5 stars just because all the associates I've communicated with at this location are so helpful and so sweet! From management to the helpers on the floor and the cashiers, everyone's been great every time I've come in to shop.

Considering this store is already over priced I'm disappointed with one of the toys being dirty through my pick up order. Looks like I got it used from a garage sale. Lol not cool.

Make sure you get the right formula before purchasing for others or yourself since they don't do returns or exchanges on formula. They apparently have signs everywhere with the policy, but should be discussed at the register when purchasing.

I came to do my registry and ladies were rude when they had a different sign on top of the item. Did not want to honor it because they said the price was old

Stay away! Not only can you find things cheaper elsewhere, the customer service is horrible. I purchased a $350 car seat and asked the cashier if it was returnable if it didn't fit in my car or my daughter wasn't comfortable in it. The cashier told me "should be." I then asked another lady at the register and she said it wasn't due to liability (I understand, but everyone else accepts cat seat returns).

I returned the seat on the spot and they require a driver's license to return something with a receipt. The whole experience is a mess. If they had this particular seat on Amazon I would totally get it from there. Time to look elsewhere for a seat and good customer service

My wife and I are having our first child and so we we've had a long list of baby items to purchase. We didn't realize Buy Buy baby has EVERYTHING! So we've literally spent each of our weekends in Buy Buy Baby for the last 2-3 months. There are many kind and knowledgeable people that work at this location. My mom recently bought a rocking chair to rock my daughter when she occasionally visits. The chair literally fell apart within weeks. We took it back to the store and they told me us that we could "try to go through the manufacturer for a warranty" but essentially that they don't stand behind their products at all. The assistant manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and unwilling to replace the chair.

The manufacturer (Alan White) said they would send fabric and stuffing and we could pay someone out of pocket to fix the chair, but they didn't have the shipping capability to send just one out. So essentially a lot of finger pointing and deflection and a piece of junk chair. After that experience I stopped buying from them - there's absolutely no incentive to shop there.

Service is horrendous and prices are higher than other stores. I was recently in the store and they got rid of almost all of the higher quality strollers as well. Those brands were the only reason to shop there over Target or Walmart which both have much better return policies and customer service. Honestly, no wonder bed bath and beyond is struggling.

So I regularly come to this store and normally find nice associates working here, today CALEN in the register was the most helpless associate that I have ever seen, u told that I just open an account that I wanted to use she didn't even help to look or tell me how to find it in my email and she had a really rude attitude. In my opinion if someone its going to spend there money we need to be treated differently

I will never go back to this location ever. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to another location. Even though this one is closer to me. The experience I had at this location was very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. One of the store "managers" (Al), so he calls himself, was extremely rude to me and my mom. I was already picking up something from that location for a family members registry and I, myself, have a registry and my sister ordered me a a stroller and car seat from there and was not able to pick up, nor my mom due to them having health problems.

When I called, the manager told me I couldn't pick it up due to "security" reasons which I think is absolutely ridiculous especially if I am the one that is getting a product from my own registry. I do not get the whole "security" reasons?! So when my mom came to pick it up, she called and the "manager" was completely unprofessional and extremely rude to her over the phone.

The customer service here is uncalled for. I am pregnant and my mom and sister have health problems. No need to be rude and unprofessional. No "sorry ma'am", no professional apologies, just extremely unprofessional and extremely rude.

We came in to look at strollers for our expecting twins. The store manager Tavares was so helpful and patient with us. He explained each and every stroller we were interested in and also gave us his opinion. Will def come back and shop here!
