Terrible products, missing pieces for installation, the holes don't line up, the instructions are straight wrong and good luck getting any response from them. Don't waste your money, buy anything else.

Great company with some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Very pleasant and professional, always easy to work with. They are great at what they do and it shows. Laura is an absolute sweetheart. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended!

This business is deserving of no stars. Based on our one experience with InsideSource, I would recommend you steer away from their services. Our order was relatively small (under $10K) and was extremely time sensitive in nature. We made sure they knew our tight timeline every step of the way, and they confirmed a timely delivery. Not only did our order not make the confirmed delivery date, actual delivery has been postponed twice already, and two weeks later, we are still awaiting delivery.

No advanced notice was given of the delay. In fact, we received an email (not even a phone call) at 3pm, one business day prior to our scheduled delivery informing us that 1) our order would not be delivered as scheduled and 2) they didn't even know where our order was and when it would actually get here. They attempted to offer us loaner chairs, but what they had were poor options.

We had to scramble last minute to find suitable replacements. We can only assume that our account coordinator misrepresented the status of our order and didn't actually put in our order when she said she did. We are more than disappointed with their lack of ownership over their mistake, their poor follow through, and lack of professionalism. It goes without saying that we will never work with them again.

Our experience with One Workplace in San Jose, on the other hand, was seamless. If professional, honest and dependable service is important to you, I recommend you give One Workplace a call.

Nancy Kusich at Inside Source did an outstanding job of sourcing and delivering key pieces of furniture for our company expansion. Good pricing, great service, and huge selection. I would highly recommend the Inside Source team and look forward to working with them in the future.

The energy and creativity at Inside Source are almost tangible. This is a company that has grown from a small used office furniture outlet to a great source of contemporary business environment design -- not just stuff, but work spaces that truly encourage collaboration and employee interaction. I've been fortunate to work with them on several projects, and have a lot of admiration for Dave, Kristen and the leadership team, as well as everyone I have worked with from operations to logistics. Good people, good results!

I love me some Inside Source! We've worked with them on many commercial interior projects, including our own office. They've always been really responsive and great to work with. Such nice & friendly people.

Inside Source is my company's preferred vendor for beautiful and aesthetically pleasing furniture. Not only are their designs elegant, modern and functional, but their sales representatives are top notch as well. I have worked with Lesley and Kori on coordinating selection and deliveries to a few of our offices and both times have been superb.

If we ever had an issue or question, both were quick to respond and able to give the necessary information we required. I would highly recommend this company based on all experiences I have had, and I look forward to working with them again.

Inside Source has been wonderful to work with. We have used them several times, but most recently we expanded our office onto two additional floors. All of my contacts (Jill, Lesley and Kori) are very quick to response with any questions I have during the entire project and they have no problem throwing in an extra effort to help get things done. I never had to worry about furniture arriving or being set up correctly. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and the product I received. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Inside Source. Thanks

No doubt a very easy company to work with, I have used Inside Source on 3 office moves and I am currently working on my 4th! Having to work with Lisa makes my life a lot easier not only does she know her stuff about furniture her vision on what looks nice is very helpful. What is most important is the quality of their product and from where "I'm sitting" it is top notch.

Inside Source will immediately address anything that was delivered damaged (this happened once or twice but it's NOT uncommon) customer service is a priority for them and any issues are handled in a timely fashion. I look forward in continuing my relationship with Lisa and Dave and the rest of the team.

I have dealt with Inside Source in New York and New Jersey markets. It was a pleasure to work with Lisa Giordano, her attentiveness to projects small or large are one of a kind. I have completed many challenging projects with the Inside Source team. The design team as well as costumer service are impeccable, floor plans are well done as well as all lead times from MFG are met.

Inside Source is very creative with their solutions for any situation that is presented to them. Inside Source provides great costumer service and treat all their clients as if their #1. I will continue to use and buy from Inside Source.

Inside Source has been a huge headache to work with. I am the office manager at a start up in San Mateo. We used Inside Source to buy all new furniture for our brand new office back in September. Here are just a few reasons why our experience with them was so poor-- 1) A lot of furniture didn't arrive until a week and a half after our move in date (i.e. upstairs whiteboards, lobby furniture, lounge furniture, kitchen tables, etc).

