Absolutely the best set of soft leather furniture we ever had. Company exceeded expectations. Even our daughter who was sceptical to begin with now loves it. Excellent communication updating us on a status of the order at every phase of it. Carl Nerey was absolutely over the top fabulous in his professionalism to assist my wife and I to select a beautiful reclining sofa and reclining-swivel and rocking chair. Was delivered 3 days ago; we are ecstatic over the leather quality, color, style and workmanship! We got our two leather sofa/recliners two weeks ago -- LOVE them. What tipped the scales to buy from The Leather Sofa Co was that it's a family business and the furniture is made here in Texas, not mass-produced thousands of miles away. I loved being able to see entire hides to choose the leather rather than a small swatch. Their customer service has been great, including the emails letting us know the status as the job progressed.

Even the delivery guys (who do not work for The Leather Sofa Co) commented on the great quality. Specifically, the lead delivery guy said, "You picked a good company to make your sofas. I deliver from a lot of different companies, and these are very well-made sofas." Love these sofas and plan to continue loving them for many years. Thumbs up :)

From the "walk" into the store to delivery the process was perfect. I may share that our salesman was the founders son, he was mindful and intuitive. With that it was a great experience and I suggest anyone who is In need of leather furniture that you check them out.

Most of our furniture comes from The Leather Sofa Company. We love their attention to detail, and the exquisite leathers they offer. I ordered my chair in late July, and they said it would be here in late October, early November. It arrived right on time! It's perfect!

Overpriced crap! Where's out faster than an old beanbag chair! Padding sucks! Electric sucks! Won't buy there ever again!

Almost a year ago, we went into the store located by Stonebriar to look at living room furniture. We ended up buying a chair, but not a living room set that we had picked out. I felt no pressure from our sales person, Kelly, to buy everything we had picked out - he was polite, helpful and respectful. Last night we went in to buy the living room set we had picked out and were helped by Jamie, who was very pleasant and conscientious about making sure we understood the details of the set we had picked.

He even texted the owner to make sure they could accommodate the changes to the set I had requested. We ordered the living room set at a very fair price for the excellent quality this company offers. My family has also purchased furniture from this company and the craftsmanship on every piece has been excellent!

I purchased a loveseat at Leather Sofa Co after searching at several stores in my area. It was always right color, wrong style or right style and crazy color that would not fit in with my other furniture. Carl N. was GREAT and helped me select the perfect style and color. It was delivered today and an amazing fit and color for my home. I love it and Leather Sofa Company is the only place to find style and color and not having to settle for less.

If I could fill my home with these products I would! I recently purchased my second sofa set! This is a wonderful product. 5 years ago I swore to never buy furniture from the big name stores ever again. Why pay the middle man for an inferior product? After bringing home my 2nd set, just had to get my cushions refilled on the 1st one! After getting my upper and lower cushions replaced, my sofa returned to its original sitting condition.

This extends the life of the product, and saves the consumer money on the front and back end. This is a great family with great customer service! Thank you Mitch and Seth for consistency in quality and customer service. See you guys sooner than later! PEACE

We told the salesman about our issues with pets at the time of purchase and they told us there would be no problems. They should have directed us to the correct types of leather as you stated. We wasted $7,000 and now have an embarrassing ugly expensive sofa and loveseat. The costs for you to repair are close to $1,000. That is too much to spend after spending so much on the furniture. If you have pets you should stay away from leather. An expensive lesson for us.

My husband and I wanted a fairly specific/odd-sized leather couch. We went to The Leather Sofa Co. as a starting point, because it seemed obvious. Well, we didn't end up shopping anywhere else. Jamie, our sales person, was knowledgeable, courteous, and not at all pushy. He explained that anything can be customized to suit our needs, and also what the price points and qualities of the different leather were.

He was honest and forthright, and didn't try to sell us anything more expensive than we needed. This place is NOT inexpensive, but he didn't try to sell us on any unnecessary upgrades. Our sofa was delivered on time, and the delivery folks called beforehand to make sure we were home. The sofa is GORGEOUS, and exactly what we wanted. Super high quality, with details we didn't even notice at the store (cushions being securely fastened to the back of the couch, etc.). Very, very happy with our experience with Jamie and The Leather Sofa Co. Now if we can just keep our dogs off of the new couch.

