Chris Thurman and Brianna Huffman did an excellent job with arranging pre- and post-move activities. We did have some damage occur on a treadmill that we moved and one console that was broken. The console was moved into our new home with a broken leg that was clearly visible but never identified to us by the moving team. Moreover the treadmill now makes a loud noise when started or stopped (the folks that reassembled said that it was due to wear); unlikely as the sound wasn't present prior to the disassembly/move/reassembly.

It appears that they are shirking their responsibility. Again, Chris Thurman, Brianna Huffman, the driver and the packers did a great job -- others, well - somewhat questionable. We will see if Chris/Brianna can get the broken treadmill and broken console issue resolved.

You get what you pay for! We have used All American Relocation for the past 20 years in the Raleigh area. They are reliable, professional and very accommodating with your needs and schedule. They are certain to protect the home your moving out of and the one your moving into. They are on time and even at the last minute - always willing to help you pack items that were left because you ran out of time.

There isn't anything they would not do to make the move and moving less stressful. As for the price of the moves - once an estimate is given - you can feel confident this is the amount unless there are last minute changes on your end. They arrive early and end the day between 3:00 - 5:00 pm. A lot of moving companies would be late in arriving and move into the midnight hours and their estimates are not reliable.

I would highly recommend this company and crew. We will always rely on them so long as we remain in Raleigh and will rely on another safe and successful transfer should we move out of state. Thank You All American Relocation for all of your assistance throughout the years! We could not have done it without you!

After 20+ years of living in the Raleigh NC area, we decided to relocate to Portland OR. We had no prior experience with All American or Mayflower, however after doing some research determined they would be the best choice. Now that the move is completed we can say with certainty it was indeed the right decision. The communication from the team at All American as well as our driver was exceptional.

The movers in both Raleigh and Portland were professional, hard working and respectful of our property. Our driver explained the loading, transportation and unloading process and that he had long established relationships with local moving teams in both cities. He also personally drew us a map of his recommended route for our drive from NC to OR. In the end we cannot say enough positive things about our experience and would recommend All American and Mayflower to anyone considering a long distance relocation.

All American Relocation did an amazing job moving us through the years. We are continuously impressed with their level of professionalism and care they take with wrapping our furniture to avoid any damage. They have moved us into two houses and my office relocation! Frank Brosnahan has been our contact person with the planning, quotes and follow up and we are happy to recommend to our family and friends! They are dependable, and trust worthy and we couldn't be happier with their level of service.

All American helped us move our ophthalmology office and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Working with David Strickland was a pleasure and our move was anything but simple with several pieces of medical equipment and lots of office furniture. I highly recommend them and we are currently using them to find us some new office furniture as well!

The movers were fast, efficient, careful and, most importantly, highly communicative. Their team assessed the house, split up who was packing what, and got to it. When there was a question, they immediately asked us. 10/10 would use them again!

From sales to fulfillment, my experience with this organization was top notch! Move-out day was a Thursday at 9AM. The team was on time that morning, professionally wrapped and packed items (including all my furniture) that I was unable to myself, and had the truck packed before noon. Not only that, but clearly, the team lead has played the game Tetris as a kid because that truck was packed WELL. Then, come Friday in another city across the state, they arrived as they said they would, and even with the pouring rain in the beginning, they took extra care to ensure all of my belongings were as safe and dry as they could be.

They were unpacked, furniture re-assembled, and ready to go within two hours. FANTASTIC experience. I will continue to recommend them and I would most certainly call them again. Thank you, American Relocation for the outstanding and impeccable service!

We used All American for a local move. The entire crew was great. They showed up at the start of our one hour window, they took care of our furniture and belongings, and set up our new house exactly how we imagined. I had a wonderful experience booking and moving with Mayflower from NC to MN! Everyone I communicated with on their team is friendly, responsive, and professional. As I acquired more furniture, they were responsive in accommodating with an additional shipping container. The movers carefully loaded and delivered as scheduled. Would highly recommend!

All American moved us from New Jersey to South Carolina. The move was complicated because it required more than a year of interim storage at AA's warehouse before final delivery to our new home. The process was flawless, and the people delightful.

