Our 'pre-wired' columns can dramatically reduce costs of contractor services on new builds. Full catalog of accessories, including upper & lower adjustable shelves, task lights, power strips, suspended drawers & cabinets, keyboard trays, monitor arms, etc. This top quality modular alternative to 'fixed' casework can be the optimal lab workbench solution in science labs, classrooms, electronics test & assembly, manufacturing space, etc.
Our JB-W series is the same design as the JB-L but with larger seat and back dimensions, and 1/5 thicker seat foam. Performance: Our high value, ergonomic lab chairs are highly regarded for their comfort, robustness, performance, and value. All lab chairs, lab stools, ESD chairs and cleanroom seating pass national and international structural safety standards including ANSI/BIFMA, GSA, DIN, & California Fire Std.
The mechanisms are typically hydraulic cylinders, though screw drives are sometimes used. Drives can be manual 'crank' mechanisms or electrical motors. It's worth noting that 'mechanical' height adjustability is offered on most of our other lab benches, lab workstations and tech benches. This means that by adjusting leg inserts or worksurface brackets - via nut/bolt - worksurface heights can be changed, as well as connected components, including shelves, power channels, task lights, etc.Details on these features can be found in our Lab/Tech Bench Work Design Guide.
And - many of our shelving units are 'Quick Ship', delivering to our customers in 3-5 days. But, for environments with bio contaminants or excessive moisture exposure, we offer anti-microbial epoxy and zinc coating options. Wire NSF approved shelving reduces dust build-up, allows free light and air circulation, increases sprinkler effectiveness and improves visibility.