I purchased my couch, chair-and-a-half and ottomon from the Inwood location and I worked with Jamie. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was lucky to come in when they were having a sale and found a beautiful leather that was among those discounted, and also exactly what I had in mind (a rich brown with crackle finish, for lack of better way to describe it).

I came in and asked to see the most comfortable couch they could possibly make, and Jamie led me right to a particular model which I loved (feels like sitting on a cloud!). I also asked if my pieces could be finished sooner than the normal 4-6 week production time--i.e. within four weeks--because I am moving to a different state soon. They assured me that they would make it work, and they did!

My pieces arrived in three weeks, giving me one week to enjoy them before the van line comes to pick them up! The delivery process was also very smooth and pleasant. All in all, I am super satisfied with my decision to purchase from LSC and delighted with my new furniture. The excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail are very much appreciated, and they are sooooooo comfortable! I look forward to getting many long years of enjoyment out of this furniture. We love our beautiful sectional from The Leather Sofa Co. We always get compliments on it and it's one of the best pieces of furniture we've ever owned! We made our first purchase form Leather Sofa company, and frankly were a bit hesitant based on the Yelp rating, however our experience in the store was excellent from the salesman Jamie. Once the sofa was finished my wife noticed a small flaw along a stitch and we contacted them and sent pictures and the owner Mitch personally delivered the cushion to our home the same day! We can attest to their guarantee on workmanship and level of customer service.

The best decision I have made in a long time! I am recently divorced. He got the sofa. So what did I do? I got a new custom-made leather sofa that I like. Jamie, helped me pick a sofa design that totally fit my personality and my budget. It was custom-made to fit my new family room. I never felt pressured during the buying process. Plus, Jamie kept me updated regarding progress at their factory and even let me know that my sofa was going to be delievered a week early. I really liked the idea that my new sofa was custom built in Texas. I didn't think that I would take so much pride in the made in the USA concept but I do.

Beware Despite the various levels of leather they advertise you can pick the best one and they're just going to put in and put on your couch whatever is cheaper for them don't spend the $10,500 like I did go somewhere that's not going to advertise the highest in leather but only to get your couch and compare it to what you know you spent $2000 on at other stores and the material is nearly identical I can already tell after having this couch for less than a week that it's not going to hold up again do not $10,000 $5000 $6000 on the stuff that apparently has six or seven times profit in it than it should Update.

This guys don't give a rip about you. They want the money. Before you buy contact me and cover over to my home and look what 1 year looks like I have had 4 people come over and then not buy. New website is being made for me and several other customers to share these stories with the world. Today the sofa is coming apart.

In response to Mitch L's post of 4/15/2015 post responding to my 7/24/2013 post. Mitch, you old dog you, trying to use the old excuse that the customer must have done something to make your product so crappy. Nice try, but you only proved my point that you do not stand behind your products or even attempt to help when there is a problem. I assure you that I did not put pool water or cleaning chemicals on much new $6,700 couch. Also, it would take my dog 20 years (that's people years) to produce enough saliva to cover the entire surface of my couch.

Strange that I have had another leather couch for over 15 years and the color has not worn off at all. The fact of the matter is the finish on the couch you sold me was defective and started to wear off immediately with normal use and you did not lift a finger to investigate or help. If anyone wants to see a picture of what my couch looked like after 6 months go to YP.com. A better rule of thumb for shoppers is don't buy expensive furniture from companies like The Leather Sofa company that don't stand behind their products.

Mly sofa is 5 years old and comfortable. However, I was told the leather was dyed through-- which means - it is not surfaced dyed. The cushions are dyed through but the rest of the sofa is not. This picture is a 'walk- through area where clothing brushes against it and disappointing to discover the surface dye job. I had the same problem immediately and a leather man was sent out to re-dye this same part but he told me it would happen again because of the leather not being dyed through. (this man was sent out by Mitch) so he was just being truthful.