The company was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Their employees are very professional and pleasant. They take extremely good care of your equipment. I had them transport (twice) a piece of equipment that is worth 100K+ and they handled it with kid gloves. I highly recommend using them for any move you may require. From the beginning to end of our move, All American was fantastic to work with. The coordinator, Heather ensured all the various components of our complex move to NYC were considered and planned for. Communication was great, the crew was on time, friendly, and willing to do anything we needed! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. All American continues to be our go-to resource for any move, big or small!

If you are looking for a professional moving service, you've come to the right place. The move coordinators and crew were all polite, on time, and efficient, even finishing my move a day early. Very impressed with the care they took packing and handling the items in our home-we've moved ourselves before, and it makes such a difference to have things professionally packed.

If you like your home furniture and decorations, don't use these clowns. They destroyed a Marge Carson Buffett, then refused to repair or replace it. They put what looks like blue tape on the unit, when the tape was removed, so was the finish. I'm moving my office at the end of the year and had planned on using them, after using them to move my home. Stay away.they are terrible and refused make good on damage they created. See pics below.

We hired all American relocator's for our move it was a fiasco from the day the movers showed up they showed up with no mask and two injured man one running a fever but unable to do the job and I hired A guy to help them out out of my own pocket they were supposed to be there on a Saturday around 5 o'clock on Sunday they finally got my stuff loaded and pulled out around 530 on Monday the new owners were unable to take possession of the house on the day of closing.

All American relocator's underestimated their bed but almost triple I can understand being off a couple hundred feet but 900 ft. is a little excessive it lets me know that they do not know how to do their job adequately I incurred a lot of charges for packing materials that were supposed to be included when I spoke to Sierra and customer service she was unable to reimburse me adequately she felt $100 with sufficient my bid was originally 4980 and once the movers came and got me packed in the truck it was over $10,000.

I was assured by the person I was working with at all American relocator's that they were always pretty close on their estimate maybe with and three to $500 which was doable even 1000 I could've understood. I was on the phone at least 7 to 9 times per day asking where the driver was put on hold 30+ minutes each time he was in on Saturday he was in route which he never was. I am so upset with this company I would never recommend them ever

We moved from Chicago to LA using this boker (All American Relocation Group). They used ABC Moving Systems to do moving. My quote was about $4500. When ABC Moving System started to Loading, It was increased to $8100. We had many damaged Items. Pls help us to fix 1: Entertainment Center: Missing 4 PC Glass 2: One Sofa Leg Broken 3: Scratched on Loveseat 4: Bicycle is broken 5: All Bed Frame Screws are Missing, so the bed can not be assembled 6: Bedroom Table is broken 7: Damaged Stair and wall

I would not recommend these moving brokers to anyone. They called me 22mins prior to the scheduled arrival time to inform me that they would be anywhere between 6 to 8hrs late at which time I expressed my wish to CANCEL they still had the audacity to show up 7hrs later. I refused to allow them to pack my things in the dark. After renegotiating the terms of the original contract which included a huge discount (verbally) they show up the next day and attempted to overcharge me.

Long story shortened, I sent them on their way lost my deposit which was over a thousand dollars, rented a Penske truck paid a few packers and moved it 400+miles myself. **********NEVER USE BROKERS************

Very pleased with my moving experience cross-country! I worked mostly with Joni, who was always so patient and accessible, especially when it mattered the most. Both loading and delivery went as planned and the team of movers they sent were professional and had great attitudes. I would definitely recommend and use them again for future moves. Special thanks again to Joni, Frank, Craig, and all the movers!

This was honestly the worst moving experience with a company. We hired them to pack and move us from NC to GA. Everything seemed fine until our items were delivered. Upon delivery our boxes were all over the home in rooms they weren't meant for. Most boxes didn't contain what was written on them. Most were containing items that were from numerous rooms.

Nothing was well organized. We had numerous boxes piled in our third car garage that we didn't even realize were in the garage door until the day after they were delivered. Not to mention almost all of our claims were denied. They used the excuse that because the broken glass items had been disposed of (despite taking clear and numerous photos) of each broken item, that they would not pay for the broken items. I'm sorry but who keeps broken glass laying around?

