The original founder was Mr. O. B. Williamson who represented Underwood Corporation and Smith Corona. In 1961 Marion O. Wight purchased the business from Mr. Williamson and started a relationship with Olivetti and Silver Reed Corporations while employing six people. Wight Office Machines has been in the business community with same family ownership for over 40 years with over 2000 clients.
