Lowery's Lawn & Patio Furniture

I have to say that the experience of buying a patio set at Lowery's was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. This is my second time purchasing a patio set at Lowery's. The first was for my self and the service was so great that I decided to return when I was purchasing a set for my parents. The customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend Lowery's as an alternative to the larger generic stores when you are in the market for your next patio set.

It's a shame that they are closing. Quality products and great customer service.

You don't see this very often. Recently had an unexpected issue with some swivel patio chairs we purchased years back, and I called to talk with the whoever knows the most about patio furniture, an that was Keith. He could have just pushed it off, cause it was from a purchase years back, but he didn't. Within days the parts that I thought I needed, arrived at my door.

Then I found it was far more an issue than I thought. Again I called, an as before he walked me through it, an the manufacturer is making up what's needed so I can correct the problem. American made, is what made a difference, along with a business that stands behind what they sell. Right from day one, they always made it a pleasant experience, an very knowledgeable in every way.

Have purchased a number of things over the years from them, and a close friend told me about them, an so glad he did. From an indoor Rattan an deep cushion sun room set with matching end an coffee table. An outdoor patio set with stationary an swivel chairs, to a very nice 9' umbrella. To pillows an other accessories, it has been our go to place for many years Driving from Exeter for many years, an now from Kittery Point, is well worth it. Don't ever change.

Has patio furniture, but not in the price range I needed, and nothing (at the day of our visit) on outdoor display. The most jarring thing had to be the number of sets well over our budget. We didn't want to spend more on our outdoor furniture than we spent on TWO rooms of indoor furniture that we recently purchased. Very high quality, which appeals to a segment of folks, but we had to take a pass.

Listen - I'm from the city, and know quality furniture and appropriate pricing when I see it. This is not it. The showroom is crowded and we were not greeted by sales staff upon entry. The pieces are very over priced and their "sale prices" are far from sale. I think that for people that don't know better, it's fine. Drive to Massachusetts and go to Jordan's.

Great customer service to go with quality patio furniture. We special ordered a patio set and requested a change in the color a week after the purchase. Kevin was very helpful helping to select the right color and coordinating with the manufacturer to make the change.

Very helpful staff. First time going there today. We were very impressed at the quality of the items on hand. Bought more than we thought we would. Will be calling tomorrow morning to buy another awesome item and pick it up next week. Very unique items, great experience!

My aunt and I had an excellent experience at Lowery's today. Hank was so pleasant and very helpful answering all of our questions. Any employee we saw was so welcoming. The products are exceptional. We would highly recommend anyone going there.

Just bought our new patio furniture. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and we were very happy with our experience. Great selection of items available in stock and to order. We highly recommend.

Lots to choose from. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We bought a nice patio set and a really nice bird bath. Prices are good and comparable.

My husband and I were driving to the beach for the day and needed to purchase two beach chairs. We stopped at this store, and chose two different chairs: a sand chair and a high boy with an attached sunbrella. These were not inexpensive chairs, but seemed to be good quality. When we got to the beach the sunbrella was not there. I called the store, shared my question about what I thought was a missing sunbrella.

The man could ONLY repeat the following words "They come separately and they were tagged that way." HE repeated these words over and over, without any sense of customer satisfaction. There was no apology, no customer service such as 'I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding, but for an additional $$$, we can send you one'" I was not looking for a 'free' sunbrella, rather I was looking to get one for the chair I had already purchased.

When I asked to speak to his manager, he said he was the owner. When I asked for his name, he hung up on me. It was one of the most absurd customer interactions I have ever had, which has led me to write this review. And to share with the business, that this could have been easily averted with some old fashioned customer service.

Lol way over priced patio furniture. My wife and I walked through entire store and not even a hello either. If your going to charge 5K for a 4 piece patio set at least be polite and welcoming when people come in.

We purchased a shed in May and we are so pleased with the workmanship and quality of the shed. The nice thing is that this is a family owned business and behind the store they have a shed factory where they make them and you can design your own shed! Unlike those shed dealers that show up in parking lots in the summer and then they're gone. Lowery's stands by its sheds.

You won't be disappointed Today we went back to purchase a gas fire pit from Brian who was very patient with us and being able to custom make our gas fire pit was a huge plus. I can't say enough positive things about this store. They're the best! Bruce T
