Absolutely love shopping at Weirs. The prices are fantastic and the quality of the products is insane. We have bought furniture and a mattress here and each time has been such an enjoyable experience. Michael was very helpful when we purchased our mattress and the delivery was a breeze. Can't wait to go back!

Patrick and markups did a wonderful delivery today. They helped me to set up the bed and put on the new mattress on the second floor. This is extra steps they took to make customer very satisfied! I would give them 10 stars!

We've bought most of our furniture from Weir's - we love it! We are always treated so well by Michael Kirschner - he's the best! Ask for him if you want the best experience!

My husband and I have purchased two sofas, a large sectional and two ottomans in the past month and will be purchasing two swivel/rocker chairs next week from Michael Kirschner at the Weir's Farmers Branch location. We have a Weir's where we reside, but we choose to make the drive to do business with Michael. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, makes helpful suggestions as well as he is very personable. You do not feel pressured to make a purchase. He allows you time to make a decision. We will continue to do business with Michael and are grateful to have found him!

After buying a Sherrill sofa and not being as comfortable with the seating cushions it came with, Mr. Newton, from the Farmers Branch Weir's Warehouse, helped me to get the foam UD cushions to replace the spring system ones that originally came with the sofa. He was attentive, cordial, and most decisive in doing all in his power to guarantee my full satisfaction. Weir's has been my preferred furniture store since I moved to Plano in 2002 and I have been pleased with their products and service since then.

We had the best experience shopping with Ray at Weirs Spring Valley! He has helped us find the perfect mattress & furniture pieces several times and we couldn't be more pleased to work with him! We will back! Thanks Ray!

As ever, Weir's rates 5 stars. Supporting local stores with excellent customer service and reasonable prices makes sense. So before you go to PB, C&B or RH, be sure to check out Weir's. I purchased several items including the Hekman Bedford Park Writing Desk for my home office. This piece is solid and very heavy, with no particle board or manufactured wood, thank you! Ask for Ray at the Spring Valley location.

We just went and bought some different pieces of furniture front the Spring Valley location and Rolanda our sales associate was excellent! She was patient and very helpful. She stayed with us after the store was closed to make sure we selected everything.

Fantastic experience at Weirs furniture once again. The furniture they have on the showroom floor is extensive and ready to go to your home. Michael Kirschner did a great job helping me locate just the right sofa for our upstairs den and it was a great price too! Delivery is early next week!

Excellent, experienced floor salespeople saved us time. Delivery came on time. You could get another star for consistently wearing a mask that covers the nose.

Very poor customer service from Rafi at this establishment. As a woman shopping alone (husband on a 24 hr shift as a firefighter), I really do not recommend this man as your salesman to anyone. He spoke very condescending to me and abruptly rude for no reason telling me what I wanted was wrong when he was given incorrect information. I wish I would have read the real reviews on Facebook before making the trip here.

Shop somewhere else or if you go, use anyone else but him and bring a man to speak up for you! Very poor. We were there picking out a big girl bed for my daughters birthday and had to go home without a bed and a very sad little girl.

Over the years Lynette has helped us furnish several homes. We have purchased sofas, sectionals, dining table and chairs and several living room chairs directly from her. We have relied heavily on her to help us make decisions based on our ever changing needs and evolving design styles. Her knowledge of different manufactures is second to none. Because of her patience, professionalism and friendship, Lynette is our go to person.

Kathy Pate is an exceptional saleswoman. I immediately felt at ease with her humble spirit. Because of her amazing help, I purchased a beautiful bed on the spot. Later in the day I returned to the store because I couldn't stop thinking about the dresser she showed me to match the bed, and I ended up buying that too. I never post reviews on Yelp, but my sectional was just delivered and Im in my happy place. I recently moved to Texas from California, so I was constantly on the hunt for good furniture. I saw Weir's delivery truck on my street one day so I decided look them up online. Stuff looked good so I went a step further and visited the store with my husband.

Boy are we glad we did because the website doesn't do it justice. The two level store is FILLED with great quality furniture at GREAT PRICES. I was shocked to see a huge beautiful Bernhardt leather sectional for under $4000! We eventually settled for a gorgeous large chenille fabric sectional, also at a great price. Delivery took about a week. The staff were pleasant, helpful and not pushy at all. If you're debating on braving COVID-19 to visit their store, just do it. It's worth it.

My husband and I have never owned a matching bedroom set. We have the opportunity, and I've been doing research for weeks! A lot of people were recommending Living Spaces, west elm, and Wayfair. Since I knew I really wanted some quality pieces, I decided to go with a local company that has been trusted for a long time. I called and spoke with Dorthy about the pieces i was interested in.

She assured me they were in stock and we could have them delivered by earliest the following Wednesday. That was impressive since most of the other furniture stores were estimated weeks to months depending on availability. The next day we came in and met with Dorthy who made everything so easy. We purchased the pieces and the white glove service was amazing.

