Great hotel, nice and comfortable beds, quiet rooms, big rooms! Location is good, easy to reach and close to everything but with parking slots available. Service and breakfast were on par with the hotel and rooms, good quality products and fresh bakery. I would recommend.

The accommodation has been ok. Room size was not big but ok for a hotel room. Furnishing is a bit "old-style". The glass front of the shower was difficult to move and metal parts partly rusted. Nice and large garden. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel charged my credit card twice on Sept. 16th and 22nd but I only booked and stayed one night from Sept. 14th till 15th.

They do not refund the unjustified charge which makes me extremely angry. Instead they sent to Booking.com literally a false statement: "On the 20th September he called me and he said me that at 8 pm he would be arrive in my hotel and he make a reservation without booking.com. He didn't arrive and I had free room, that evening I said no at a lot of people because we were full." Fact is that I am back in Switzerland since Sept. 17th and started working again on Monday Sept. 20th making it completely unreasonable and illogic that I would have booked a room for another night there.

It is more than 600km away from the place where I live and work. All this can be proven but I did not get any proof from Booking or the hotel that a second reservation was made on Sept. 20th which does not exist. Given these circumstances I do not recommend the hotel. I would not stay there again. I would not give them my credit card again. I recommend everyone to be extremely careful about this.

I will do whatever it will take to get the unjustified second charge from my credit card back. Given that I paid 2 nights but only booked and stayed one night, the value for money was not ok.

I recommend staying here. Anna is a delight and all of the staff are super friendly.

Loved this place and was sad to see it go. The owner is a wonderful woman. Another business gone. Too bad because she will be greatly missed.

Amazing place! Latisana is a small village on a river, there's not that much hotels around - and despite this Bella Venezia is very comfortable! We took an apartment - big rooms, kitchen, balcony. Lots of things for breakfast - boiled eggs, yogurts, toasts, cakes, tea-coffee, juices, flakes and so on. Private parking, nice city and everything that is near it - several wineries, Bibione - which is counted as one of the best beaches in this region, and something else - couldn't see everything in two days :

Twice visited this location. First time i was alone and still felt alone in the store. A couple of people moving around but could not tell of they were customers or employees as neither ask me if I needed help. Second time I was with my family. Again, the staff completely ignored or simply did not offer any assistance as we walked through the store admiring pieces. After 10 minutes or so my wife suggested that we leave since clearly no one wanted to help us. Ethan Allen certainly greeted us and help us furnish our living room.

Beautiful pieces, great service, but if you're looking for inexpensive items this isn't the place to go. They have items of quality, with the price tag to match.

This store is gorgeous. They have wonderful pieces, big and small.from large furniture items to accessories like light switch covers. Great place to shop if you gravitate towards old world, tuscan, spanish, Mediterranean styles. Rich colors, plush fabrics.solid wood.custom pieces. Very impressive. We aren't moving to SCV as we initially planned, but we will still utilize this store for our new home.

Owner is beyond rude! She just lost a good client. After purchasing thousands and thousands of dollars, I had a piece of artwork that was too large for the space I intended it to go on. I tried to return it for just a store credit or exchange it for something else and the owner wouldn't let me. Then she became extremely rude and speaking to her co-workers in Spanish not knowing I knew what she was saying.

My wife absolutely loves this place. They have everything you need to warm up your home. The decor they have is very unique to SCV. Their inventory takes you beyond the typical home decor stores in the area. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was awesome. She walked with us and helped my wife make her choices. They have very good taste here so if you're looking for items that are not run of the mill, then this is your spot.

I have been here many times now and I love there furniture and home decor I would say the best inventory in Santa Clarita For sure I'll comeback.

Really, truly love this place! All hard-wood, unique furniture pieces. Owner and employees very friendly and helpful- open 7 days a week. I like that they offer custom furniture too for different size spaces. Only have a few pieces from here so far, but my next purchase will definitely be an upholstered headboard!

I get nothing but compliments when people come into my home, The furniture and pieces are all very high quality and look spectacular in my home. Hortencia and Fonzie have always been helpful in helping and giving ideas. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I came here right at 10am which is the time in which store opens. Nothing. Nobody here to open doors and i had come to pick up a chair which was already paid for. Very annoying and disappointing that they cannot even keep to office hours. An employee finally showed up at 10:20 without an apology and blown up attitude. Wow.

I stopped in to look at a few items. They have nice things however the place is certainly not stroller friendly and the guy there did absolutely nothing above and beyond to help us. I regretted making the detour to stop by but maybe they were just having an off day?

My entire house is furnished by Bella Venezia! The furniture and home decor are one of a kind. Hortencia and her crew have a knack with decorating and offer great suggestions. The customer device is incredible. They are always kind and they all seem passionate about the decor. Hortencia even came to my house and helped me with decoration ideas - which I get compliments to this day!

This store has the MOST GORGEOUS home accessories. I've purchased several of their knick knacks in the past, and those are still with me today, in perfect condition thanks to their great quality. If you just purchased a large expensive home and want to decorate it to the nines, COME HERE.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a table, it came a week later than what we were told. When the table finally came, it had one leg longer than the other three. We were told that the table was on back order and would not be in for 2 months! They let us use the faulty table until the replacement table arrived. 2 months later we were told that it would be another month.

During this time we noticed that one chair was also defective and had one end higher than the other. During this time we also had to switch out the table bench because it was also defective with one leg higher than the others. 3 months later we got the table. However, it is now almost a year later we have not received the replacement chair. When we asked for a discount for all of inconvenience, we were told "no sorry" by the owner.

She seems to have an attitude and poor customer service skills. They need to order quality furniture from their supplier and at the very least apologize when they sell you expensive furniture that is defective. we love that style of furniture, but now we would rather driver to Burbank or other places to buy our stuff. Stay away from this place!

I love this store. I've purchased several pieces for my home from them: an entrance way console, an oversized tv stand, and 2 beautifully distressed/turquoise painted pieces in my daughter's bedroom. The furniture is solid wood. Not one piece of mdf in anything. Check the local clipper/smart shopper coupon mags for 10% Off coupons (on the back). It's nice to have a store owner and her sons helping you, instead of a vulture-like salesperson at the mass stores. Everytime I need something I stop in here first.

If you are looking for real wood - this is the place to go! Awesome pieces and customer service. I went back to get a 6ft console table that I wanted but it had been sold. So the owner ordered another for me and it arrived within two days. Lots of wrought iron pieces and large dark wood furniture. Great prices for real wood. I will be going back for more furniture.
