Okay all I can say is we LOVE this place. If I'm gonna be honest it came down to the gentleman that assisted my husband and I through the process, Steve B! All I can say is great things. A lot times now a days customer service has gone out the window, so I was delightfully surprised at how helpful he was right from the moment we walked in! We told him what we were looking for and he was more than gracious about taking us around and showing us the options they offered.

He was so kind and patient and very informative! It was like talking to a friend who had nothing but your best interest in mind lol. Not only was Steve amazing but the prices here are the best you will find in the valley! (trust me after hours of looking, we know lol) We got our entire bed set and will be back again to purchase a mattress and new dining room table. Steve is the man! Thank for everything :)

My salesperson Maria Millman will do anything for the sale. She talked us into the furniture protection plan. Oh she swore that even a scratch they would repair. Your cat or kids can damage it we will replace or repair NO PROBLEM! Well she lied right to our faces. My couch had a tear on the back of one of the recliners. After 10 weeks the repairman showed up with damaged material and could not repair the tear. I'll be back but you should ask for a replacement back for the recliner.

He came back weeks later with nothing to repair the tear. WASTED MY TIME AND HIS. Now he suggested I ask for a whole new seat for the torn, Rippled couch. I got a call today saying my claim was denied. I mean what the heck is going on. First they come to repair it twice, then they call and deny the claim. I am beside myself. Don't buy the furniture repair package it's a scam and the salesperson should know better than to lie to their clients. She is not a forthright salesperson she just wants the sale. She works at the Mark St. store.

We recently received our couch, much earlier then expected I must say, and delivery went great. The only reason it wasnt a five star experience is due to the complications that occurred, but i will be going back to make some more purchases from this location as the overall experience was great

This review is for my visit 2wks ago. I just moved into my new home and I was on a mission to find a charcoal gray sectional with the chaise on the left side. I looked for a few months and everything I seen was big and bulky and would not fit in the door frame without a struggle. I came across a sectional that I loved and it was in stock so Friday after work I decided to stop by to see if it looked just as it did online.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mr. Richard. He was very nice and helped me right away. I showed a picture of what I was looking for and he led me to my couch it was even better looking in person. Before I got too excited he double checked that the couch was in stock and the soonest delivery date. After finding my couch I decided to walk around to see what else I needed and found an awesome wine cabinet.

What I enjoyed the most about Walker Furniture is that everyone is very friendly and helpful but they do not hound you like a car salesman. Richard was very detailed and took the time to answer all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed or persuaded to buy anything I did not need. The transaction process was great and very detailed as well. Oh and the delivery guys were great as well. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will definitely return to this location when it's time to update my bedroom furniture

CUSTOMER SERVICE BY "BLISS" AT THE OUTLET STORE WAS PHENOMENAL. WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL

I need to complain. My husband bought his recliner from an amazing sales woman Christie. He hasn't come to bed since. He sleeps in that thing! Haha. Can I return it for a less comfortable one? We have a new love! Also if anyone is considering buying furniture, go to Christie. She's extremely funny and very knowledgeable about nice furniture and what looks nice with other pieces. Our recliner goes perfect.

Wrong item delivered & upon redelivery item was damaged. Asked for a manager and was told I would get a call on Monday. No one called. I called back on Tuesday, spoke to the manager Stephanie who had a terrible attitude. She was clearly upset that I called to complain and stated I already received a discount on the item. The discount she was referring to was a sales price the item rang up as when I purchased it and offered $50 to me for a $2000 dollar item.

She never apologized for my experience and when I told her she had a poor attitude and sounded bothered by my call she stated she was "sorry that I feel that way". You lost a customer, will never come back. Disgusting service & disgusting management.

I bought a entertainment center from this store in March. We still haven't received the center. Called & now they state it won't be in till May. I have already purchased the piece of furniture & I was not told it would take 2 months to get it. I feel I have been duped. I will just keep calling until they get tired of hearing from me. I would love to tell the owner how awful it is.

The sales people are only worried about how many sales they can make instead of satisfying the customers that they receive their product. They shouldn't make you pay for the whole thing until you receive it. I haven't heard from anyone. Just awful

Dave was a pleasure to work with. He's super friendly and not aggressive about sales with his customers, which I appreciated. I purchased a sectional once we got approved we were escorted straight to service center and was out the store in 15 minutes. Soooo easy and no standing around waiting like other stores. He didn't make any promises on a delivery date for the couch we purchased which I thought was a smart move, but I'm super happy to say our furniture ended up coming a month earlier than expected! Even the delivery guys were fast and efficient. Love our new couch and will continue shopping here in the future!

Had nothing but an exceptional visit today! Was helped by Jaz the moment we walked in and helped us find a mattress as well as take our time looking for an additional couch and ottoman:

JAZZY JAZZ! Whew we walked in with kids, no clues, and a budget of course. Jazzy made it all work and feel great in the process. We had to shop on a Monday evening with kids at an odd hour. Jazzy wasn't phased by our chaos. She walked the whole room with us back and forth as much as we wanted. Absolutely great experience with her, she had all her facts off the top of her head, she was competent, confident, and collected.

You could not ask for more from a sales person. We had been in contact for about a week, she had patience the whole time. Thank you much! Jazzy accommodated to every question I had & helped gather all my information for random dimensions I needed.

