Overall a great experience. We stopped by Kagans on Saturday while shopping for a new couch and thanks to Barry for showing us pieces of furniture we were interested in we walked out less than 20 minutes later after purchasing a quality couch and love seat set for over $2,000 less than we would have paid at other businesses. The 2 pieces were delivered this Monday morning at a reasonable price and within the time promised by 2 professionals. Great job by all. I highly recommend Kagans if you're looking for new furniture. They have a very nice selection to choose from and salesmen are not pushy.

Bought Bedroom and dining are furniture in August 2018. We were building a new home and were told the furniture would be protected. Furniture was delivered the end of November - with 3 pieces damaged. There was black dirt all over the white furniture which took us a while to clean. Furniture was paid in full at time of purchase and we were told the delivery charge would be approximately $900.
When we were contacted by the delivery company which is not owned by Kagans the charge was $1300 - big difference. When the furniture was delivered 3 pieces were damaged by the delivery company - we called Kagan's and their reponse was we had to take it up with the delivery company. It is now January 17 and still no furniture - to top it off we found the exact same bedroom set in Home Sense for less with no delivery charge. I would never recommend Kagans to anyone.

Absolutely disappointed in service here. Barely made it in the door and the sales rep asked me what I was looking for. I said a children's bed and a side table. He said "you should just go to target or Rooms to go". I said I was looking for good quality furniture and didn't like Rooms to go because it's horrible quality and he said "maybe you shouldn't be so picky about children's furniture.
Just shake it and you're good. Have a good evening". Didn't get to look at a single item in the huge warehouse before being told to go somewhere else and basically pushing me out. Will never spend my money there.

Undoubtedly the WORST furniture company to deal with. Purchased a couch from these criminals last year and everything was easy peasy until we reported a defect with the merchandise. After going through the proper channels, they requested we provide the appropriate information to show defects. After providing this information numerous times and in different format, the company stated the product was as it should be.
This looks like your typically negative review; however the product had noticeable craftsmanship problems that did not show up on the floor model. The company's return policy is laughable at best considering their poor accountability in providing an adequate product. Couch cost over $2,400 and serves up constant back pain that is worse than the previous couch owned.
I believe this could have been avoided if the company handled customer complaints better. Shipping takes forever too by the way and the DONT take credit cards. I can see why this company does not advertise its ratings to the public. Buyer beware***
