My order need to redelivered from this location and I am following up since 1.5 week and I never got a response from them that when my order will be delivered. When i call back another time afte that and mentioned that when my order will be delivered so I got call back from this location that it will be delivered coming Friday. On friday, I didn't receive call for delivering order so I called back to store and they put me hold for 2 hrs and never get response from this store. still they mentioned that wait for their call back. I hope to get a call back from this location. Lets hope I get it.

I would love to start off by this is the worst company I have worked with by far. the only good thing that was from working with this company was our sales rep Anna she was amazing and she deserves 5 stars. but after that it is completely down hill. Worst customer service from the front desk staff to delivery service. First of all when my dresser was set up and it was set up half way and it was broken.
And with my bed the same thing with the head board and to finish off they left the trash. When they called me to ask what happened she asked why I didn't refuse the delivery and what they can do for me she said that she would have a tech out until Tuesday and i receive no call Tuesday and 2 weeks later I get a call saying the tech is available to come out the next day? And I think anybody would be angry for these pictures I'm showing below if they're spending 3k. Would not recommend if I could give negative stars I would.

Nisar was very helpful when I went in looking for a few different items. He showed me exactly what I was looking for for the specific prices I wanted and helped me select the best pieces for the others. Nisar respected my price limits and explained all the warranty/options. I was so happy with my experience I told him I would be back at a later date to look at patio furniture.

If I could separate the customer service and the actual furniture I would. Customer service gets a 5 star for me, Ana, I believe her name was. however. the furniture is a 2.5. I bought a $1400 dining room table with chairs 3 months ago and a chair is already in pieces, not to mention they are not comfortable but hard cushion. I'm so sad because it looked like a nice sturdy set to last a long time.

It's now December 30th. Just called the store and was told the part won't be in until February 6th. When speaking with the assistant manager, he stated I could buy a king bed at the same price I paid for mine. Do they have any in stock? No. So again- waiting. I asked for a refund for the bed. He stated they couldn't do that even though I had been offered it previously. I could also wait for the part. Yeah. no. Honestly, this is the most garbage place. Their policies are in place to screw the customer over. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered furniture from here and the cust service is HORRIBLE! There was no communication in delay's of my furniture or anything the staff when I called didn't know about info I was asking about. Don't get me started on the corporate office either. The first few corporate people I spoke with were wonderful this last one Joy she was incompetent to say the least no compensation but a delivery fee which is unreasonable to say the least for all the stress and unprofessionalism I have dealt with this company. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM HERE AT ALL BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT ONLY HAVE DELAYS BUT POOR COMMUNICATION AND UNPROFESSIONALISM.

I have shopped at value city for as long as I can remember I've gotten my favorite dresser from there I've moved to a new apartment and thought to buy my first couch there ordered the couch 2 months in a advance because we didn't have the apartment keys yet and we didn't want to sit on camp chairs until we did get a couch delivered it's pick up day and our couch a not in the store that it was on back order and we would have to wait another two weeks and possibly another 2 weeks after that we looked around and found nothing like the one we liked got my return and went straight to bobs furniture it was so quick they were very nice we ended up taking a completely different couch we couldn't even enjoy the second couch purchase from how upset we were about the first we had been waiting 2 months and from when we moved in we waited 2 weeks in camp chairs now we're back in camp chairs for another week AND ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY TOLD ME THEY CALLED ME ONE TIME they called me one time if I'm purchasing a 2,000 couch I would like an email I would like more than one call maybe a text if they do that the person Cristian helping us out trying to find another couch at value city was very nice from beginning to end

Have been waiting for furniture for nearly 5 months. 6 rescheduled delayed deliveries and not a single apology. My living room has been sitting vacant as I removed the old furniture when given a 4th rescheduled delivery thinking "this time HAD to be the last" poor response and poor service leads to no service

SORRIEST POS' I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH! They disrespected my sweet, 85 year old grandmother! So my grandmother ordered a pull out couch, mattress for it, and recliner. We moved her old, large sectional out without a problem. When it comes time to deliver the furniture, 2 very small men come in, try to move the couch in for a few minutes, say they can't, and leave.
They did not even try to deliver the mattress or recliner either. My grandmother went back and they told her that if we removed the light fixture and railings, they could deliver it. We paid someone to do that. So this morning, some guy named Greg calls my grandmother being very disrespectful, and says he saw a picture on someone's phone and they won't deliver the merchandise ever.
My grandmother has a very large landing. Without railings, any idiot could deliver way bigger things to her house. I called today about the situation, and was told my grandmother had the mattress and recliner in her possession! They tried to move the couch, said nope, and left! So I call back AGAIN, and was told we don't have a way to know if we have it, someone will be in contact with you.
So you have no way of knowing if you have my furniture, but just accused me of having it in my posession!? This is fraud! The way they treated my grandmother was uncalled for and unwarranted. Greg better hope we never cross paths. I have personally ordered 3 sets of furniture from here in the past few years and so has my mom. I would never in a million years spend a dime at this sorry excuse for a business. Ashley here we come! We should have started there to begin with!

AVOID if you value your time. Trust your fellow yelpers when it comes to using caution to shopping here. Purchased furniture plus paid a premium ($200!) to have it set up. It's been almost 2 months later and our service has still not completed and the manager offered no apology or put in any effort to prioritize addressing their poor customer service.
Wait times exceed 3 hours to get through since you can't call the store directly. When asked for a direct number to get assistance on this ongoing matter the manager declined and insisted "they aren't a call center". After 4 additional in-store visits to resolve the issue, 12 hours have past and we are still waiting.