Choices are limited, but the pieces they do have are pretty good.

Big store with plenty of options. Great customer service! Randall is awesome, helpful and was on point with answering questions! Some furniture on the floor was going to be delayed due to Covid and he was sure to let us know of all timeframes. I'd highly recommend you ask for him if you need help. We are furnishing a whole house and will absolutely reach out to him for more help in the future.

Purchased this pos sofa for 599 and had it delivered but it was a real pos. Cushions were too hard Recliners didn't work right and the arms were very short. Sent it back. I went in the store to try to pick out a better one and I told the salesperson I was looking for a sectional with a lounger and I wanted attached cushions. She told me sectionals usually don't come with "attached " cushions. Liar!

I found an Ashley furniture sectional at big lots for 764. Absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. I would not recommend them! Rude and they are crooks! I know what you think, Big Lots? Yes. The sectional I bought was probably Half what Walker asked! I live it because big lots doesn't have high pressure sales people! Also Walker charged me 136 to deliver a single sofa. Big lots, 80 bucks! Fast friendly service

The 5 stars are for the person who helped me at the store: MR. JOHN KHATRI. He was the only person out of 10 who actually greeted me and made me feel welcome. The other 9 didn't even say hello. It was a Sunday afternoon after baking a cake when I decided to go to the store instead of trying my luck online. I literally had flour on my old Raiders shirt and looked like I hadn't showered in days. I'm also Mexican, but let's not get into Henderson and its color issues and diversity challenges; Mr. Khatri asked me what I needed and I explained that my brother had broken his bed and that I wanted a fancy bed, one of those that you can elevate with a remote control.

Also asked for the best mattress. He was very sweet and patient and made fair recommendations. I asked if he had a sale on couches and he said oh yes we do, let me show you. I got two big couches too. They're soft and perfect for our needs. We have a HUGE German Shepherd so leather is our only option. Mr. Khatri explained the credit card perks so I applied. One year no interest, oh yes! Thank you for a great experience Mr. Khatri. If you are reading my review, please ask for him, he deserves your time.

We moved to Henderson about a year ago and needed a few pieces to complete the rooms in our house. We bought a couch set from another store but looked at Walker for several other items. Customer Service: Normally I hate sales people that follow you around the store. But the two people who helped us on on two different occasions were knowledgeable and helpful while not being annoying.

In fact, we appreciated their efforts and enjoyed shopping. Products: We found a bedroom dresser and night stands that were perfect and reasonably priced. We also found a headboard for a king sized bed that could be bought separately as a simple head board.without the foot and side pieces. Again, it met our needs perfectly. However, one advertised outdoor table set was low priced and turned out to be very small sized table and chairs.

That was disappointing but we just didn't buy the item The items we purchased were very good quality and heavy solid wood. The items were in stock for immediate delivery. Price/Quality: Some items, such as children's furniture, were lower priced and fairly priced for the quality. Most of the full sized furniture was moderate to good quality and also fairly priced. Delivery: Quick and careful delivery.

The crew was helpful and installed the mirror to the dresser. We'll go back. There are a couple of other good quality furniture stores here in the area.so shop around. Clearly worth a stop at Walker.

The Walker people are great from the floor sales help to the loadibg dock. A terrific experience. Discounted furniture. Great deals and assembled.

Excellent store, good prices, fast and prompt delivery! Came about 25 min before closing on a Saturday and was looking for a sleeper sofa. Sales person David was very helpful and convinced me to actually buy a day before which looks like a couch but has a mattress instead of cushions! Great idea. David stayed well past quitting time with me to make sure it goes through. Delivery was fairly fast as warehouse is in Vegas and there was no delay. Delivery personnel was awesome and tracking them was effortless. All in all wonderful experience!

We bought a couch and part of the sectional was on back order we paid in full.date we where given they said no still not here then they gave us a second date when it would be here then when that date came it still wasnt here.so we had to wait 3 month we get a call that it was finally here we drive an hour one way loaded up our trailer. We get there and they tell us sorry looks like someone sold your oder(that was already paid for).so then after getting upset they try and bring out some broken one and tell us they will give us money back and wont be warrantie that we paid for if we took that one!

I said absolutely not! We want what we paid for it was not our fault someone sold our couch so they gave us one new from somewhere. I believe from someone else's order.in the end they gave us the couch we ordered it was a mess

Roberto, he is one of the managers, he promise a credit, that later on was not given, what he promise. I had to make several phone calls before they even put the credit back to the credit card. The price on what we bought was different on the bill. Sales person did not explain. I believe to have an excellent customer service you always have to go beyond that. I won't less likely go back or recommend.

Amazing experience! Vicki was attentive, but was very good about giving you space to shop and talk on your own! We have an amazing sectional, and a beautiful rug now! Plus our TV stand will be deliver Monday! Super excited! Go see Vicki!

Awesome experience. Forgot to post sooner, but Lisa helped us with a kitchen table and a couch. She was very nice and courteous. Not pushy at all, which was refreshing because we had gone to a couple furniture stores and were basically attacked by people. She offered us water, and asked if we needed help. When we explained we were still checking everything out, she 100% gave us space, but was still close enough for us to reach when we were ready to pick something out. Overall, the experience was fast and efficient. If we ever need more furniture we'd come back.
