We spent over $8,000 in furniture and the lamps arrived broken and this was in October 2019, still haven't gotten the replacement lamps. POOR SAD Customer Experience

Not a PHYSICAL LOCATION of furniture warehouse. Came out of town to view furniture I saw on the website; only saw an auto body shop at the address listed. Called the number to verify location and after she finally answered, she told me it was just the office for her ONLINE furniture store; then provided me with the website and that's it-didn't ask me what I might be looking for, how she could help-just hung up. Looks like they do have a great selection online, but why even list an address if there's no furniture for viewing physically at the address listed?!
