Rustic Mile

This store is amazing! I purchased a living room set and once unwrapped I found a stitching problem on the head rest of the couch. I called the store told them the situation and they advised me to send an email to the store manager with pictures of the stitching. I sent the email and within 3 minutes I received a call from the store manager Thomas.

He advised me to take the back off the couch and bring to him and he will replace it with another. This customer service was AMAZING. I have never received service to a problem that fast and easy. I will be a regular shopper of this store due to their exceptional customer service. Thank you Rustic Mile for being a 5 star furniture store.

Great customer service, TV stand was exactly what I was looking for and it was able to pick it up the same day. So easy! They have such beautiful furniture well worth the money!

Ordered a bedroom set. Was well worth the wait to have it made. Beautiful pieces. Dottie, Lauren and all the staff are great. Friendly and helpful. Delivery personnel are wonderful, friendly and professional. Will definitely shop again. They go the extra "rustic" mile for their customers.

I just left the rustic mile on San Pedro Avenue. Best service I've had in a very long time. They went the extra mile! Awesome experience. I will say that while I was being helped by the manager, a customer got very irate because he did want to wait his turn for help. I have to commend the manager. She handled it with such finesse. Overall, my experience was great and shame on the gentleman that couldn't wait his turn to receive the service that I received.

Not sure how this place has 4+ star ratings per google. Must be rigged. Buyer beware. Be prepared to go months without! I placed a living room furniture set order 4/3/21. I was told eta end of may. The first week of June I was told. No eta. Its 6/14. They don't know when it's coming. They refuse to refund your money. They have zero consideration. Mngt doesn't give a damn.

He says, " I don't build the furniture so as a courtesy we ask for 6-8weeks but that isn't guaranteed. " Sooooo. The company runs off of, let me take your money but I can't tell you when you'll get your product. Ohhh and they don't tell you "no refunds/all sales final" TILL ITS ON YOUR RECEIPT! So heads up future buyers. Be prepared for lies, be prepared for them to quickly collect your money AND NEVER REFUND YOU.

Store credit. &rudeness. Why would I want store credit to a store who can't honor a single word?! I would never spend another dime here. So now I sit in a house with no living room furniture inconvenient by rustic mile with their sales persons and mngt lies. oh! and they blame the owner!

Joseph was so attentive and helpful. My husband and I had looked everywhere for a Texas Star cowhide executive desk and I could not found one. Thankfully we came across this business listing and drove from Conroe, TX to San Antonio, TX a 3.5 hr drive and Joseph waited for us even after closing time since we got stuck in traffic. The desk was beautiful!

A dream come true! I'm so excited to bring it back home and I am so thankful we found this rustic country store. It's going to be a showstopper in our home. Thank you Rustic Mile and Joseph for the wonderful customer service.

Absolutely love their furniture and selection. Was a little disappointed about the length of time it is going to take to get my new bedroom set, but that is out of their control. Everywhere has extended wait times due to COVID and the strain it's put on the industry. The customer service was great, staff was so welcoming and had great advice.

Horrible quality of furniture and their delivery prices are outrageous! I picked out a tv stand and they told me initially it would be $165 to deliver right up the road. I called back today to see if I could get it delivered cheaper and the guy told me $199! I might as well go somewhere else and buy a better piece of furniture with free delivery for that price.

I also bought my a bedroom suit and a dining suit from them and the quality is not very good at all. They look like solid wood but they are not. Their employees are very rude also and they do not go out of their way to help customers. They care about making money and that is it. I have found several other local rustic furniture stores that care the same type of furniture and they are very nice to deal with and actually care about their customers.

Updated! Miscommunication, COVID-19, and Customs created the perfect storm causing constant delays. Once received the product is high quality and as I said before the sales people and owner are just special people and do their best to help. We've spent a few dollars here and will definitely be back.

Rustic Mile offers quality at a great price! We looked everywhere for a new king bedroom set. 8+weeks for delivery. Called the Rustic Mile and they had several sets in their warehouse. Purchased the Oasis Rustic King set over the phone and scheduled delivery on the same call. Deviled was early on day scheduled. Both Rustic Mile Delivery Representatives were friendly and professional! The quality of this set is unmatched. Will definitely purchase from them in the future! Highly recommended!

