I heard about Custom Woodcrafter and finally got the time to go there. It did not disappoint! Thomas was the nicest person, an absolute pleasure to meet. If it's a hardwood you are looking for, they have it. No more going to the other lumber yards being disappointed and settling on what's in stock. Custom Woodcrafter will be the only place I will get my materials from. Do yourself a favor and use them for your materials.

My wood crafting skills and knowledge are close to zero. I followed YouTube instructions and made what I believed at that time was a good computer desk but did not have the tools needed to plane or join it. I used filler and Kreg jig screws to attach the wood. I researched and found this place online and talked with a gentleman named Tom. He was very courteous and told me to come by.

I decided to give him a try and went to his workshop. LET ME TELL YOU!, he is extremely knowledgeable in wood crafting. He showed me around his shop and I could tell that he enjoys working with wood. I also met another gentleman named Ray, who helped and answered my questions. Tom advised me that the first desk I made was not good and took his time to show me what and where I went wrong and how to fix them.

I decided to redo (The desk was way worse than I knew after I gained more knowledge) the desk and I am so happy I did. His advice was instrumental in me creating a desk that I was not aware I could make. The desk was for me but my daughter liked it so much that I gave it to her as her school desk. I went back to his shop for more help to take on the new bigger task of building an eight-foot desk as my new computer desk. He has a lot of beautiful wood to choose from. If you are a novice or even great with wood, I will advise you to go and give him and or his shop a try.

This shops amazing. You can tell from the equipment as soon as you enter the shop that these gentleman are serious woodworkers/artists. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about wood working and will speak with you about your project and give you advice/tips. Their selection of exotic and native wood is unbelievable. I have never seen a more beautiful inventory of dark walnut in my life. Not on the internet, YouTube or in person. He always has deals on his inventory and I have always left feeling like I got a great deal. I highly recommend this business.

It was my pleasure meeting Tom. His shop is really impressive, but the skill demonstrated by Marty and him was off the charts amazing. As I told them, I will be back. Thanks to them both, and God bless.

I am just a hobby level carpenter. An actual nurse by trade. Mr. Tim, is an extremely knowledgeable carpenter, furniture builder and of course wood worker. His shop is top notch as he maintains many local and exotic hardwoods to choose from.for whatever your project may call for. He provides an excellent product at a good price and sometimes you can catch a real deal or 2 when you stop in.

He is a very generous man always eager to give you tips on ways to finish and approach a project. His shop will also finish projects and clean up wood for you. I fill like a kid in a candy store everytime I see him. Love his service and the product he supplies.

The selection of wood is great. I needed some 16/4 black walnut and they had some awesome figured pieces in stock. I have never been disappointed with the selection or the service. Thom really knows his stuff and is eager to answer any questions. I always enjoy going there.

Wonderful inventory of exotic and native hardwoods. Some live edge pieces here and there as well. Go for the wood, enjoy the experience!

The most experienced woodworker I have ever worked with. The quality and craftsmanship of his work is second to none. He is also a great teacher and will walk you through the project from start to finish. The amazing thing is that he not only offers the highest quality woodworking, but also allows other word workers to use his space and addition to teaching classes!
