Second Home first opened its doors in June of 1992. Over the years, we have doubled our floor space to display the best combination of new and pre-owned items. We are open seven days a week. Very nice furniture consignment shop. Beautifully staged. Today there were many leather sofas, large dining tables, ottomans, dressers, buffet/sideboards, a couple of desks. All very large, stately pieces of furniture. Prices are high, but the inventory is very good quality. Unfortunately I was looking for something smaller, but I would definitely reccommend!

We have purchased from Second Home twice and have never been disappointed. They carry high quality furniture at a decent price. The owner was very gracious and knowledgeable. She listened, even visualized my concerns and had wonderful suggestions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fairly priced used quality furniture.

Second Home should be your ONLY stop! Susan Saleh and her sons were amazing. We started with Second Home and found all the items we were hunting plus some here - we wanted quality at a excellent price not to compromise on the quality end. Second Home is a moderate to high end store but you'll pay approximately a third of the cost of similar items at a High end furniture store - that's "if" you can even find it there. We did go to two other second hand-consignment stores but saw nothing that was close to what we had already bought at Second Home. Happy Home - SUNshine808

My mother recently bought a new house after 22 years in my childhood home and she was starting from scratch. Mrs. Saleh and everyone at Second Home resale helped her pick out every piece carefully and thoughtfully. Worked with her on next day delivery and her associate Derrick was so thoughtful and considerate. The pieces are truly one of a kind and beautifully kept at a fair price. Will be lifelong customers.

I've shopped here a few times and find the business always has new things. Very good quality. Little pricey on some things but worth what you pay for it. I will keep showing here as I always change things in my house. The people that work there are very friendly an if you bring a picture of the room your trying to fix up, they will help you with ideas.
I gave 5 stars cause I feel they do all they can to carry quality merchandise for a fairly good price and assist you in every way possible. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

We just moved to San Antonio and found the perfect quality pieces for our home all in one place. I loved meeting the family that owns and runs Second Home. They were so kind, generous and even set up our furniture in our home. We will definitely be returning when we are ready for a few more items. This furniture will last. Our eldest daughter has already claimed our new dining set for when she is grown.
