I love this store! They have a large selection of baby furniture, accessories and clothing. They do a wonderful job embroidering and personalizing anything in the store. The sales people are very informed and helpful. I highly recommend this store. Everyone I sent gifts to are extremely pleased with the gifts.

If I could put zero I would. The owner is beyond the most disrespectful human I have ever spoken to. The employee Natalie is incompetent to do her simple job. Do not believe anything they say to you because they will wheel you in to spend a lot of money under false pretenses. DO NOT SHOP OR HAVE A REGISTRY AT THIS PLACE! I love to support small business but not when they lie and deceive people. I will never recommend this store to anyone!

They lure you to do a registry, offer you a 10% credit based on the purchases from your registry, and then ignore you when you ask for the credit. So much so that the man who owns the store will scream and curse at you accusing you of being in desperate need of money when trying to use the credit they promised you. He seriosly curses at you!

I tried coming to this store twice. The first time it showed the new hours due to covid they close at 3pm. So I decided to come a second time before closing to find that the door was locked and there were people inside. I walked back to my car to call them to unlock the door. To my surprise the lady answered the phone and was extremely short with me.

She continued to tell me more than once when I tried asking questions that she had 2 pregnant women in the store and they really should haven't two of them in the store at one time. And that I really needed to call for an appointment and abruptly hung up on me. I don't have an issue with making an appointment as I am too pregnant but I'd trying to let the lady know so I can just simply wait till they were done as I don't live near this store at all.

Nor did she good customer service by offering me any alternative options or even an appointment. she hung up in the middle of trying to speak. I will be taking my $12,000 nursery budget elsewhere. Also, don't lie to your customers. When I walked up to the door there was clearly way more than 2 pregnant women in the store with a sales person

Had the best experience here. I was given a private appointment so no one else was shopping there with me. Made me feel so much safer with COVID. Natalie spent two hours with me, never rushed me, and went above and beyond showing me everything and every option. So friendly, not pushy and incredibly helpful and patient. I am very indecisive and she didn't get frustrated with it at all. Way better selection of furniture and finishes than other shops. Really a 5 star experience and would highly recommend.

This was the first store I went to go check out baby furniture. Due to covid- they require you to be wearing a mask for the right safety measures. They also would like you to have an appointment if possible, so call their phone number to set up the appointment. Loved the extra safety measures. The lady who assisted us was Natalie, she was excellent in her help, we were able to find something we liked, the price point for us was not something we decided later that we wanted to spend that much money on one room.

They do have some great quality furniture, plus accessories etc. She helped us with the exact price breakdown with all the items we liked and sent us the information via email as well. Also told us how long it would take for everything to deliver. We didn't buy from here but it's a great option if you want to see a local store instead of only online options. It's located in Boca Raton and has good things for babies, toddlers, kids etc (different age groups).~

I received the most precious engraved blanket for my first baby from Rooms for a Prince and Princess - I loved photographing him with it, and the blanket got so many compliments. This week, I was lucky enough to win an engraved blanket for my second baby! So thankful for this ahead of the birth of my little one. Thank you to this wonderful store and to Brittany for engraving the blanket so beautifully!

Rainy day while vacationing in FL with the family so we decided to do some nursery shopping. The store is not huge but very nice and they seem to have a good selection of gifts and stuff, all unique and not something that you find at Target. Natalie was very patient with us (thank you), very knowledgeable and explained us the difference between brands, so that was very informative.

We ended up doing the whole car-seat, stroller and nursery and they had everything shipped to us upstate NY. We're very happy with everything and highly recommend this store.

SO DISAPPOINTED! I took my pregnant daughter and son-in-law to this store to purchase furniture for the nursery. The one woman working there was too busy talking on the phone with verizon and only came over briefly to give us a brief sales pitch, only to return back to her phone call, which was obviously more important than her customers. Save the personal calls for non-work hours!

Big fail on her part-we went to her competitor on Federal Highway and were given outstanding, personalized service by a highly knowledgeable sales associate and ordered everything we needed.

Best store for the best baby gifts! They will do anything and everything to make the gift so special!

Such a great children's store to have locally. Was feeling completely overwhelmed by the multitude of options for baby gear on the market. The staff at Rooms for a Prince and Princess simplified the process entirely. They made amazing suggestions, provided valuable input, and guided me in the right direction for some of my biggest purchases. They also were willing to store my purchases in their shop for a few weeks so I could pick the items up closer to the arrival of our baby. Pricing was also competitive, and they made sure I maximized any available promotions. Highly recommend this shop.

I don't quite understand the negative reviews as our experience dealing with RFAPAP has been nothing short of excellent. We were able to purchase floor model Romina (at a great discount) which we had previously discounted as the brand is extremely expensive. The delivery went smoothly and we continue to visit the store from time to time. Both Natalies are excellent in customer service and really aim to please their clientele.

