The upper right sleeve on my jacket, near the shoulder had been gouged by my dog. Sent pictures and was told to bring it in. I was told it repairable but, may leave some light marks. No problem with me. Just wanted it close to normal. A week later I was told it was ready. I picked it up and it looked pretty good. Within a week the deep gouges were back.
Now with a white residue resembling a glue or an epoxy was around the area. I was told to bring it back. Fool me once shame on you. When the manufacturer of the jacket was contacted they even told me it was not repairable. Keep my money! You are worth the small claims court action. Beware of this "business "

Great service, reasonable price. My cars are 14 and 10 years old. Leather was showing its age on the older car and now it looks like new. Newer car was in pretty good shape but you could tell it was starting to wear. The steering wheel was cracking and needed repair before it was too far gone to fix. The steering wheel repair is high quality, noting the color now matches the interior instead of it's original brown. It is not time tested yet but based on what I see compared to what I had, I'm definitely going with 5 stars.

This is a truly GREAT business for leather repair / restoration. I called on Wednesday, got a ballpark estimate via phone using a quick I-phone photo, and today Friday my sofa is repaired ( tear in leather ) and re-dyed and cleaned and conditioned for long term protection for a very fair price. They custom mix the dye on the spot and the entire process is mobile, done in your home or business or car, or boat, etc. Mark and Peter are rock stars and have made me into a hero at home. For now. Bravo!
