Bunk & Loft Factory

Good customer service, sturdy bed. Shipping took forever and the package was very poorly packaged which resulted in damage to the product. The assembly instructions were not provided, instead I was given three different sets of instructions for 3 different beds, none of which were the one I had ordered.

Bunk Beds that I ordered about 6 months ago were perfect. They are sturdy and well made. Need to order more but can't get in contact with the company. Is the bunk bed store closed? Number that is online is not working and neither is the website. Tried emailing the company but have not received a reply. See posts about the company from a week ago. Can someone reply to my review with the correct contact info. thx!

Their smiles says it all! Bunks just delivered! Like many, I was one of those parents searching for a good quality/safe bunk bed for my children. We searched every furniture store possible in Columbus, Ohio. I just couldn't get myself to spend the amount of money these furniture stores were asking. Every bed we came across looked cheaply made, poor quality (not real wood) and not very safe.

My last resort was the Bunk & Loft Factory. I'm SO glad I decided to check this place out. Several styles to choose from. Great customer service and the quality of their furniture just can not compare. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you for making such great/safe beds!

We looked everywhere to find the perfect bunk bed for our son and luckily, we found Bunk & Loft. They built a customized bunk bed for our son, which he loves, and now our other children want their own bunk beds. The materials are high quality and the bunk bed is so sturdy compared to the other models out there. This is a bed that is going to last for decades!

I purchased a set of bunk beds from Bunk and Loft Factory three years ago. My son purchased two loft beds that were installed yesterday. We have been delighted with the quality of the beds and the service provided. We were able to customize the beds with the finish that looks best in our homes. Yesterday, Scott and Charles came to my home to move and reconfigure my bunk beds to fit into the room where they were being moved. Their beds are sturdy and attractive. Their service is great. I highly recommend this business.

Really incredible! The customer service is top notch. I've never had more responsive and helpful people (via phone and email). The beds are solid! Real wood and super sturdy. I didn't think anyone made beds like this anymore. I got a triple bunk and my kids climb all over it with no worries. I live in NC and worried a bit about shipping. But it arrived in perfect condition.

The packaging and labeling on the parts made everything so easy. Assembly is easy as there is not a ton of parts. The directions are readily available in an email they send you. The bed parts are heavy (real solid wood) so you will want a second person to help lift and hold pieces. They make beds in 6-8 weeks so you gotta wait but it's worth it. These are beds that will last generations.

Amazing quality, and reasonable prices too. There's no comparison between what they build and what you can buy elsewhere. We love that we can later convert our sons' bunk beds into lofts. We plan to come back to have them build dressers that match. The owners even helped load our bed into our van. Highly, highly recommend!

I bought a set of bunk beds for my kids. The thing is heavy, sturdy, and beautiful, and might actually survive my kids. From the showroom, to customer service, to pick up, EXCELLENT. Then came the set up; it was a workout, but between my husband, a friend and myself, we got it done in about an hour or so. The result, BEAUTIFUL! I'm so glad I bought from them ( I originally saw their samples at the Columbus Zoo display; it was impressive, and as soon as we were able we came in to purchase!).

It was so worth waiting for! We are definitely recommending to friends and family, and will be coming back. I'd love to get living room furniture from them (it would be worth every penny!). Thank you so much The Altmans

What an amazing company! I couldn't be more happy all around. My sales rep, Susan was amazing. Worked with me over multiple emails while I tried to make up my mind. She gave me lots of information and never pushed me to make a higher sale. These beds are a wonderful investment because you can start off smaller and add to them! It is so well made and just beautiful!

Amazing quality items for the price and you get great customer service too. They were just as nice when I went to pick it up and the transaction was smooth and quick! We will definitely be ordering from them again when our other daughter needs a bigger bed!

I recently purchased a twin sleigh bed and dresser for my Granddaughter as a birthday gift, and throughout the whole process (from the selection to the production and then delivery/set-up), I was so impressed with the service. Residing outside of the Columbus area, the transaction took place via the telephone and email. My salesperson, Christopher, was fantastic (he was so patient with me when I changed the styles several times!) and he even made sure that the set was finished so that it would be delivered and set-up in time for my Granddaughter's birthday!

Now that's what I call real old-fashioned customer service - the kind you don't see very often anymore! The quality and finish of the bed and dresser is beautiful (I selected the medium cherry finish, which isn't too light nor too dark). I also purchased a pillow-top mattress for the bed, which is very supportive and comfortable for a three-year-old.

With the economy the way that it is, I was very pleased with the price and feel that this purchase was a good investment. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone who is looking for quality custom-made furniture at a fair price.
