We are so lucky we stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place! The entire experience was incredible. When we walked in, the staff showed us around but then gave us space on our own to browse and discuss. Then they answered all of our questions and then some. A few minutes later they had print outs of the perfect items for us! We ended up buying something they had right on the floor but are coming back for those other items.
The experience was amazing, delivery. fantastic! The prices are so affordable - the quality is outstanding! So lucky the Fox Valley has a place with these options. We will be back Thank you!

We have recently purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Knox. The sales staff that we worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The furniture that we received was of high quality and looks good in our home. Finally, their delivery service did a great job. Each time, they arrived within five minutes of the scheduled time (in fact, they were a few minutes early) and were careful and courteous. Great transactions all the way around!

My Experience I have with Knox Furniture is unbelievable to most individuals. I have been grateful for being able to work for Bob and Pete (greatest brother duo combo) and with all of their big hearted, intelligent, sophisticated designers for almost 5 years now as there employee/friend/delivery driver.
