In 1983, the Kapp family purchased the 22,000 sq. ft. store at 919 Taylor Street and Taylor Creek was born. It was a retail concept that incorporated a mix of seasonal items including patio furniture, lawn and garden, presents, artificial floral department, toys and Christmas items. Today, the layout includes 33,000 square feet of retail space and a much broader product mix.

The best place to shop for quality items, especially during Christmastime. Keep in mind that quality items are not cheap and cheap items are not quality. There are a lot places in town with cheap, chintzy merchandise and this is thankfully not one of them. I appreciate the confidence in knowing my purchases will last for many years. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

What's there not to love! You can find beautiful & some unique items year round. But our favorite time of year is to see all the thousands of beautiful Christmas items, decorations & trees. If we could give it 10 STARS we would. Everyone that works there are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend stopping in to see what they have. You won't leave empty handed!

Four stars only because they are expensive some items plastic snowflakes and some cheaper things you can get at everything for a dollar store. But they get four stars because they have quality crafted items. & It's just always a fun store to walk through a good place to bring kids that behave and can see all the wonders of Christmas
