My contacts with Harp Gallery have been uniformly positive. The employees who worked with me were very professional, quick to respond, sympathetic to my concerns about the size of the piece of furniture that I was considering, and willing to accommodate those concerns. What is significant is that this professionalism extended beyond the time of my purchase through my later decision to cancel the order due to space concerns.

It is one thing to be congenial when trying to sell an object, but quite another to extend that same courtesy when a customer decides to cancel an order. Well done, Harp Gallery!

We have spent the past year & a half restoring a 1908 Victorian home in Brady, Texas, and -- during that time -- have purchased around a dozen antique pieces from Harp Gallery. We have been delighted consistently with everything about the experience. Their antiques are always in very good condition, without being "refurbished" in such a way that would impact the authenticity of the piece.

Their prices are quite competitive, especially when one takes into account the quality and condition of the furniture. I find their website very helpful with excellent photos and accurate descriptions, and the "e-commerce" function works simply and flawlessly. Finally, I have to give a shout-out to Dar & Julie, who have delivered all of the furniture to Texas from Wisconsin.

They have made at least 4 deliveries now, usually with more than one piece of furniture. They communicate ahead of time to let us know they are coming; they arrive on time; they are courteous, personable, and genuinely helpful; and by the way -- they happily put the furniture in place in the house without damaging the furniture or the house! One a scale of one to five, I would give Harp Gallery at least a six!

I have purchased several pieces from Harp Gallery and have been very pleased with each one. The pictures offered for each item are excellent and can be completely trusted to help make your decision. Each piece is wrapped carefully and I have never had any item scratched or damaged in any way. Also, the staff are so helpful, caring and so easy to work with. I think Harp Gallery is a company that shows integrity and can be trusted.

Purchased a piece from Harp and it couldn't have been a better experience. We got a 10% discount by mailing them the check. The delivery did take a while (used professional movers, took about 5 weeks), but the piece was of such nice quality that it was well worth the wait. Really cannot stress how happy we are with the new furniture.

Everyone at Harp has been a JOY to work with. I looked at five different bookcases over two years and asked for precise measurements on all of them. Each person at Harp was always willing to share their time to make sure that I understood how large each bookcase was in every dimension. I collect larger books and often the older bookshelves just are not deep enough.

They always had a smile over the phone and were very patient with all of my questions. Finally, I found the perfect one. The entire process was very easy and fun. The bookcase arrived looking better than it did on their website (I didn't think that was possible). The two shipping experts who delivered the bookcase were absolutely phenomenal. They were the nicest and most professional people I've ever met. Harp is fantastic and always has great items.

Outstanding experience to purchase this Asian style buffet and make the drive to pick it up ourselves. Seeing the gallery was worth the trip! All curated, fine pieces in wonderful condition, on par with antique and vintage furniture sellers I've purchased from located on the East Coast. This buffet is our introduction to Kittinger Furniture. The quality is amazing and we are more than pleased with it. The staff was great, very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Harp Gallery!

You won't find a more courteous, helpful, or well-stocked antique dealer if you try. I had the pleasure of working with them to replace my dining room set, and picked up a pair of nightstands while I was at it because their inventory is such high quality. Ordering over the phone was a breeze; each time I called, the person helping me was kinder than the last.

When I was mixing and matching chairs, they even offered to take some photos of the different combinations to give me a better look, all within the hour of speaking to them! Shipping the pieces down to Texas from Wisconsin was also a breeze; Harp took care of everything, and the pieces showed up in perfect order. Cannot say enough good things about Harp, at least until I buy something else!

We purchased a Victrola phonograph from The Harp Gallery. It was a one of a kind piece and needed to be shipped across the country. We were nervous about having it shipped because of its age and the delicacy of the insides. The Harp Gallery was amazing at answering our questions prior to the purchase and the shippers were great.
