I placed an order for 2 umbrellas and requested a re-sling for one of my lounge chairs in Feb 2022. As of today, June 3rd 2022, I've heard nothing back from Kristin or anyone from the company. I've called several times each week for the past 2 weeks and not once has someone returned my call or responded to my emails. It's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to do business in this manner.
I have been patient with APF and have waited months without bothering them as I understand supply chains and vendor availability has been impacted in the past couple of years. At the very least, I expect communication and a response in a timely manner. I'm extremely disappointed with APF and will not do business again with them.

UPDATE: In early April, the owner of All Patio apologized profusely and told us that we would have our lounge chairs done by May 1st. It's May 19th and still no chairs. No contact, no returned phone calls, no communication at all. I just want my chairs done. as they were paid for, in full, because I was lied to and told they were finished. The sad story of my year with All Patio: I had two sets of 1960's patio furniture that needed restoration.
One set consisted of five chairs, one ottoman, and a table that needed to be powder coated blue and have the white straps replaced. The second set had four hoop chairs and four chaise lounge chairs that needed to be powder coated black and rewrapped with pink cord. For the second set, I chose the pink color cord based on samples I was shown during the furniture pick-up and left a 50% deposit on June 28, 2021.
On August 5th, 2021, the business called to say the order was finished and requested payment to set up delivery. I paid the balance over the phone. Up to this point, everything was fine. On August 10th, the four pink hoop chairs were delivered but the blue and white set was not. I was also told that the company did not have enough pink cord to finish the four lounge chairs, even though I paid in full and was told the job was done.
I started to worry. On August 11th I was told that the blue and white set would not be delivered that day and said that they were waiting to deliver in case they needed to pick up the pink chairs to re-cord them using a different color. I explained that I didn't want another color. I ordered pink and was expecting that color on all the furniture. I was told that the sales manager was out and would contact the cord manufacturer and get back to me.
On August 12th, I was told that pink was special order and I would have to either choose another color or wait. The pink was what we wanted, chose, and paid for. IN FULL. I stopped by the shop on August 21, 2021 to look at colors. We chose to wait for the pink. Our blue/white set was still at the shop! Never delivered! I was told that the pink cord was 8 weeks out (mid-October).
On October 22 the store used white cord and pink arms on one chair to see if the white would look good. It did not. I called and spoke to Kristin, since the person I had been in contact with was no longer with the company. The plan was to wait for the pink cord. They said there would be an extra cost for a special order, but she would speak to the owner to try to make this job right.
I just wanted my chairs back. but paying extra for a job that was already paid for (and months late) was not going to happen. Every few weeks for MONTHS I was told by the sales manager that she would "find out and have to get back to you on that." She never did. Once I posted my original review in April 2022, the owner of the company contacted us immediately and said he would make things right.
He said the pink lounge chairs would be done by May 1st, then May 30th, then he said he'd deliver them to us with a refund by May 31. He never showed up as he said he would (TWICE!). He made excuses for everything while telling us that he had more business than ever. I don't see how, in the information age, that anyone would use a business with such a poor reputation.
To each their own, I guess. I can't recommend this business. The man who does the work in the shop is fantastic (and the owner said he this artisan in the shop is 78 and is training an apprentice, but that he doesn't seem to be learning as quickly as they'd like). The management is. well. "I'll have to get back to you on that." Update (6-2-22): My wife received a text with the amount All Patio is going to refund us (which does not address the fact that we now have pink furniture that will never match the other furniture) but, whatever.
