If I could give 10 stars, I would. Your delivery guy just carried our bench across ice & snow 1/2 MILE to our home when the driver realized our gravel road is too icy for the truck. We would have happily accepted delivery next week when the road is clear. The crew stayed in phone contact and the company has been in contact since we placed the order. I own and run a service business and we simply do not see this level of service very often anymore. What an unusual and delightful experience. THANK YOU.

I am extremely underwhelmed with the customer service on my order placed March 24th, expected delivery on May 15th. I was informed May 27th (after I called in) that the vendor cannot fulfill the order. I have placed many orders with Country Casual, the company has lost my trust.

Very friendly people here, hard working guys and clean/organized warehouse. Unloading my container took one hour. For truck drivers coming here for any delivery ---YOU MUST BACK IT IN MANDATORY, there no other way around it. I can fit a 40 trailer with a sleeper but is very tight and believe me, your skills will be tested here.

Had our 15yr old, tired, dirty and weathered, teak dining set, side cart as well as 8 arm chairs refinished. I was a bit skeptical as to what the result would be considering the condition of our out door furniture - that we don't cover or move inside during the winter - it looks and feels brand new! I'm a very picky customer, it was done to perfection.

Would recommend and use again, reasonably priced. They even replaced the pull string on the umbrella as a courtesy. WOW, wish more places would surprise you like Country Casual.
