Great experience from start to finish. I came in today on the way home, and this place is a gold mine for quality. Lots of excellent condition office furniture at 33-66% cheaper than retail value! The owner Larry was very knowledgeable and made sure that I left with the Herman Miller Aeron that I liked! He pointed out that some products are still covered by the 5/10 year manufacturer warranties, and even showed me where to find optional accessories for my product on their website. I'll be referring anyone I can to this place for office needs!

Larry is an extremely friendly and helpful owner. They have a ton of office chairs and other furniture of great quality, and offer it at prices that cannot be beat anywhere else. The chair I bought felt like it was brand new. He also offered me a full refund after I had an unfortunate life event literally just an hour after my purchase so I could stay on my feet financially.
Other places will just take your money and run, but Larry is an amazingly generous person and will absolutely do right by you to get you quality office furniture you can be satisfied with. I fully plan to buy any office furniture I need from here while I'm in the area.

If you want high end office furniture for your new work at home world, I can't recommend Gerstel enough. Top quality office chairs that retail for $1500 in great condition (look almost new) for $500. So glad I invested in a Aeron chair, without paying full sticker price. Highly, highly recommend you check it out.

I have outfitted most of my office with furniture from their warehouse. Its amazing how much office furniture they have in there fairly large space. There pricing is fair and they are willing to negotiate. Although the furniture we purchased over the last 6 months is NOT perfect, it is a higher quality, more comfortable and shows far better than new cheap furniture.
And we still spent far less and the we purchased will last far longer. If you want it to look perfect or match, they can do that as well and at reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and stop in before you waste money on new furniture. You can thank me later.

A fantastic store with an even greater quality. What ever you need, you can definitely find it at Gerstel's. The staff is friendly and the owner is so kind and helpful. What's more, the prices are favorable to all business owners who must furnish their offices and waiting rooms. I would return with out a second thought.