We recently purchased a magnetic onesie from them where the magnets failed after a few uses despite us following the cleaning directions. RFAPAP told us to come in for exchange or refund, no questions asked. This is the type of service which we are looking for. We will continue to shop at RFAPAP and refer other friends and family looking for high end baby furniture and accessories.

I moved to Florida while pregnant with my first. I was CLUELESS and stressed about what I needed for a nursery etc. I wanted a small business where I would receive personalized service-WELL I GOT ITThe owner sat down with me for hours on end helping me decorate the nursery and playroom and picking out essentials for a newborn. I cannot brag enough about the exceptional service!

Whenever I walk in, I am greeted with huge smiles and personal service for my needs from every single person in the store. When I had my furniture delivered, James went above and beyond. SERVICE WITH A SMILE and so accommodating. The new store is beautiful and filled with amazing gifts and essentials for babies and kids alike. I keep asking for larger and larger sizes so I can continue to shop in this amazing store! I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed.

The store has a wonderful selection of baby furniture, clothing and accessories. The furniture is gorgeous and can be completely customized. The owner Natalie and her team are extremely knowledgeable on all baby products. They are accommodating and go above and beyond to help you with your purchase. I ordered all of my furniture from the store and I live out of town, everything came in a timely manner and with professional delivery and set up. I would highly recommend shopping with Natalie at the store.

Being out of state, this was such a great experience ordering bedroom furniture for my son. They sent me fabric and wood samples and helped me coordinate everything. This was a no stress experience. The delivery team was amazing and did such a great job setting everything up. Highly recommend!

I finally found a place that makes the baby/toddler shopping experience so easy! I've bought everything from furniture (beds for my girls), to embroidered towels, gorgeous clothes and gifts for newborns, toddlers and more. The customer service has always been on point. They leave you to look if you want time or they point you in the right direction if you have questions. I read some of the other reviews and have a hard time believing we're shopping at the same store. I no longer shop anywhere else for my kids/toddlers items.

Great spot for specialty baby and toddler items! The staff was able to help me find an amazing baby gift and the items they have are unique for the most part. We visited their new location and it's beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Do not purchase anything from this store. The staff is extremely rude and the service is terrible. I ordered my furniture 3 months in advance so it would be available when my baby was born and it was still late. The staff did nothing to make the transaction easier and never returned my phone calls. I hope no expecting mother has to go through this experience.

I had a fantastic experience at RPP and I could only wish they were closer to me in Toronto! While in the area recently, we stopped in and were greeted by fantastic customer service and retail knowledge all the way through. We hadn't considered furnishing our Toronto home, but the sales staff made it easy and we ended up falling in love with the Romina Ventianni collection, a beautiful and modern set for our Prince that we never could have found at home. RPP sales staff worked quickly to get our orders in and shipped home.

We left the store at ease that all our nursery needs were done. I won't claim that their prices are unbeatable--but you probably already knew that--still their customer service almost makes those price tags palatable.

Horrible customer service! An order was made in July for a crib, changing table, etc. and STILL waiting for correct pieces to arrive! Sent wrong furniture more than once and then asked customer to pay a restocking fee! They guarantee when furniture will arrive while weeks and days go by and nothing. Not even a phone call. Try calling to cancel or see what's going on with your order and you will be yelled at! Who yells at an eight month pregnant woman who has spent hundreds of dollars at your store! Completely unethical business. Buyers beware

Unscrupulous, awful business. They are liars and not customer centric. They use pressure sales tactics and do not deliver as promised. They cannot be trusted and should not be dealt with. Buyer beware.

I love this store, when I was pregant and my husband and I first went to buy buy baby we where so overwhelmed! I told him we needed to find another place to register for our baby and a room for a prince and princess was it! From the moment we steped in I felt at ease everything is so well organized and they have EVERYTHING you need! The sales people are very knowledge in their products.

I got our baby furniture and stroller and car seat and bedding and the list goes on. Its so nice to deal with people who care about you and treat you right the owners where very helpful and really worked with us I loved how they do beatuful custom bedding you can design everything you want. They had such a wide range for bedding and furniture and clothes and toys!

I was very impressed with the store and the service. My salesperson was Natalie, a sweetheart who was uniquely knowledgeable about the inventory. She helped me organize a fabulous color palette for my daughter's room. Her taste is exquisite, as well as her demeanor. She has made a lifetime customer.

The name is fitting because they have everything your little prince and princess could need from super cute furniture to layettes to strollers. I could have easily walked out with at least 50 things, but getting it back to Chicago would have been challenging. For those who live in the area I highly recommend stopping in here for your nursery needs.

The people who work here were extremely attentive.perhaps almost too attentive following us around the store asking us if we had any questions. They seemed knowledgable about all the products and even followed up with a phone call a few days later to answer questions about the crib and dresser I had my eye on for my little prince. It's also a great place to pick up baby gifts.

While I decided it makes more sense for me to handle all my nursery needs in Chicago, I may go back the next time I'm in South Florida to check out their toys and clothing. They have an impressive collection of kicky pants, which just happens to be my little princess's favorite line of PJs.
