I am never disappointed when I shop at Decor Direct. I did almost leave one day without the outdoor bench I was searching for, I was looking for a weather resistant wood, possible teak, to put in my outdoor shower. When I was asked if I found what I was looking for, I said no I did not and explained my search. The clerk ask if I saw the teak benches right outside the door?

I was admiring these two benches when I walked in but had no idea those rustic smooth sided hollow logs were teak. It was the perfect piece after I searched over a year for the right bench. My last purchase were sea pilings that were on a great sale, got these on the last trip. I also had purchased metal sea life wall art over a year ago with the intentions of placing them in my new outdoor shower. Every time I use this shower, all my Decor Direct finds brings smiles to my face. Great place to bring out of town guest too!

Bought a beautiful, unique live edge table from Decor Direct Wholesale Warehouse in Sarasota, FL, a few years ago. We have had nothing but compliments and raves from anyone that has come to our home and seen the table. The craftsmanship and artistic styling of each table is outstanding. I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of solid exotic wood furniture to check this place out. And they have so many other unique and unusual items to consider, as well. The people are very friendly and extremely easy to work with!

After much searching for the perfect table, or should I say imperfect table we found Decor Direct. We so appreciate the personal service and attention. Anthony spent the time with us to hear what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. We looked at the website and made the decision after speaking to them on the phone we would make the 3 hour drive over to see the showroom.

The honesty and the quality was worth the effort for us! There were so many beautiful pieces in the showroom and they can design and make anything for you, even if you don't see it already made. We found the perfect imperfect one- of- a- kind live edge table. Go there take a look and see for yourself and while your there say hi to Lucky!

This place has some stupid rules. If you come in with an infant that can't even walk they will turn you away. I understand they don't want kids running around and possibly breaking things but to turn someone away with a child that has no chance of breaking anything bc they aren't mobile, STUPID. Sad thing is I came to actually buy a piece and can't even get through the door bc I have my child with me. Pathetic. I'll make Sure I tell everyone not shop at this ridiculous place.

What an awesome place full of so many treasures and gorgeous pieces! We came in looking for a desk and were greeted by Mr. Lucky and very friendly and knowledgeable employees. We ended up buying an amazing piece of raw wood after Anthony gave us a little tour of the shop. Oh and I also left with a gold-leaf Rainbow Fish that I couldn't live without. Left feeling like family--will definitely be going back!

Decor direct is a hidden gem in Sarasota. I have been searching for months for the perfect rustic/modern table with no luck as most stores have little to no inventory and poor quality. I found what I was looking for within 10 minutes of being in Decor Direct. The employees were fantastic and very insightful. They also helped us load the table into our truck and did an amazing job at preventing any scratching of the table or our car. Will recommend to everyone I know!

We had an excellent experience having our live edge dining room table custom-made at Decor Direct in Sarasota. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and took the time needed to answer all of our questions and to educate us about the products and the process to build our table. We toured his workshop and were totally inspired after seeing many of his projects in the works.

When we arrived at this indoor/outdoor facility we intended only to browse their reclaimed/antiques warehouse. Luckily we fell upon Anthony who quickly engaged us and made time to show us around his massive workshop. Anthony is straightforward and realistic about execution time. He is extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and his prices are good.

He gave his personal touch to the entire process. His staff was professional and showed respect for our home when delivering our table. We are more than pleased and highly recommend Decor Direct.

When it comes to customer service Decor Direct goes above and beyond. They treat you like family. The team work with there employees is incredible. This is all do to the employers. The items for sale are so beautiful the craftsmanship is so beautiful. Items you would not find anywhere else. It's an adventure every time I go I love exploring through there store. My wife and I have been going to decor direct for years, we were able to find the perfect 4 wood slab for our dining room table but also the perfect entry table and side tables for our living room. The white wash stain was spot on for our home and we look forward to passing these pieces of furniture to future generations for years to come! In February 2021 we purchased a live edge table from Decor Direct for $4,000. The table was beautiful and we purchased it as an art piece. In May we noticed that two butterfly plugs were starting to separate. We brought this to the attention of Anthony who said that the table moves over time due to humidity and told us to read the instructions that came with the table.

In October the butterfly plugs were separating even more, one butterfly actually sank leaving rough edges that would cut your skin. I understand that live edge tables will adjust over time but it is obvious there are problems with how the butterfly plugs were installed. We contacted Decor Direct (Celeste) multiple times and even went to the store twice and were told to go to Home Depot and purchase wood filler, sand it and fill in the gaps ourselves!

On our last visit she told us that it would need to be brought in (at our cost $200 each way) and the top could be sanded (at our cost). The table is only 8 months old. I guess Decor Direct is a great company when you want to buy something but not so good when there is a problem. Apparently they do not stand behind their products when there is a defect. Buyer beware. Anthony's a great salesperson, but don't be thinking you'll get to talk to him without an "appointment" after the purchase!

