Awake At The Wheel

Run. Run far far away from this place and the owner! We tried ordering office furniture from this place for our office dealt directly with who I think is the owner Rita. This lady is a total flake and I would never ever recommend working with her if you value your time. We knew what we wanted & when we needed it & laid all that out for her from the beginning. However, she asked the same questions via phone and email over 10 times (when is good for delivery, what color, what size, how many needed, etc.) for over 4 weeks. Seriously!?
She quoted us many different prices for the same things, promised to email pictures and never did. It should not have been this complicated. She's the owner and she's the 1 driving her business into the ground because of her poor attention to detail. She made us feel as if we were trying to force her to do something she just didn't want to do. Why have this business if you don't care about LISTENING to your customers THE 1ST TIME and providing good service?!
How terrible to make customers repeat themselves 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 times! Unbelievable. We will NEVER use her again nor recommend her. Her prices aren't even that cheap. We could've ordered online but decided keeping the money local was better, even if it did cost a little more. Well, never again (or at least not this place again). The hassle of doing business with her is more than enough to convince us to order online next time we need something or look for a different local used office furniture shop. Its a shame. Her delivery/set-up guy Juan was very nice and seems to be running the show correctly.