Went into Value City to look for some updated furniture. Ana greeted us at the door and asked if we're looking for anything specific. I told her we were just looking around for now, she let us know if we needed something that she would be happy to help. After looking around for about 30/45 minutes Ana came and found us as we were looking at beds.
I was interested in an upholstered studded grey bed, unfortunately Ana informed me it was out of stock until about mid May. She was very honest about the furniture turn around times. Ana was able to give us options that were in stock and could be gotten within 2 days. Ana was able to help us find a double bunk bed (with mattresses), a couch, a table, a shelf, and a queen mattress that was originally priced at $1499 but was on sale for $350. Ana was patient, helpful, and kind.
She made sure that we left satisfied and answered all questions that we had. She gave me her card and encouraged me to call if I needed anything. I will be back to look for myself a bed. Ana was absolutely amazing.

Was a walk-in looking for a sofa for a family room and was greeted quickly at the door by Sana. Explained to her what we were looking for, she kindly took us through the showroom and explained each set up to us thoroughly, fabric options, set up options, warranty info, and availability. Pretty tough in these COVID times to find available furniture.
We found what we wanted, left for home to re-measure the room, came back the next day and purchased. Sana set the delivery date and gave us her contact information for the day of delivery and said to call her if there are any issues. She thoroughly followed all COVID protocols both days and made the usually awful furniture shopping experience really great. Thank you, Sana!

Don't not buy anything here that you want delivered! Since we weren't moving in to our new home for another two months we were going to place the items on layaway! We were told to guarantee delivery to our new home that we had to pay for it at that time. The day before our move we were called and told that one room of furniture won't be delivered until the end of month and we he other until the new year!
I called them and was told the manager would call me back but never did! They want the money and then they ignore you, lie to you and except their dirty dealings! Never again!

12/01/20 One month later and nothing regarding my 8.5k furniture they lied they had in stock, still no call from customer service, no answer to my email, bad business, unhappy. Shouldn't lie to people just to sell stuff! 11/24/20 Still no answer from them regarding my furniture! Furniture that was "in stock", still delayed, still hiding, still no customer service answer. Seriously?

Worst customer service ever, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I don't know how many minutes of my life I've wasted on the phone with them. These people never answer their phones, and when they do - you are put on hold for an infinite amount of time or hung up on. Ordered back in May and received a damaged item. They were supposed to order a replacement but I had to be the one to chase them down to do it.
Few months passed and I was supposed to get it redelivered but never got a delivery call. Had to call them and confirm, just to be told it was never reordered even though I had spoken to them about it a few months ago. A date was set for October, and when that approached, I called for an update and was told THAT got pushed back as well. In total, it took over 6 months for me to receive my item and they NEVER called me once to give me any sort of updates.
There are also damages on the handles so now I am trying to chase them down yet again to ask for replacement parts. I considered getting matching nightstands to go with my dresser but I will absolutely never buy anything from them again.

I was really impressed by the Consultant, Mr Muhammad Amjad at VCF Potomac Mills that I bought my bed and dresser during the visit in October. He is knowledgeable and listened carefully to what I was looking for and offered options that matched my needs. The customer support is also efficient and rescheduling my delivery was no trouble at all. The delivery was seamless, all within a very short time, including assembly.
I really like the professionalism of the staff who delivered my furniture: Mr Jose Martinez and Mr Jose Monarca. They took care to protect the furniture, are prompt and courteous. No wonder I like to purchase from VCF. This branch has left me with a very good impression, it's staff and the range of products they carry.

Got my set of couch and love seat here and it was the easiest experience ever. I tried to avoid the stores and order online but it ended up being difficult to find what I wanted. I walked in to VCF on a whim because its next to target. I had already spent hours at Ashley's with them giving me the wrong pricing and at the register wanting to charge me 300$ more.
I walked in let the gentleman show me a few sets and I didn't like them. I told him what I wanted and in what price range and color and let me tell you he nailed it! Exactly what I wanted almost exactly the same set I was looking at at Ashley's and jcpenny and he kept me 7$ under the budget I had. It was probably 20min start to finish. I will absolutely come back here for any furniture needs! Oh and my furniture was delivered in 2 days and quickly and efficiently. The delivery guys were absolutely awesome!

I've bought a few furniture pieces from this location. From the reviews listed below, I've been really lucky that everything went well. The salespeople have been very friendly and really willing to help me. Liz (salesperson there) even tracked down a sofa chair that was discontinued and had it delivered to me within a few days with a discount.
Each time I had something delivered the delivery staff set everything things up very quickly. I've visited other locations to look around but they didn't seem like they really wanted my business. They were pushy and if I wanted to order something that wasn't in the store, they tried to steer me to something else. So I stopped going to those and just buy at this location.

Now I see why people purchase things online and pick up or have or delivered. One thing I can't stand is a pushy salesperson. Key note, it makes you not want to buy! Before walking into the store I told my daughter "I give it 15 seconds before we walk in the door and is bumrushed" needless to say it wasn't even that. It's like they sit waiting for you to walk in. Anyways, so we were greeted I informed them we were just looking.
We walk around to the bedroom section and my daughter says "mom he's been following us ever since we came in" I hate that. Not only do I feel bumrushed walking in but now you stalk us every step we take. So we come towards the front and the gentleman Mohammed asks us what kind of bed we are interested in. I told him my daughter has the Serena set but we wanted to get a bigger bed and does the daybed come without the trundle.
Simple question, NOT! It took him literally 5 minutes to look up this information but in the time being I looked it up and found my answer. Then my daughter wanted to look at the mattresses which was another mistake. So we look and I asked him did they have a full size and how long it would be to deliver. Needless to say he took so long we sat waiting for him to look it up. I'm pregnant so I'm already half agitated with everything and he took forever.
So we look around a little bit more and of course he still is following us. So at this point, I say let's go and thank you and we leave. I've never had a problem with the products but the customer service has always been overbearing and stalker-ish and now this instance SLOW!