I paid for the furniture in full on Feb 3,2021 with a delivery promise of March EOM. Here we are April and now being told sometime in May. I wish I had been aware of DELIVERY issues as I would go else where. Promised a Mgr call back and I'm still waiting! Refunds are not an option they say. Terrible service and if you need your furniture in a reasonable amount of time DONT go to RUSTIC MILE. I am so disappointed.

This business doesn't look out for their customers. I tried to use a coupon for *10% off next purchase* and the lady would only honor off one item. It is not my fault they use the wrong verbiage on their coupons. I have been there a couple times and the owner is never there. I was told she won't be back for a week. No wonder they only have a 3 star ratings.too bad cause they have adorable furniture. But I will take my business elsewhere.

We have bought furniture from The Rustic Mile for 3 homes now and have nothing but good things to say. Michelle is always very helpful with showing us what is available in and out of stock and the prices are more than fair.

When my wife and I entered the store we were greeted by the owner. I told her that due to the amount of furniture we were going to purchase we were going to make a list a return the next week. The owner was very helpful and explained all the customization options and the 4-6 week delivery time. We returned the next week and the salesman was equally helpful in processing our order. The furniture was delivered 5 weeks later and we are very happy with it.

I am looking for all wood furniture for my house so I found my way to The Rustic Mile. I need to furnish a rather large home. I was impressed with the variety of furniture. I did like how the sales people didn't hover over me as I looked at the furniture. However, when I had some questions the first sales person did answer a couple of questions before another sales person told him he was needed in the back.

So he just walked off. The second sales lady then asked what she could do for me. I told her what I needed and she proceeded to assist me. That was until another family came in and said they needed her help. She was suppose to look up some information on a discontinued set of furniture for me. But that never happened. She turned around and started helping the other family.

I saw the first sales person, Kyle, and he proceeded to help someone else. So I ended up walking out of the store not purchasing anything. For a place that could have spent several thousands of dollars at, the poor attention to customer service will keep me coming back and making any purchases here.

I came into their store 2 times before I actually bought anything. I was told on both occasions that the furniture would take 4-6 weeks to arrive after ordering. Since my husband and I were in the middle of closing on our house i went ahead and bought a bedroom set to allow for the delivery time. When we actually picked everything out and went to pay we noticed that the invoice stated 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Immediately I was a little upset because that's not what i was told but either way i figured hopefully it won't take that long. 8 weeks comes and goes when we call them to ask about our items they pretty much said they couldn't do anything about them not being there yet. They took absolutely no fault and almost made it like it was our problem.

They refused to work with us on cutting some sort of cost, i had already paid them half. Delivery fee or just a discount for inconvenience. Needless to say we receive our furniture at 10 weeks. There are two other rustic furniture shops in San Antonio that will been getting my business from now on.

I would have recommended the rustic mile until about 2 weeks ago. I bought furniture there. They have very nice furniture. I have no complaints about it. What I do not like is that someone there signed my name on my loan paperwork! I used their financing. They let me walk out without signing any paperwork. When they called to tell me they needed me to come back I told them it would take me a few days to get back over there.

They said that is fine. Next thing I know I have a DocuSign in my email with my signature on it! I never signed that paperwork. What you did is against the law and I 100% plan on pursuing legal recourse. There is absolutely no excuse for fraudulently signing someone else's name to a loan document! Also, if you had told me I could use DocuSign I could have signed it that day. Do NOT trust these people!

We love our new bedroom set. Seems sturdy so far. The pieces were delivered the next day without difficulty.

I honestly don't know why people are writing negative reviews on here. Yes the place is a little small but other than that they do have options and can custom make certain pieces for you. Every time my husband and I have been in there, people have always been helpful to us. We love the rustic look they have on their pieces. We will continue to shop there!

Nothing special here. There are many (yes MANY) rustic furniture store in San Antonio, Leon Springs, Boerne, and Fredericksburg. All of those offer quality, handcrafted items at a range of prices. The Rustic Mile has, by far, the lowest prices. The reason is that the furniture is of lower quality, period. Everything we saw was made of pine and stained overly dark.

Furniture had a plasticy shellac look. Many items were wobbly and ill balanced. Staff are friendly and helpful, but misinformed. For example, they have only 60-inch round tables because, per the staff anything larger would not balance correctly. Untrue. OVERALL: DISAPPOINTING. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I really appreciate the level of customer service that we receive every time we go to The Rustic Mile. Miriam is always very polite and willing to assist. She even came in early to assist us with our large order to furnish several cabins. We are blessed that we found them!
