Starting as a manufacturer and distributor of bank teller stations and safes in the San Francisco Bay Area, MG West Company was in high demand after the 1906 Earthquake. The 7.9 magnitude earthquake leveled the city, leaving many Clients in need of access to their safes and vaults. Following the Great Depression, Monroe George shifted from banks to offices, and MG West entered the office furniture industry. The rest is history. This guys are over priced and their customer service stinks! Our company spent over 350K with them 2 years ago, and have talked to over 8 people via phone and email, and keep getting transferred. ALL I WANT IS THE INVOICE FOR THE ITEMS WE PURCHASED, WITH THE DIMENSIONS. Wish someone would call me back, its been over a month that I've been trying to track someone down with accountability.

MG West has made numerous mistakes with orders - everything from incorrect desk orientations to incorrect materials and colors. My office purchased items for our move over three months ago and we are still working out problems with them. MG West consistently makes mistakes dealing with issues related to insurance. My office building requires company insurance in order to deliver large pieces of furniture such as desks.
Almost every time, MG West submits inaccurate insurance papers and the delivery people are unable to deliver anything. Most significantly, MG West is completely unresponsive to phone calls and emails. I have never complained about any vendor or service provider. Here this review is completely deserved!