We were told after the fact that we were to blame for the delay because we didn't sign the proposal in time--however we were never given a deadline or sufficient warning that we were not signing in time. They were aware of our move in date the entire time and never gave any warning that our furniture would not arrive in time. 2) We were led to believe that our benching work stations were all inclusive but then later on in the process we were told that we needed to purchase power poles in order for our work stations to receive power.

We confronted Inside Source about this extra cost and asked them to provide power poles for us since they originally said that our workstations would be able to connect directly into the wall (no need for a power pole). Dave Denny did not respond to our many requests and we were forced to order power poles through our construction company in order to get them in time. 3)The construction company needed cut sheets of the board room furniture in order to put the floor cores in the correct location.

I called and emailed Allison several times throughout the week to get this information from her. She finally promised that she would email the information by the end of day on Friday, but she fell through and didn't email it over until the next week. 4)We had decided on a vinyl flooring sample that we saw in the Inside Source show room. Allison recorded our choice but when we got the final sample for approval in the mail it was completely different from the sample we chose (we still had the original sample so we could compare them side by side).

This was just a couple weeks before the floor was scheduled to be put in. Allison told me that when she placed the order she couldn't remember what the original sample was and so she just made her best guess. We had to choose a different vinyl through our construction company last minute that could be rushed. 5)I made several attempts to schedule our task chair delivery or to at least get an idea of when the chairs would be available.

I got very little response and never got concrete dates. We final got an unexpected delivery of chairs but they were unassembled and in large boxes. I tried calling 4 different Inside Source contacts multiple times to see what I should do with this order. We didn't have the space to store everything and they were supposed to arrive already assembled.

I had to send back the delivery which significantly delayed the final delivery of the assembled chairs. 6)We spent a lot of time looking through kitchen cabinet samples. We finally decided on the one that we wanted. The next week we learned from our construction company that the sample we chose has a very long lead time and most likely wouldn't be available in time.

I asked Allison about the lead time of the cabinets and she agreed that it most likely wouldn't make it in time for our move in. We had to choose a different cabinet through our construction company. 7) Allison gave the construction company the wrong location for power and data ports for the front desk-- as a result the wall of the desk covered the power and data.

Without consulting me or admitting her error, Allison had a hole cut in the reception furniture so that the power and data could be accessed. Then she billed us for the labor to cut the hole and ruined the brand new reception desk we purchased from them! 8) One of the most frustrating things about working with Inside Source is their proposals and invoices.

Their invoices are incredibly long and difficult to understand. I have to have a representative go through the invoice line by line to understand what each item means. They are listed by part number and each piece of furniture is broken down into 3 or 4 different pieces that make up that furniture so each invoice is about 15 pages long. I have asked numerous times for them to send me a simpler invoice so that I can understand what I am getting charged for, but they never did.

We used them to outfit our space with furniture and was really disappointed with the customer service. There were a lot of errors on our initial proposal from them, it was hell getting shipping schedules, our calls and emails weren't returned, expectations around delays weren't well managed. I don't know if the problem was our sales guy or the company as a whole. Prices were okay and now that the furniture is in it looks great, although a separate designer helped pick it out. I wouldn't recommend them because if my contacts were treated the same way I'd be embarrassed.

If I need office equipment I will go to Inside Source. They have very unique designs that are amazing. Their staff will help you find the best equipment for your needs. Susan Hannah is the ergonomics specialist and she has helped our clients & patients decrease pain by setting them up with the right ergonomic tools needed for the job while at the same time identifying their needs for the visual effect of the office.

I recommend new companies talk with them first so they can help you design the office of your dreams. They will also save you thousands of dollars in workers comp claims by having proper work stations for your employee's unique needs.

Do not use these people if you value your time, your credibility and your job. My firm used them once before to purchase and build workstations. I figured it would be simple to use them to rebuild our workstations at our new location. We would add new product to make all the workstations conform, and also to make them larger. The salesguy and designer were very pleasant and eager our first few meetings, then something sort of tapered off. Things started moving very slowly.

I finally made the order, and learned that it would take 5 weeks to receive the product! And the lobby furniture I had asked them to order was never ordered - argh! Long story short: they came yesterday to build the workstations and have a ton of missing product, wrong colors, etc. I don't think this project will ever be finished, and it makes me look like a JERK for using them. Avoid at all costs.
