I sent information to this company on May 25th and I followed up with them a week later. They said they would have a response for me the latest the day after. I never heard back from them. I called back June the 8th and the person I had talked to told me they probably had something in their server but never sent it. They searched and found nothing.
They said they would get back to me. I stretched the fact I had a deadline and that I needed the quote for a meeting I had with the client but it did not seem to affect the outcome. We do understand that everybody is busy and deadlines are hard to pin down. However, if things are out of control and you can not manage, you can also convey to the clients are you are over capacity and you can not provide quotes at the time.so disappointed.

M&M Upholstery team were bunch of delightful company. I was in search of nail heads for a couch I'm restoring. There was a sweet gal I met who went to the back and tried to look for some. Alas, they couldn't provide some. Although they tried to point me to their supplier, I wish hadn't met "CC Upholstery Supply" down the street. They sucks. M&M team must have patience of a saint, because I wanted to flip CC off as I left.

Three years ago, M&M was an up & prospering company! The past owner made his clientele feel very appreciated & enjoyable to work with! Sadly, presently the company is very, very unprofessional & the current owners have not one single clue on how to operate this enterprise. It's a disgrace to see what a successful company has turned into.
