Golden Fowler

Golden Fowler is always our "go-to" store in Traverse City when we need furniture. When new first bought our lake house, we furnished our entire house from Golden Fowler- service was outstanding, furniture of good quality and the price was reasonable. We'll be heading there in May since our family continues to grow and we need to make a few changes.

Beautiful store with top quality furniture. Staff friendly and helpful. Staff wore masks real plus! for in-store shopping.

We had such a great experience from beginning to end. The customer service Lauren provided was perfect, no high pressure but all the expertise. She gave us room to look, checked back as needed, suggested details I wouldn't have thought about to find the perfect dining set. We were equally impressed with the outstanding delivery. The gentlemen were very kind and respectful, all the safety protocols and treated out new dining set with such care. We love the look, the quality and the true value in our purchase. Great Experience shopping here. Teri was very helpful, supportive and gave us many options. She was open listened and enjoyable to work with. They have good quality suppliers and charge expected and better prices. American made by craftsman. I spent two hours choose Sofa and chairs and came back for a third hour two days later.

Today I found a true Design center with good prices for the quality. Teresa was a real gem to work with and I could not be happier. I said Art and crafts she delivered art and crafts.

Golden Fowler has been incredible! Heather was very helpful in picking out a new bed and the bed was delivered and set up perfectly. We had an issue with the bed creaking and they delivered new box springs right away. When that didn't fix the issue the delivery man helped tighten the screws on the bed frame which fixed the problem. We will be shopping there for years to come!

We have purchased home furnishings from Golden Fowler for years because of the excellent quality of furniture and products, along with the outstanding service they provide, not to mention their helpful and friendly sales and parts/service staff. They back their furniture, etc. 100% and provide great solutions to items purchased many years ago. I was recently there a few months ago to see if they could order me a part for a chair I bought 7+ years ago.

The serviceman found an extra part in their shop and gave it to me without charge and advised me that if that didn't work, they could order me a part. It definitely worked and I am very grateful. Thank you Golden Fowler.

Best place to buy furniture in Traverse City. Mike and John, the repair guys, literally just left my house after a quick fix on my sofa that I purchased more than three years ago. And they did a fantastic job. I will only buy furniture from Golden Fowler because their service is unparalleled. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase furniture. Thank you.

The staff is great the store has a good selection and I have always been treated with respect. Also I got a killer deal on a custom sectional. Thanks! Oh and our couch came within 5-6 weeks. From order.

We ordered a couch on August 30th. We were told it would arrive in 6-8 weeks, which was acceptable. 15 weeks later we still do not have our couch. Either Golden Fowler is lying or the manufacturer runs a terrible business, but this is a sad story of the lack of accountability. Would you order a couch if you knew it wouldn't arrive for 1/3 of a year

I think my wife and I were profiled. We weren't in our Sunday best cloths but we're dressed casually. We were ready to buy until an old man with a rumpled shirt and tie promptly dismissed us. So mad we will never go back.

Unbelievable experience! Was working with Heather - when someone a manager or-- interrupted by manager? - excuse me for a moment - ok - she NEVER came back! We waited - thought she was doming back - no - she was helping another customer? I guess we were dismissed. AND - we were referred by long time customers who are locals! No couth, customer service or common courtesies.