We have visited the store several times and we have loved looking at the unique items, and the variety. The people working there are great and eagerly offer assistance or just let you browse. We especially LOVE the shop dog! He is so cool and gentle. We ordered a table with a bench and 6 chairs, and a unique hutch. We were told the order would be delivered in approximately 3 weeks, and they met that date.

We called back with questions and and they returned our calls promptly. Today 10/30/21 our order was delivered. The guys delivering were very nice, polite and professional. We love everything, and it looks so nice in our home. We are so happy to have found a local business that really produces quality items, and really cares about their customers! The owners and employees are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The products are of the highest quality and superior construction. The variety and diversity of the types of items they carry is astounding. Love taking the kids and just walking around collecting ideas for the future. This bathroom includes vanity, mirrors and additional items all purchased at Direct Decor.

We have been looking everywhere for a new dining set. When we saw these chairs in the natural wood we fell in love with them. And best of all, the price was significantly cheaper than all the other places we saw them. We had to order them, but they exceeded our expectations by getting them done sooner than quoted. When we picked them up today, we absolutely loved them. There selection is always changing and they have awesome pieces.

Three visits = Three purchases Decor Direct is an amazing place full of treasure for those who love wood, both raw and reclaimed. Great selection and helpful staff! We love our wonderful dining table made from an old door, and get so many compliments! Went back for a buffet that we pickled to match. And we just left with a reclaimed door we intend to repurpose for a headboard! Will add that picture when it's finished!

Words cannot even describe how stunning our dining room table is! We've been remodeling our home since we received our table and even through the demo and debris, it was still so beautiful! We can't wait to have many many family dinners around this table. Decor Direct is an absolute gem of a store and it was a great experience working with them from selecting our specific slab to the day of delivery. I can't wait to go back!

This place is awesome. if you're looking for one of kind furniture or decors for home. Priced reasonably some on sale. Lots of treasure find. Proprietors are friendly and accomodating. As everybody has their rules we must all respect, children are not allowed inside due to fragile merchandise. Highly recommended place. Give it a visit.

A complete waste of time, do not bother! Do not recommend for anybody. Horrible Customer Service! We were asked to leave the premises by this guy who appeared to be the owner (not sure) for asking too many questions. Items have no price tags so they can quote preposterous amounts based on who knows what.

Great decor and lots of unique items. Prices higher than value in my opinion but there are some good pieces especially the painted art. The ladies there are nice depending on the day and time. Don't recommend going in close to closing time.

Do not buy their live edge tamarind wood products! It's highly likely the piece will be full of bugs. It happened to me! when I called the store I was told I should have known. No compensation! If you want to buy I STRONGLY suggest you ask what type of wood and if it is heartwood or sapwood. Then google the information to see if you are buying a type of wood that would likely have bugs in it. Buyer beware!

What a waste of time. unless you like Buddha statues and overpriced wood products for your yard. A lot of Items aren't priced and difficult to get any help. BEWARE: the proprietors are not wearing masks during the peak of Covid yet customers must wear masks. If I could give it a zero I would.

I thought small businesses needed support during the COVID crisis but if the owners are too inconsiderate or stupid to wear a mask, not sure why we should patronage their store. Not one employee in a mask and very tight quarters. It didn't help that it was a bunch of overpriced trash. I won't be back and yes I'm a Trump supporter.

After a few visits to DECOR DIRECT WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE, seeing some great live edge products, I decided to incorporate one in my next project. A tall 12' high accent wall. I drew up my plans with measurements and worked with Celeste and Anthony on a 4" thick, 8 1/2' long live edge slab of wood. There was some confusion on the width. But no problem, I could easily custom cut it to the install size.

My original plan as a long shelf, was to take advantage of the deep gouge in the wood knot by pouring a beautiful blue epoxy. Then fully coat the entire shelf in a thick, clear 2 part epoxy. It's a great designer effect that draws attention. While preparing a full length 4" cut for the proper width of the shelf, we flip the heavy slab and discovered an incredible wood grain on the other side.

Our plan just changed. This would now be the top surface. There was no way we could hide that beautiful hardwood grain on this living edge slab. The knot with the gouge will now be on the bottom. No waste here. The 4" x 8.5' cut was used as heavy duty shelf bracing on the installation. After sanding, the shelf surface received a latex stain to highlight the beautiful dark grain.

The next several days were used to pour 4 clear coats of the 2 part epoxy. The results were excellent with a thick, clear bar top coating. The slab took 4 men to set in place. We installed multi-color stacked rock in the full arch wall cut out. Finally placing the huge 4K flat panel TV on an articulating wall bracket. With the down fired can lights, the dimmable LED's help the showcase the stacked rock and beautiful wood live edge shelf.

