Circle Furniture has beautiful furniture! The selection of styles is extensive! They do custom work or you can buy off the floor. The sales associates are outstanding and James, Ann and Linda are skilled in design and will help you create a beautiful look in your home. Circle Furniture is fantastic for those customers who don't like shopping online and their showroom on Stuart Street has loads of fabrics you can look at to create the perfect look for your couch, chair, and pillows. It's great to shop local and you will not be disappointed if you shop at Circle Furniture!

Sydney was extremely helpful. She listened to our needs and offered alternatives. She was never pushy, always helpful. Once home, we heard from her the next day in terms of pricing out our options. She was honest in terms of an expected delivery range. We highly recommend Circle Furniture not only for the excellent products they have, but also because of the excellent service. If all the staff at Circle are as knowledgeable, helpful and considerate as Sydney, we have no hesitation in giving the store a 5 star rating.

We had an amazing experience with Circle Furniture working with James in the Boston location. James was incredibly helpful to me and my husband and worked with us closely as we picked out a couch, a dining room table and chairs that will work perfectly in our new home. James was able to look at the floor plan of our living and dining room and make insightful recommendations on the size of furniture as well as the layout. He understood my taste and design aesthetic perfectly and guided us in a direction we are SO happy with. We can't wait to get out furniture in and see the finished product!

I've had great luck at Circle's Outlet - it's like any outlet because it's hit or miss but since I'm always a Circle fan, it's great when I do find something. My best buy was probably a previously expensive, beautiful quality glass and iron end table for $99. Although I wouldn't expect that kind of bargain everyday, if you hit it right, you will have a quality, stylish piece of furniture. I started buying from the retail Circle store in Hanover in 2004 and everything I've bought is still like new.

I'm surprised by the bad review of this place so I'm adding my own. Circle furniture is a local chain that offers good quality furniture. Their non-outlet stores present their pieces as rooms styled by interior decorators in an appealing way. This is their outlet location and, as a result, the presentation is simply the furniture, no trappings.

I bought a new, modern, chocolate-colored leather couch here for 1/2 of what I would have paid retail. I expect the couch to look gorgeous for many years. True, Elsewhere you could get cheaper furniture that looks cool. Go here when you've done your research, already know the quality and style you want, --as well as what that typically costs. If you're lucky, you might get a good deal.

My first review was filtered for some reason, so I'll keep this short and to the point: I was very happy shopping at Circle Furniture Outlet. I got great customer service and good recommendations from Terri, the manager. I feel like I got treated fairly, honestly and I'm thrilled with my purchases.

The Circle Furniture Outlet Store is definately worth visiting if you're furniture hunting. We were looking for a particular type of chair that would accomodate my husband's medical condition. Terri took a personal interest in our search, and helped us locate exactly what we needed. She's a terrific salesperson because she makes sure that you end up with what you really want, and at a reasonable price to boot!

At Circle outlet, we found the couch of our dreams (exact brand and style we wanted) after searching for months, and got a great deal-- significantly less than it originally sold for! Terry was incredibly helpful and patient with us; I really appreciated her wealth of knowledge versus total lack of aggression, especially compared to salespersons at other furniture stores we visited.

The floor selection was hit or miss like any outlet, but there is a lot of great stuff and definitely worth a visit. If you are visiting a lot of stores, I especially recommend you go here first and last for comparison sake.

I went into circle furniture regular store and could not afford the items that i liked. it was such a pleasure to got to the outlet, be greeted so kindly by terry and be able to afford a few nice pieces we picked out. we will be back after the first of the year to make these purchases. thanks to a helpful sales person L nero
