I placed an order on 7/31/19 and on 8/10/19 based on the manufactures website as stating they make/build an excellent product. I ordered through AFAStores.com, the order did take a while to be delivered. The order for one nightstand on 8/10/19 was delivered first. This nightstand was delivered damaged, the top of the nightstand was not planned correctly and the wood was split and one of the drawers would not stay closed. AFAStores send a repairman to my home to try and correct this however he said it would cost too much and the company should send me a replacement.
The replacement arrived and the same thing happened, top not planned correctly and the drawer will not stay closed and I refused this order. The salesman with Bebe said my floors were not level and this could be the case why the drawer is not staying closed. My floor is level and if this is the case why is one drawer staying closed and the other not?
My order on 7/31/19 was finally delivered, the bed, dresser and mirror are nice however that nightstand has the same issues as the other nightstand and I refused to accept this piece. AFAStores fix: They will continue to send me a pair of nightstands until they are perfect (how long this will take is questionable). I am at the point of them picking up my entire order and refunding my money (AFAStores is unwilling to do this). Poor customer service at its finest. Do your homework prior to ordering anything from Bebe and AFAStores.

Furniture is garbage. We paid almost $1800 for a solid oak dresser 18 months ago and It's falling apart. 3 drawers collapsed inside, which are now totally useless. Called customer service about repairing the dresser and have gotten no response. DON'T waste your money on their furniture, it's definitely overpriced and Definitely not worth it. I had to hire a carpenter to fix it.

While they make good quality furniture the customer service is totally awful. This is what our review of BEBE and ATG Stores is. Between the 2 of them they have made our lives a living hell for 5 months now. Every places we refer to ATG you can add BEBE as they are just as responsible. Again good Furniture just be prepared to wait about a half of a year to receive it after it is paid for. -------------------------- Placed an order with ATG in August 2012.
We were told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery then the next day received an email stating it would be delayed another 2 weeks. Wait 3 weeks and then we were told another 2 weeks delay. Then we were told that it shipped at the end of September. After waiting another 2 weeks we were told that it left Southern California was in route. Waited another 2 weeks and were told that the order was in San Francisco and that we would have it in 2 days in Oregon.
We then received an email stating it was at the installers location and to set up a date for installation. We emptied out the house for the new items and on the day we finished giving away all of our old items we received a call from the installers saying they never received the items This was mid November. We are now living out of boxes. Contact ATG and were told the whole order was still in CA and had not shipped yet, told another 2 weeks.
Finally the order arrived at the installers, that is part of it, apparently the shipper had lost a portion of the items in shipping, ATG did nothing to find the order until we contacted them a week later and pushed them, Finally got someone that at least tried to help, and told us that they would have to track the order through the shipper, another 2 weeks (really in this day and age of tracking numbers) and guess what it was lost and had to be reordered. Received an email saying that it would ship in 1 week it did not and after another week we contacted them to find out that it would be another 2 weeks for the company to remake the product (You think this thing came from China instead of California, about 830 miles away).
Well that date was missed also and we were told that it would now take another 2 weeks due the manufacturer being closed for Christmas, yes Christmas - now over 4 months from the order date. This just gets better, after Christmas were received another email stating that it would now be delayed until mid January. By the time this product arrives it will be over 6 months since it was ordered and oh yeah, they have been paid in advance for the entire order.
We are giving them 1 star only because that is the lowest rating we can give and that they did refund our installation fee, WHOOPEE. Now they are not even making an attempt to keep us posted unless we contact them or they miss another date. So far ATG has missed 13 promised dates. We would recommend that you DO NOT use this company to purchase anything.