Thanks to DECOR DIRECT WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE, this project turned out great. We've had several compliments from neighbors and friends. Several are waiting for the COVID-19 lock down to end so they can visit DECOR DIRECT. If you haven't visited DECOR DIRECT WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE, put it on your list. Look at their great live edge furniture and available wood slabs. Come up with some ideas on how you too can create a great project.

Wonderful unique store. We loved talking to the owner about the TV series Insane Pools and Lucas Lagoons. There are so many interesting items in the store. The live slabs are amazing. We'll be back once we figure out which items go best at our home.

Some of the inventory (very little) bears consideration. My primary objection is to their deceptive advertising that features furniture not actually available. It is a waste of time if you think they have something specific you want. Go and note the origins of the products and the high mark-ups.

We were looking for bar stools for our new house and found the perfect set! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to my (slightly) OCD husband. SO happy with our experience and we will definitely be back!

Bought a new house and knew it needed a very unique dining table, and someone told me about Decor Direct. What a crazy place. too much to look at. sensory overload. However, when I went back with my husband, we got to looking at the live edge pieces of wood out back, and we just knew that was what we wanted. We found a piece that we felt would fit our unique space, and got it ordered.

We were told it would take about 3 months, because of their schedule, and because they put 14 coats on it, to make sure it is in great shape for everyday use. At the three month mark I called to check on it and was told that the table was almost ready. They texted a few days later and said it would be delivered later that week. which it was. I was not able to be at home when it was delivered, but I was in love when I got home and saw it.

It is beyond stunning, and will be a talking point for many years! Because I wasn't here, I didn't get to find it the proper care, so I need to call Celeste and ask about that. but I am beyond thrilled with the table. I'm waiting to go back around January and really spend a long time wandering around, because there is so much there to see!

I can't tell you how incredibly disappointed I am with my recent experience with Decor Direct. We've been customers for a long time, as have many of our friends and family who we recommended - No More. When success leads to arrogance, when customers start being treated as if they are not needed but tolerated (read other reviews on here) and when a business is more interested in being right versus doing right that success is not sustainable. There are many other places you can spend your money. I for one will sadly be taking my business (both personal and corporate) elsewhere.

I have been going to Decor Direct for over 12 years and I keep going back always bringing friends with me. The products are fantastic and cannot be found anywhere else locally. While the products are great the customer service is outstanding.

The owner answers by implying I'm a liar. That's really all you need to know. The employees told me specifically I couldn't shoot a picture of one item because of cctv. It made no sense and was perplexing. But let's think this through. I asked to take one image of one item. What difference does it make if you send me your image of the same item?

And that wasn't offered anyway so it's a moot point. There's one thing worse than lousy customer service and that's blaming the customer for your miss. Boy am I ever glad you didn't dip into my wallet I recommend TREEHOUSE GALLERY in St Pete for similar styles from nicer people. I just spent $11k there :

Hot, messy, disorganized, cheap quality furniture. I guess if you want cheap, it's cheap. Staff not helpful and almost anything we wanted to look at was out of stock. Not worth the drive

I was shopping there yesterday for a few piece for my house. Most of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The merchandise they have is amazing. I enquired about the price of a dining room table and was referred to an older gentleman. He was obviously very passionate about his job and the craftsmanship of the items in the store. But as the conversation progressed he became rude and very condescending.

I have not been treated so poorly by someone that I am trying to buy something from in quite a while. I did purchase one item. Celeste helped to finalize the sale and tried her best to apologize/make up for the other gentleman's poor behavior. I think that he thought I was not a serious buyer. Unfortunately for him I was and probably will not return to buy a dining room table.

Love the store, the wood is EVERYTHING! Extremely helpful staff, very friendly and informative. Actually any negative reviews are mainly dealing with the child-code, LEAVE THEM HOME! This is a warehouse FULL of stuff, and you shouldn't want your child with you there anywhere.it will detract from taking you're time exploring all the goodies! We moved from Upstate New York in the Spring and scouted Decor Direct on the WWW as the place we wanted to furnish our Viila with. We are lovers of Heywood-Wakefield and the nice clean lines that come with Mid-Century Modern furniture. We have furnished our entire Villa with pieces from Decor Direct and could not be more thrilled. From Hey-Wake to Lane MCM pieces, to Ekornes. this is exactly what we were looking for when we moved to Florida (and sold all of our furniture in NY). Celeste and Anthony are absolutely the best.

They deliver the best product, find what we want to the "T", deliver it to us in beautiful restored shape. We request a piece (like I am looking for a Hey-Wake Kneehole desk) and I know that it will eventually arrive and be restored to my liking. It will be fairly priced and delivered on time and quickly. I have nothing bad to say about Decor Direct Wholesale Warehouse and absolutely love the furniture we have chosen. So much more to do. we won't shop elsewhere when we can find it here. Thank you!
