Choice Leather Furniture

Loved this place. This wife an I spent almost 2 hours in here sitting on almost every couch, trying to decide which was our favorite. Once we decided on a couch we then got to choose leather options and even motorized recliner options. This place is great. Can't wait to get our new sectional.

I ordered a custom couch and still waiting for over 7 months. I was told day of purchase that it would be 8-12 weeks and they weren't having any issues with getting their product in-still during COVID. Unfortunately their "high end furniture" doesn't match the customer service. I was constantly calling for updates and being told 4 different dates of when the couch would arrive and it still didn't.

I never got any curiosity calls until after several months I ended up talking to Shane a VP and was told to "hang in there" and I could borrow a couch if they could find one. I'm a first time buyer and would say this is by far the worst experience I've ever had and for the store to still expect total payment after all this time because its "not their fault" with delay in parts and then during trial of our recliner the "motor broke" needing replacement causing more delay. Please don't trust or buy from this store. It's all a "sale" and not close to the "5 star customer service" that's exaggerated.

The folks at Leather Showroom were friendly and helpful and stuck in a bad situation. When choosing and ordering our couch things went very well. Once things were out of their hands things did not go very well, extending our anticipated delivery date by 5 months. We appreciate the Leather Showroom guys trying to keep on top of things and help us remain informed.

Really nice showroom. Good looking leather furniture. Pablo and Ed very professional and extremely friendly sales and manager team. No high pressure sales approach. Relaxed atmosphere made u feel comfortable with buying decisions

Yes the furniture is great. Yes I feel the price was fair. What makes me want to give this 5star review was what happened after the sale. Once I received the furniture, I had an issue with the order as I approached Pablo I full expected a "song and dance" instead he stood behind his word and the store's promise of great customer service. A person can buy nice furniture many places but is wonderful to know there are honest and trustworthy people at the Leather Showroom

No matter what you are looking for they can help you at the leather showroom. I have had well over 100 spine surgeries, sitting has always been an issue for me so we had look into custom which they also do. We just received our couches and chairs and they far exceeded my expectations! Staff is truly there for you and will give you their undivided attention even for getting a payment.

Very professional, very personable, listen to what you are looking for bend over to get you what you want or need. Clean store, really some of the best service I've received in my life and I'm not spring chicken. They are not pushy either. Pablo and his counterpart are truly amazing. Pablo being native to SA has been a life line for us transplants so much good info.

Just amazing can't say enough good things about them all the way around! Strongly recommend especially if anyone else needing a couch or chair they can sit on for more than 1 second.

I was hesitant to make such a large purchase with site unseen but the entire experience with Pablo was exceptional! He sent me leather samples, photos and videos! Pablo was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. We waited 4 months for our 2 leather sofas & power arm chair and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! The staff at the Leather Store is one the most professional and customer service oriented staff I have ever encounter. The attention they give to each customer is extraordinary and very appreciated. I feel like a part of the family whenever I go into look at new furniture or to make a payment. Pablo has made it a point to treat me and my wife with the utmost respect and genuine kindness.

His co-worker also speaks to us with sincere kindness. In the future, whenever I think about buying furniture, the Leather Store will be my first stop, because of the A+ service and professionalism!