Our guys even assisted with how the placement should be in our size room. A++++ service all around. I would highly recommend. I would suggest calling before hand and getting with a sales person before just dropping in. Everyone in the store was nice but I was able to build a rapport before the visit which made everything so much smoother.

Every piece of furniture we have bought over the last 11 years has been solid wood and quality built in that it will last for ever. The furniture from this place is worth more but you pay less for it and you will never regret it. When you compare their furniture to other higher end places, their furniture is much better than everyone else. I hope you enjoy your visit as there is something for everyone at this furniture store. The sales people are hands off and not pushy or intimidating as they are somewhere else. The service has always been on point and not pretentious.

We love this furniture store. Good quality and really good prices compared to other places. We always like to shop the second floor too for great deals. Almost every room In our house has something from Weir's. Highly recommend if you're in the market for something that looks great and will last. They also have patio furniture, but I think it was a little pricey for what it was. But those might be southlake prices.

Poor experience with delivery. I made it very clear in the beginning when I started looking at furniture to purchase that I travel. I explained my days at home and my hours of availability for delivery. Once furniture was bought and paid for Weir's said they only had certain windows to work me on for delivery. The days Weir's picked were convenient to the store not to the customer.

I had to make several calls before a day was settled on. And without my knowledge Weir's was going to charge me a delivery fee. I was told that I would be the first stop on a Saturday morning. First stop is at 8:00AM. Weir's showed up at 9:35AM. Not even a curiosity call to let the customer know of the time change. Delivery is not on the same page as the store where the furniture is purchased from. I will not purchase from Weir's again.

I am answering to Weir's Furniture answer to my review. They stated we have reached an agreement. NO I HAVE NOT AGREED TO ANYTHING. Our furniture still is like it was, POOR AND CHEAP QUAlILTY. Weir's has offered a payment of $350.00 to stop me from telling people about there poor quality and customer service. I have not accepted anything and will not until they stand behind WHAT THEY SELL

Weirs is a furniture store that sells mostly traditional style of furnishings, beds and outdoor patio. We stopped in hoping to find something more modern but did end up finding 2 club chairs with modern touches for a fraction of the price of another place we were looking at. Inside the store they have their little country store where you can get popcorn, Fudge, and other little gifts.

I absolutely love this store. I'm pretty sure my entire house is furnished with furniture. I love how there's always someone there to help me if needed. They have the best fudge I have ever had in my entire life. Love that Lil ol country store. Keep up the good work.

I went to Weirs on Preston Rd today & the only salesperson that spoke to me was helping another customer. All other salespeople were standing around visiting with each other. Left & went to Stacy's Excellent Service & spent $3900. Weirs loss & I've shopped at Weirs for years but never again

Fantastic customer service! Victoria was wonderful, and we are so pleased with our purchases! We will never shop another furniture store other than Weir's again! Cannot say enough about this wonderful team of people! The delivery gentlemen were exceptional and you can really see Weir's hires people who are kind considerate and professional!

Went back today. Purchased some bar stools. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. I have purchased furniture here and it's top shelf. I would recommend this place

We moved to the Austin area years ago and have returned to the Keller/Southlake area. We bought many furniture pieces from Weir's in the past and look forward to visiting their Southlake store. We're Weird for Weir's! (c)

Special call-out for Lynette. First off, how can you not appreciate the value you get at Weirs? They have great quality pieces at reasonable prices. We have found them to consistently have the best quality of all furniture stores in The Dallas area. And save yourself the trouble of negotiating, because the prices are the prices. Just know that you're getting good value.

On our last purchase we were looking for a piece to complete a furniture set so called around to all the Weirs locations. However inventory showed them to be out of stock and we were told that the style was a factory close out. Lynette at the Southlake location actually called the store buyer for us to see if they could order it. She called us back Monday morning to let us know that yes, we could order the missing piece.

The Plano location, where we bought the rest of the set didn't even offer to try the buyer. They instead tried to get us to buy something else. And the person at their Knox Henderson location pretended to call the buyer and called us back saying we were out of luck because the style was a factory close out. Moral of the story, your experience is only as good as your salesperson. So go to Southlake and ask for Lynette if you want someone who will make a difference and will work hard to ensure your satisfaction.

Weir's is a great place to find great quality furniture, decent prices (no super bargains, but fair) with helpful salespeople. We bought two identical sofas for a big room in our house that needed serious help, and for $1,000 each, that was cheaper than most of the non-pressboard furniture we could find. Sales guys were helpful (omni-present but not pushy) and they were ok with our kids trying out the la-z-boys while the wife and I selected fabric.

The popcorn and candy shop is a nice touch, and they have a great outdoor section that does have some bargain basement pricing if you catch it right. We'll be back as we need additional pieces - oh, and delivery to Fort Worth was all of $65 bucks. Beat that!
