Walked in yesterday looking for a bed foundation and frame. Got it delivered this morning, and they set it all up for me! Friendly staff, no hassle, great experience all around.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience with The Bedroom Company. We told them that she had back issues and they pointed out a perfect bed for us. It was the Milly fusion lux. We made a deal and they shipped it for free and gave us a free mattress protector. I felt very good about buying from them just because they are a smaller business. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Very happy with our new mattress. The staff was also amazing. Only bit of advice to the staff would be to leave the people alone for a bit to discuss things about the bed they dislike or like or if they are ready for this purchase.

I'm not someone who's huge on writing reviews but when it's deserved its deserved! These guys get a 10/10! Woke up this morning wanting a new mattress and I am currently laying in my new mattress that they delivered at no cost! When I went in there Jim showed my boyfriend and I all sorts of mattresses and found the perfect one for us. When we told him our price range he wasn't judge mental that we didn't wanna spend 3000 on a mattress but he found us one in our price range. When I say I will never go anywhere else I mean it!

Your new showroom is beautiful! Can't say enough about how wonderful this store is (and always has been). The shopping experience is definitely 5 star. The store is one of the best bedding showrooms - everything is displayed in a customer friendly manner! The staff have incredible knowledge about the whole range of products. The owner helped us find the perfect mattress set in our price range. No hard sell here. Very helpful. Delivery was timely and professional. We have been here several times over the years and will definitely keep coming back!

Buyer beware, don't trust this business or their salesman! Prior to purchasing a mattress here I was given a pamphlet with information about the mattress I wanted, it said that if I was unhappy with the mattress their was a 90 day money back satisfaction guarantee. I made sure to confirm this with the salesman before I finalized my purchase, and he acknowledged yes, this was the case.

I was there with someone else who can confirm this exchange took place. After using the new mattress for a while, I was not sleeping well on it, and I discovered mold on the bottom of it. I contacted the same salesman who sold me the mattress, told him I wanted to get a refund because it was within the 90 day window, and he told me that they do not offer refunds.

So before I made my purchase He was Lying to me through his teeth to make a sale! He then told me that the 90 day refund was only if you purchased directly from the mattress supplier! This was not what I was told prior to purchasing the mattress! I had a Terrible experience, don't buy from this dishonest store. If you are in northern Michigan and want an excellent quality mattress and great customer service, go to the Harbor Springs mattress company. I had a great experience there and received an awesome mattress.

I definitely recommend The Bedroom Company for all your mattress needs! They have a beautiful showroom, their sales people were friendly, very knowledgeable, yet not high pressure sales. We tried several mattresses before making our selection and never felt rushed or pressured at all. The mattress was delivered in the time frame that they promised.

Their delivery people were friendly and very efficient. I am very pleased with our mattress. I can say that I have less tossing and turning during the night since purchasing this mattress. I would definitely purchase from this store again. Keep up the good work!

We just purchased a queen size mattress from here and couldn't be happier! Jash is very knowledgeable and a great help. We didn't have a frame yet so they loaned us one to use for as long as we need it. We purchased the mattress on a Wednesday and they delivered it on Friday, which is amazing. This is a wonderful place to purchase a new bed, or new beds! My husband and I just recently moved back and head the pleasure of working with Jash to select a new mattress. I am pretty picky about the type of material used when making a mattress and wanted something organic with a low amount of chemicals. The Bedroom company had just what we wanted.

The mattress was delivered the same day, with a 30 day guarantee. We decided at the end of the day we needed a firmer mattress, and thankfully Jash and Randy and team allowed us to return the mattress (within the 30 days) and we are so thrilled. Such great people to work with! Highly recommend this location.

Yesterday, I went to The Bedroom Company to look for a new mattress for my husband and I. I arrived there at 3 pm on a Saturday and the mattress I purchased was delivered to my home an hour later! We purchased the Michigan mattress with the adjustable settings. They were able to give us a fantastic price and delivery was free too. I'm so happy I went to this store and will never go anywhere else to buy a mattress. Oh, on top of this, The Bedroom Company gave me a ten year store warranty on this mattress! Absolutely love our new mattress from The Bedroom Company. We got an Embody hybrid that was shipped directly to us. A huge plus was that the mattress was vacuum sealed and made getting it upstairs a lot easier than a normal mattress. The mattress itself inflated once opened up which was pretty cool to see. My wife and I both love how comfortable and cozy the mattress is and would definitely get another as it's great value. Thanks Bedroom Company!

Jim at the Bedroom Company went above and beyond in finding and delivering the perfect Made-in-Michigan Clare Bedding mattress! The price was better than expected and I couldn't be happier. It was VERY nice to deal with a professional who really knows their product! I live in Ann Arbor and couldn't find this level of expertise anywhere closer.

I can't say enough positive things about the bedroom company. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress, and shopped around to multiple mattress stores. The owner and staff at the bedroom company were the most knowledgable and helpful people we encountered, and even remembered who we were when we came back several months after our first visit to the store.

We had a difficult time deciding on a mattress, and after about two weeks we decided we wanted to go with a softer tempur-pedic model (we got the cloud luxe- it is SO comfortable!). We went back to the store and the owner was happy to help us find another mattress, and even delivered it that night and picked up the old one at no charge. He also gave us a great deal on accessories. We will always choose the bedroom company when purchasing mattresses in the future.

I highly recommend The Bedroom Company when you are looking for a new mattress. Very large selection of beds all with a different feel so make sure you try a bunch of different ones. I picked out a bed that I liked and they actually had me try out another bed that was almost the same, but less money. I appreciate their honesty in helping me find the right bed, and not just trying to make a buck. I will definitely go back when it's time to replace the kids beds.

It is nice to deal with professionals who specialize in their product. We looked at Sam's club and ArtVan to solve a "Rubrik's Cube" of mismatched matresses, box springs and frames. We were able to get all the pieces we needed -- and not have to buy sets or onesided unflippable mattresses. The cost on the frames and box springs were significantly lower than Sam's Club.

The best part was the (on time) delivery service. I expected to do the assembly, instead, they carried everything upstairs, assembled all and carted away our discarded items for donation. We were very pleased.
