Wanted to try out electric upholstered chair. chair was not plugged in. too heavy for me and female salesperson to lift forward and plug in. & delivery men who could lift were not there to help.i lost intereste. didn't return later

I came by multiple times to look for a quality recliner and stools. I really liked the quality of the pieces here - plenty of Made in North Carolina/USA and Top Grain leather couches. I felt very welcome and appreciated the honesty on part of the designers - especially with regards to pricing, availability, and quality. They even let me take a stool home to try before buying (I came back the same day to complete my set). I'll be coming back for more pieces for my home!

Dr. diagnosed allergy necessitated that we change the fabric for our order. They refused to help! We didn't want to cancel and lose our 50% deposit, but we had to. IMO they could have added our original order to their floor samples. But they don't give a hoot about their customers! We lost thousands!
