These people are not to be trusted. They came out to fix my automatic pool cover and wanted to charge me over $3000 to fix it. He said he had to replace the two hydraulic lines which was going to cost $1500 in parts itself. I found someone who fixed it and didn't have to replace these lines at all! He had to replace a number of fittings and short 1 foot hoses but not 200 feet of hosing which by the way I found out costs $400 for a box of 250 feet. All they were interested in was ripping me off. Now I under why they have such a bad reputation. Their two day job was fixed in 2 1/2 hours. Stay away from them!

No Mom got JoPa to put in a new pool heater last year $1509 heater online but installation bill was $4000 and it cracked over the winter. She called them March and 2 months later they are telling her that she is on their list and just has to wait! Beware!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered in May. Weeks past the promised delivery, WE called them and were told it was on the truck at their other warehouse. When it didn't arrive, WE called again--oops, it hadn't been ordered. WEEKS later it was back ordered, and although they "frequently have this problem with this company" they ordered from, Jopa never follows up or gave us any indication there might be any delays.

We didn't get delivery until the end of summer when WE had followed up again and again. Jopa dropped the ball over and over and never initiated any communication with us. Was a horrible experience right up until the end when they promised a partial refund and, surprise.didn't flow through. Save yourself LOTS of time and aggravation and shop elsewhere.

I have enjoyed working with JoPa. They built a fantastic pool. Their design help was on the mark and very creative. The pool was beyond expectations. The follow up has been courteous and prompt.

Have used these folks for pool maintance. They seem to run on their own schedule. It is July 9th and they have yet to finish opening my pool. When you try to contact them you never get a person just a machine and your calls are never answered. JoPo is not cheap and for the money you would think their service would be top notch! Please look elsewhere for pool maintance these folks are the WORST.

JoPa sucks. They do a really shabby job building your backyard in-ground pool, over charge you, and won't even fix what they did a shabby job on. They really do not care about building a high quality pool for you. They will not fix things that they build incorrectly, and they are rude. I am speaking about a pool they built for me in my yard. I have had this pool for about 11 years and half of the tiles are broken off, the hot tub has never drained correctly, and we have so many problems with the pool and the tub that they drive us crazy.

We hired someone else to take a look and they said that the work was done incorrectly when the pool was built. The worst part, JoPa doesn't even care. Another friend of mine also made the mistake of hiring them and wanted a 6 foot deep "deep end". When they got in their pool for the first time they realized it was barely 5 feet deep in the deepest part. JoPa told them they were "sorry" and they would take a small amount of the pool.off of a $40,000 (estimation) pool?!?!?! Are you joking!?!?!?

Thanks a lot! Way to ruin your reputation and build an unreliable product. Please do yourself and your hard earned money a favor by purchasing a quality product with good customer service, something JoPa does not offer.
