The Furniture Warehouse has so many great selections at such affordable prices! Compared to Other stored in the market, they offer the same quality but at a better price point. We bought a new house and are tasked with furnishing the entire thing and we are approaching it on a little by little basis but I'm sure we will find our stuff at Furniture Warehouse! Customer service was awesome and delivery was fast!

This is my second time making a purchase at this location and working with Jessica who is extremely helpful, and courteous to her customers. She answered all our questions and we didn't feel rushed through this shopping experience. She made this purchase easy and my husband and I are happy we chose to make our second furniture purchase at this store.

We recently bought the Lane Flamenco Beige Two-Chaise sectional and completely love it. First the minute I walked into the store I was greeted and helped right away. I told my sales lady I wanted a sectional. big white or cream color and NO LEATHER. She took me to this one and I completely FELL IN LOVE with it. Went in Monday 3/28 and it was delivered super fast on Wednesday 3/30!
The movers were complete gentleman. Moved our old furniture into the garage for us for my friends to pick up. Also the furniture protection plan is outstanding. Please don't look no where else. This is your one stop shop! Will be going there later today to use my 10% off decor coupon that also arrived with our furniture!

The Furniture Warehouse is a chain of stores with reasonably priced furniture. I compared many different stores, and found Furniture Warehouse to have the furniture I was envisioning for my new home. I especially wish to recommend salesperson Ollie (Edward Oliver) at the Port Charlotte store. The store requires each customer to be greeted by a salesperson upon entering. Fortunately I was greeted by Ollie.
He was friendly, down to earth, and was able to provide the perfect combination of assistance as I shopped, and leaving me be to think and meander at will to find what I was looking for. He never hovered or pushed, but if I had a question, it was easy to catch his eye and find all the answers I was looking for! I look forward to buying more through him in the future. In addition, the in stock items were delivered quickly, the drivers were friendly, set everything up, and on time. 5 Stars all around.

From the first time we started shopping here, they have always greeted us at the door. If your working with a sales associate from a previous visit they never try to steal the customer from another sales associate. We have been working with Jessica, she has been great with helping us. She is always friendly and happy. She is a great associate. Thank you for such a friendly place to shop and a very good selection.

We went to Furniture Warehouse in July of 2021 to pick out furniture for our new condo we purchased in April of 2021. The selection was great. After going back and forth several times while in the store, we were finally happy with what we picked out. The reason for the 4 stars is when we purchased the sectional it was told to us if we didn't want all of the pieces we would either get our money back or get a credit to use in store.
Nothing was said at the time that if we returned one of the pieces of the sectional, it would be splitting up the set so we would pay more and get 1/2 back. So when I called there was a lady I had talked with before and she said, "you broke up the set, so now you are getting only this amount back." I said no, that's not what you said when we were getting it delivered.
We went back and forth, she said she would talk to her manager and see what could be done. In the end we got more than we expected but I was satisfied with that. However I didn't find out from her, I had called the store and someone else told me what our credit was. I feel she owed us that phone call. When we go again we will work with Griffen, he is great, nice to work with, knowledgeable, and very polite. We bought all of our furniture at Furniture Warehouse except for our beds. Will be going back to get some more things that are needed in our condo.

Buyer Beware! We Purchased what appeared to be a gorgeous TV console based off what was in the show room. (See pictures below it should be the brownish color). Color matched our current furniture based on what was in the showroom. We waited 4 months when it was delivered, in a box, the delivery guy didn't even open it for us. Had he done so we would have immediately returned it.
As we opened the box it was the wrong color. What we received was a purple grey. We went back to the show room to make sure it wasn't our eyes. Nope completely different color. The sales guy and manager gave us a number to call because this has happened to a few other people they said. Customer service tried to say it's my lighting. WRONG! Ok so let's just swap it out for the white one, NOPE.
Because they messed up and we are not satisfied with the clear color difference they would charge us more because the cost of the piece has gone up plus a restocking fee! What they are selling is clearly misrepresented. I am not color blind submitted pictures and they want us to take in a piece of this to the store to prove to them it's not the same color under their lighting.
Nothing comes off unless you break it. Clearly our money is being held hostage. Customer serves is a joke. Had planned to make more purchases there but will happily take my business elsewhere at this point. Never have we experienced this type of treatment ever. Go elsewhere. Buy from Wayfair or anywhere but here unless you like being treated terribly.
