Capital Choice Office Furniture was founded in 2005 by owner Chris DiSilvestri. While working as an install technician at a major retailer, Chris noticed a need in Columbus for a store that specialized in providing affordable, high-quality pre-owned office furniture. Being a natural born entrepreneur, Chris worked tirelessly to start his own business. We encourage walk-ins at our showroom location at 1517 Alum Industrial Dr. N Columbus, Ohio 43209 from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
At Capital Choice Office Furniture we understand our people are our biggest assets. We invested heavily in their development and give everyone a chance to see how the company operates from every angle. With a diverse skillset, our staff has been able to take on projects of all sizes since 2005. We hard work but try not to take ourselves too seriously.
Our Office Design Service offers onsite consulting, planning and drawings at no cost to you!. We offer free office layout consulting with custom renderings of your office space. Most drawings can be completed and submitted within 2 business days depending on the scope of work. This allows you to understand the flow of your office and to have a visual representation of your new space. Once a layout is agreed upon, we submit a competitive quote after identifying the most appropriate products for your project.
Capital Choice Office Furniture offers one of the largest collections of refurbished office furniture in the state of Ohio. I work from home and my office chair finally gave up the ghost. I was recommended here by several people on the columbus subreddit. They had a huge selection with a range of price points. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and not pushy. If you're like me and over purchasing office chairs online only to find out they are not comfortable to your anatomy, definitely go here.

I 100% hands down recommend this company. My company purchased office furniture from them a long time ago. We moved offices and something went wrong in the cubicles. Now, we used a office furniture moving company who set up the entire thing wrong. The owner and an employee came out to our office the very next day to look at it and let us know what we need to get everything working again.
When we offered to pay him, he said, were brothers and sisters in business, there is no charge, just let us know if we can help with anything else. This does not exist. I wish I wasnt standing there confused and would have handed him some cash but he and his team had left already. I looked at the owner and we were both confused as to why he came out to help for not even a dime.
When I say they helped, they were both on hands and knees getting into the cubicles to tell us exactly where the problem was. I have never seen this kind of genuine business in a very long time. I will forever refer them and recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We dealt with Ryan after receiving no follow up from another company in town. He worked with us to understand our requirements, went thru our options and presented multiple solutions within our budget. Hands down this was a much better experience than I was expecting. We are a non-profit membership association working in Human Services, and were in need of furniture for two offices, as well as new tables for our conference room. Everything that we were currently using had been donated to us, and was not only tired, but was mismatched, starting to fall apart and looked awful. We were unsure how much we could replace on our limited budget.
We were hopeful when we found Capital Choice in an on-line search, and went to the showroom. Steve was very helpful, and listened to our needs and paid attention to our budget constraints. We found desks and matching lateral files that day, and wonderful tables for our conference room on a separate visit. The delivery and installation of every piece that we purchased was professional and on-time.
Everyone that we have interacted with has been friendly and courteous. We are so pleased with every item from Capital Choice, and our offices look so new and professional. People are surprised when I tell them that the office furniture isn't brand new. We will go to Capital Choice first when we have furniture needs in the future!

Name your own price! I went into the warehouse (and expect a warehouse) and found a large selection of office furniture. I meet with a few sales people who all had different prices. Guess that happens with used furniture. I ended up with the owner Chris. Ask for him by name! He ended up giving me an amazing deal! But be prepared to haggle. It's that type of place.
