Forget the furniture stores, box stores like Big Lots, American Freight. They're all overpriced. Compared to Discount Furniture and Mattress. As they have a very wide selection furniture. I got a mattress set and a couch for under $900 bed actually came with warranty. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and professional, awesome place highly recommended

All their locations have great sales people very knowledgeable and helpful. The shopping experience is pleasant and unhassled. Their delivery team is top notch, I haven't seen a better one in a long time. This is a hidden Gem in Columbus. Tim treats everyone who walks into the store as if he's known them a lifetime. Absolutely great guy.

I wish we had the same experiences like some of the others reviewers. We walked in prior to closing because the door was OPEN and the OPEN sign was still on. Instead of providing quality customer service, we were told that they were closed.

Please don't go here. Like most salesman they are great, nice friendly but the moment you buy they nolonger care. I recently picked up my furniture on 03/25/21 I have been trying to reach Mr. Tim. I finally got in touch with him today on 4/05/2021. I explained to him my issue and my concern abouts the fact that my couch cushion is always moving and sliding the moment you sit down.

Also my pillows to my couch has the stuff that is supposed to be inside coming out. He didn't even address that part. But told me I should buy some stuff to keep my couch in place because due to the material it is likely to move and slide. For me to be paying 900 for a sectional I shouldn't have to go buy anything for my sectional to be in place. He was like well there's nothing we can do on our end.

I said I can't just swap it out with something else (same value) his exact response was I will be charged 25% of the 900 on top of the price for the new furniture I get. Lol not 25 dollars but 25% of furniture that I have had for almost 2 weeks. Very very ridiculous. I will NEVER EVER shop here again.

I had a very pleasant experience. In the store I got help looking for what I was interested in and didn't felt like I was being pressured to buy stuff I didn't want. The delivery was very efficient and professional they delivered and set up the furniture for me they were very clean as well. They cleaned up afterwards and was very friendly. Will be going again if I buy more furniture.
