Issac is a fraud! We did business with him over the course of ten years. Then He had furniture made in Mexico to cut costs! Our sofa fabric was coming apart after twoi years! He also did not refund the money when we changed mirrors! DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISMAN!

Great quality furniture. Owner was so helpful. He stands behind his products and sent his crew to my condo to resolve an issue I had with my couch. Love my couch and will continue to buy furniture from Island Collections!

Island collections was the only furniture retailer in Kona that offered to help design my living space. Beautiful traditional rattan furniture with wide range of fabric selections. Furniture arrived when promised and they installed onsite. Gorgeous and high quality.

Buyer beware when shopping here. When you have decided on your purchase make sure to take a photo of the item, such as, the pattern you order. Also, make sure the fabric sample matches the name Isaac writes on your statement. I would also suggest taking a photo of the fabric sample as well. The sleeper sofa and recliner we recently purchased here was the wrong fabric.

I had no recourse in the matter as the fabric sample was gone, as was the sofa set with the correct pattern that was in his warehouse when my husband and I returned to the store to complain. So there was no evidence to prove his mistake, there was no way to correct it. I'm ashamed to admit this is the second time I have been duped. Unfortunately, he has cornered the market on sofa beds that will fit in our small condo rental so I view his business as a necessary evil. Just be careful when you purchase from this business.

Aloha Yelp readers! I have a painful shoulder and had been advised to get a recliner chair to help relieve some discomfort. Many people said go to Costco but they have huge, ugly, expensive chairs! I prefer supporting small businesses on the island and discovered Island Collections where Isaac and Natasha listened to what I wanted and granted my every wish!

I am a small person and the recliner fits me perfectly. Also, I need the chair to recline easily and it does exactly that. I was able to choose the upholstery from a ton of selections and know the chair will look perfect in my house. Lastly, the price is right AND Isaac is awesome-I can't wait to return to Island Collections and shop for tables and more. Mahalo!

Thank you Isaac Gonshor for our fabulous outdoor recliners with sunbrella fabric! They are so very comfortable and good looking. We even found really nice covers for them in Improvements catalog at a reasonable price. Now the darn feral cats can't hurt the fabric. And we are also extremely pleased with the custom made seat cushions for our teak dining chairs.

They fit in there really well and we don't have to worry about ties or snaps or Velcro! Again the matching sunbrella fabric is a real advantage in our sunny climate. And you think of everything - even the covers for the headrests on the recliners. All those years of business experience make working with you a pleasure.

When we bought our townhouse in 2008 we were referred to Island Collections and were not disappointed. Lots to choose from and beautiful tropical fabrics. We rent out place part-time and people always comment on the lovely furnishings. Recently I had the sofa reupholstered and Isaac helped us with the new recliner. He stays on top of the order until it is delivered properly. Our king size bed is more comfortable that the one I have on the mainland which I paid far more money.

I've been an Interior Designer for over 34 years. Issac has always been able to mfg what ever I have needed on jobs where I was in needed of his help. His furniture remains stylish, inovative and durable.

Aloha, I ordered my TV cabinet back in December, it took a while to make, but voila, it's beautiful & matches perfectly. Note "white wash" rattan is very hard to find and they will custom make it for you as well as many other colors. Since the condo I bought already had "white wash" rattan, I figured I better stick with the theme. I told Isaac "white wash" is gonna come back in style, not sure he believes me, LOL. I'm a very happy customer. Mahalo to Isaac, great sales man!

Bought a beautiful, well-made sofa at a good price. Isaac, the owner was very helpful and friendly and even threw in two pillows at no extra charge.

The same thing happened to us as Cu J's review. We ordered 4 bar stools. Weeks later, three were ready. We waited a few more weeks for fabric for the 4th stool. When it was finally ready after many phone calls, my husband left work early to pick it up and they closed earlier than the sign posted on the door. I called the next day and one of their employees delivered the stool. The chairs are nice if you have all the time in the world to wait.

The furniture is fine for the price you pay and there is a decent selection as long as you buy what's on display in the warehouse. The problem comes when you order something with a specific fabric or stain. He will tell you it will be shipped from Mexico or California and take about 4-5 weeks. Beware! That is a bold face lie. Our furniture took over 10 weeks and we did not order much or ask for anything out of stock.

We have since spoken to many others who also purchased from him and all their orders took at least 8 weeks or longer, after they were told 4-5 weeks. It would be much better if he would be honest that orders take at least 2 months. If its in early, he has happy customers. Poor customer service to tell someone week after week after week that their items will be just 1 more week. We were given that same line 5 weeks in a row, while we sat on the floor of our new home.

Beautiful furniture at a great price! Initially there was a delay in receiving our furniture due to a shortage of the fabric we wanted. The owner followed through and we received our lovely furniture.
