Marcello and Tom have been so helpful, honest and friendly in our process of picking out ledge loungers, table and a firepit! We came in here looking for one thing and walked out with so much! Ordered some repair parts for patio chairs I have had for 20+ years. The parts were available and they sent me a VIDEO on how to install it. What a nice touch. I had done it before but I learned some things. Highly recommend Sunniland Patio. I also received a coupon in case I forgot something I should have ordered. More companies should take note. They are customer focused.

I ordered 3 replacement slings, two for a chaise, one for a chair. The price and shipping costs were reasonable. When the pieces arrived they looked great. The customer service that followed was outstanding. The chair sling didn't fit. I no longer has the original order so I didn't know if the error was mine or Sunniland's. I wrote asking if anything could be done.
A prompt reply from Marcello simply said send the details and the old sling and a replacement would be provided. And provided it was.quickly, and.at no cost. Needless to say, the replacement fit perfectly. The chair and chaise look like new. Sunniland is highly recommended!

We received an excellent product and great service. When UPS claimed that the order was delivered, but we never received it, they got to work right away tracing it. When they got no positive news after about a week, they created a new set, and we received it a few days later. The quality and workmanship are impressive. They stayed in touch with us, giving updates every couple days. With the new pattern we chose and the quality work, our chairs look better than they did when new! Would definitely order again and recommend.

We ordered 2 chairs, ottoman and a small table for our patio. Due to Covid, we were told it would probably arrive in April. The furniture came in earlier than expected (mid March) and we were very happy with the quality; the chair cushions are thick and very comfortable. Delivery & set up was great and we would recommend this store.

We bought vinyl strapping from Sunniland to replace our old dry and discolored pool lounge chairs that were over 15 years old. I can't believe how great they look (See before and after pics). We followed the process of replacing them just like Sunniland's YouTube video showed. It does take a bit of work and strength and we found we needed 2 people to do it. Bottomline. If you're willing to do the work, this is a great option and will save you a ton of money.

My mother and I entered the store and were greeted by Tom, one of the most delightful sales personnel we have ever had the pleasure of meeting with. We had read all the positive reviews about the store, but were very unknowledgeable regarding quality, durability, and design of outdoor furniture. Tom took a long period of time out to answer a multitude of questions we had.

Called these folks for a repair of lawn furniture, sent them a photo, was given a quote. Was told when the truck arrived I could pick ANY fabric presented in their samples. NOT TRUE, we took twenty minutes to come a decision. The driver calls the store and the person on the other end of the phone raises the price 22%. Highway robbery, not honoring their word. This left a bad taste in my mouth, I sent the driver packing, I would not use this company for anything. Period

I see this place has no reviews. I came here to check out Jacuzzi's with my wife and son and got such a great price that I bought one on the spot. Everything went smoothly and thanks for the great deal guys! Friendly guys there. Only recommendation is to hurry up and get the other location back up. Every time I drive by that burned down place I get creeped out.

I went into Sunniland Patio for the first time recently and was overwhelmed with service and the selection of unique outdoor patio furniture. The sales staff was extremely friendly, no pressure and just overall helpful with assisting me with questions and my final selection choice. I never knew they had been around for the past 39 years.
