Furniture Phases

We could not have had a better experience. I discovered an item Furniture Phases had highlighted on Facebook Marketplace that was a perfect match to the furniture our daughter has in her nursery (our first grandchild!) and therefore would nicely complete the setup. During a phone call Linda agreed to place the item on hold for us, and my husband and I drove over from the Twin Cities to purchase it.

The store is beautifully appointed. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pricing was very reasonable. We were/are simply delighted! Though it was a very long drive, we would not hesitate to return.

I purchased a couch but right after found something better.they are final sale only. So i talked to a gentleman who was quite nice. He said i can reconsign. They take half so i lost half my money even though i called less than 24 hours later. He said sounds good we will list it for sale. I asked what i need to do he said nothing once it sells we send a check and the consigners dont really talk to the store.

This was first week of feb. I called in april to ask if the couch sold. It did.10 days after i reconsigned it. I said i never got a check. The lady said well its your responsibility to check to see if your stuff sold and we dont send out checks and you have to pick it up. The complete opposite of what the man told me. After a couple minutes and me explaining what the man told me, she said they would send it, reluctantly.

This whole situation seemed very shady and a way to keep the money. Possibly hoped i would forget about it? The ladies who work there just arent all that nice. I am glad to be done with this place.

They raved about a chair set I bought. My fault for not looking closer items until we got them home. 3 chairs we're broken and not disclosed. The 2 ladies working we're NOT friendly. When we left my daughter's boyfriend said thank you they never even said anything.

It's a decent place to consign your old furniture and I've bought a few pieces there. Fair prices but nothing I'd call a steal. They do a wonderful job at presentation though.

High quality merchandise. Every time we go there's always something new and exciting to find.

This is a fantastic furniture resale store! There is sooo much to look at, and NO JUNK! I would % recommend checking this place out if you're looking for starter furniture or that one unique piece. Be prepared to spend a fair amount of time here, the staff is really nice, super helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Everything is clean and laid out very nicely. Located right off Wisconsin Ave, it's convenient as well as being easy to get in and out of. Personally I can't wait to go back!

Would not recommend. Table and chairs purchased began falling apart. Spindles on the chairs began to come apart. Not happy spending a decent amount on them, after being told they would last me a long time and that was far from the truth. Now I will either need to spend time repairing or find an alternative. Have not attempted to have this issue resolved as I feel I will just be told all sales are final. Website redirects you to an Asian site with zero English and nothing to do with furniture.

I would not recommend that you consign anything here. Here's the scoop: I dropped an item off. It was a custom piece, one of a kind, made by a local woodworker. I asked what would happen if it did not sell? They said if it didn't sell in the time frame of the contract, which I believe was three months or so, they would call and check if I wanted to pick it up or have them donate it.

Ok that works. Unfortunately time went by, I never received a call from them. When I went in to check on the item, within 30 days of dropping it off, they said "don't worry! we will call you!" Well, today I come to find out that my item was "donated to charity". Well they never called me. I live very close by and would have certainly picked it up.

Maybe one of the workers got a great deal (free)? Maybe they sold it and pocketed the money? In any case, I will never know the truth and therefore will never be coming back to this store.
