Our family has a long history in the furniture business. Since my Grandmother's start as "America Furniture, Maynard" in 1917 to my father's opening of Siesta Sleepshop in 1953, we have been proudly serving the Acton and surrounding area. In a word. OUTSTANDING! For the past 27 years, I have only bought my mattresses here and have also bought bedroom furniture. My loyalty has been earned by this family run business, begun in the 50's, and reminiscent of that time. They remember me, they make shopping easy and comfortable, they are honest and sincere, prices are fair, the merchandise is high quality, the store is not overwhelming and does not reek of a chain. If you want a mattress with NO RETURN POLICY, this is your store. Recently purchased 2 bed frames (king and queen).soon after purchased a new king mattress and box spring. Purchased on the November 29, called Andre on December 13 to let him know how much pain I was in and wanted to exchange/refund. Previously he stayed a 120 day return period (similar to other stores, as I checked) Turns out not the case, claims due to Covid. *take note, their return policy is NOT on website, Yelp, google etc and NOT posted In store or on receipts. However I did find a review that stated how quick and easy their return was.hmm Spent OVER $2000 and now have a mattress I cannot sleep on. BUYER BEWARE! Very disappointed.

Feeling lucky to have stumbled upon this store in Acton. We were resigned to a stressful day of driving around looking for a bed frame that would fit our style and budget, but a quick google search led us here at the start of the day and found something so easily and so on-budget that we were able to enjoy the rest of a beautiful day. Great customer service and easy communication, including the scheduling of delivery and assembly.

Bought a mattress and base from these folks. Really great experience: salesperson was super knowledgeable and really helped us focus our choice. Set up a delivery time that was very convenient for me, delivery guys removed my old set and got the new one in without difficulty; even navigating my staircase (which includes two turns) without destroying themselves or any of my walls. Really love the new mattress!

This is an excellent store -- good quality beds, mattresses, and mattress protectors; helpful owner and staff who answer all your questions but also let you wander and think without pestering you; and great prices. The delivery service is inexpensive and set-up is careful, with no boxes or plastic bags left for you to discard. I have returned twice in the more than ten years since I first bought a bed frame and mattress from Siesta Sleepworks. Support this admirable local business; you'll be glad you did!
