our sofas in the beginning of August. The end of July came around and I hadn't heard anything.
Each time I wanted information, I had to be the one to call. Towards the end of August, I called again because it was closer to the time and nothing was communicated. Again, I was told they'd be here the following week which was wrong. The next time we called, we set up a date and time for the couches to be delivered. We were given a specific time and our couches didn't arrive for another 2 1/2 hours.
They claimed they gave me a window of time, but I would not have rushed my morning if that was the case. After the couches were delivered, the two men quickly scurried away before we could look them over. I understand they have no control over the delays, but better communication would've been nice. Especially after paying in full up front. Thankfully our couches are beautiful, but the poor customer service will defer me from using them for any other furniture needs. Get flexsteel, but get it somewhere else!

Brenda was great working with me over the phone, sent me pictures on my phone to save me an extra trip to the store to see press back chairs. I was able to order the chairs over the phone. Picked up chairs a week later at the store, lady that waited on me was great also. Chairs were priced reasonably and pretty much matched our set, quality was good. Thank you Porter Furniture.

Nice selection of living room furniture - specifically sofas and loveseats that we were looking at. However: Salesperson followed us around the whole time and did not let us have any time alone to discuss opinions, prices, etc. Felt uncomfortable, even though we did have a nice person helping us. Ended up not going back specifically because of that.
It was a shame because we did really like the furniture, but we did feel very pressured. Prices were fair though. I would probably go back and give them a second chance, and ask to be left alone until we need help. Good luck if you decide to give them a try!