I have small children. Anyway, their lack of customer service or care to stand behind their word is appalling. I would never have expected this after spending over 14 thousand dollars with a company! What a joke! Save your money and go elsewhere. We have used two other companies and this was by far the worst. Also! We had to have our entire 10 thousand dollar formal dining table refinished bc of their handling. Here are just a few pictures of the furniture damaged. Some they didn't even bother to pay to fix.

I would not recommend dealing with this agency. They are either incompetent or something worse. They mislead me about the costs and packed in additional costs that I was unprepared for - apologizing all the way (just saying sorry doesn't cut it). The salesman, Frank, touted his years of experience and how he could take care of us and then he underestimated the cost (weight) by 50%!

I would have gone another direction if he had been honest about the cost, but some people do whatever it takes to get the business. I will be recommending to my friends and associated in the Raleigh area that they deal with a different agency. All American Relocation cost me over $5K in additional billing due to their lack of integrity. On the day of the move the agency insisted on the need to add a "shuttle truck" and it would cost me an additional $1200 (A truck you can rent from U-Haul for $40 a day).

Then they only used it for about 1 hour as the loading van was only 20 yards away from the storage locker. That was a complete rip off. Having said that, I will say that the driver and the loaders all did a good job. My dissatisfaction is only with the agency. Beware.there are alternatives out there people.

I recently hired All American relocation to move my office furniture from my office to an a vacant store front three doors down (less than 500 yards) and then back to my office over the weekend of June25th. Prior to the move, I met with Brad Plummer, the owner, and told him that I was very worried about my furniture being damaged. It was all brand new furniture, less than 3 months old, and in perfect condition.

He assured me that it would be well taken care of and that they were bonded and insured. I paid over $1,500 for them to move two desks, 1 credenza, 1 small kitchen table, 4 lobby chairs, 2 side tables, and 12 boxes. Prior to the move, I took pictures of all the furniture. When everything was moved back into my office, my administrative assistant and I took a thorough look to see if anything had been damaged.

My desk had gouges all along the side of it and the drawers no longer closed properly. My administrative assistant's desk had a two inch scratch on it. A wooden side table has been handled so roughly that two legs were detached and had blue marks on them. Lastly, a kitchen chair had also been damaged. Brett Plumber, the owner, was made aware of the damages to the furniture.

He sent a repair man out to handle it. The repair man said it could all be fixed except the side table and the drawers on my desk. My administrative assistant called their office over 4 times with no response to get these items fixed. After over a week and a half with no response, I sent an e-mail to Mr. Plumber. When I told Mr. Plumber that the end table could not be fixed, he declined fixing it because he had already sent his repair man out.

He also acted as if the repair was not his fault and that the blue marks were to minuscule to worry about. I would not recommend anyone entrust anything of value to All American relocation. Their website states they will do "whatever it takes" but there is nothing further from the truth.

We had an excellent experience with Mayflower when we moved from NC to GA. From the initial visit from the customer service estimater to the driver/delivery men they were very professional. Our belongings arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. The company kept us informed every inch of the way. We highly recommend there services. Pat P

All American relocation did an amazing job. The 3 guys (Kyle, Peachy and Brendan) were professional, polite and very careful with our possessions. They worked exceptionally hard, stayed on schedule and did an amazing job packing and loading. (They even packed my kids built Lego projects that made it intact to our destination.). I would highly recommend these guys for any move!

All American Relocation delivered a sofa I ordered online. I set up the delivery time (from 8 a.m. to Noon) and took the morning off of work. When they had not called to tell me they were on their way by 11:30, I called the logistics company (I did not yet have contact info for All American), who put me on hold and then told me that All American had changed my delivery window to 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. without telling me and that actual delivery would be close to 1:00 p.m.

I called and left a message with the All American dispatch person to see if I could re-schedule (I needed to get to work) and they never called me back. Delivery drivers finally called at 1:40, saying they were 20 minutes away. I didn't get the sofa until 2:35 p.m. No apology, no return call, no accountability.
