Mystic Wicker

I had been looking all over the internet and by googling wicker shelves finally came upon Mystic Wicker which --for me may as well have been "MAGIC Wicker"! I am NOT a shopper. But I know what I like! I was trying to find similar wicker shelves that we had purchased in 1985 --2nd hand from a gift shop in Corpus, Tx. They used them to display their stuff.

We moved them 6 times and when we were transferred overseas before the move and when stuff went to storage--we let them go. They were worn and done. But I LOVED them and missed them. 3 moves later, we are now retired and have a lovely Sun room and have some memorabilia to display. I have LOOKED so much and DID find used shelves similar--but only ONE for $150 more and it was worn and TIRED--or big shelves that looked like vac u form wrapped wicker for 2 pieces $1380 and still shipping. So, I came upon. MYSTIC wicker and said. OK.DONE.tired of looking!

And then i met Sweet SUE. We spoke numerous times and she was so very nice! OK--the shipping was expensive BUT--WOW--it came --so politely and so perfectly and they called and here on time and no prob backing the 18 wheeler down the long rural driveway and stayed and un packed and checked for issues and HAULED away the packing debris and CHRIS--just so nice!

I rec'd them and so fell in LOVE once again! THX Lewis and SUE! So much! They really are exactly what I want to have in that place kind of forever! They make me very happy and I have YET to even PUT the stuff ON them. SUE.you were so very nice to talk to and thx soooo much! I will send a pic once the STUFF is on them. THX!

Mystic Wicker beautifully refinished 8 chairs for us this spring! Our 4 porch chairs were extremely weathered and now look fabulous painted (they matched the paint color perfectly with our shutters). The other 4 are old style square and wing back chairs. Mystic Wicker's excellent repairs and repainting have given them new life. Sue's initial consultation was helpful and informative; she offered excellent, knowledgeable advice. Pick-up and delivery was extremely convenient and thoughtfully scheduled. Reasonable price with a quick turn-around. We are happy customers.

My husband and I have nothing but wonderful reviews for Mystic Wicker. The customer service is exceptional. Sue was helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to show us fabrics and colors for our replacement pillows for our furniture. She followed up with phone calls and suggestions. Sue is now making us valances to complement our pillows. Our expectations were more than met. Would highly recommend this store! Offers wonderful selections of wicker furniture and accessories.

We needed a new wicker dresser for our home in the Caribbean. After researching multiple wicker websites, we learned Mystic Wicker has by far the best selection as well as the best prices. Due to our shipping situation in the Caribbean, we had several questions which Lew and Sue at Mystic Wicker graciously, quickly, and completely answered. That's when we learned that in addition to the best selection and best prices, they also have the best customer service!

In fact, we ended up ordering two new dressers! Since the dressers are going to our home in the Caribbean, we haven't seen them yet. When we do, we are confident the quality will represent the same level of service Mystic Wicker has demonstrated thus far.

Was pleased to find Mystic Wicker online and the fact that they sell children's wicker was awesome. Ordered a complete set, love seat, chair, table, two rockers with cushions. Shipped to the border very fast and I picked it up. Couldn't have been more pleased with the quality. My grandchildren love it! Can't find anything like this in Canada!

A year ago, I visited Mystic Wicker on a whim one afternoon. What a treat! I was thrilled to see the large inventory of fine wicker and accessories and amazed to find that wicker is such an affordable way to add charm to a decorating project. Their prices were much lower than I had seen either locally or on the internet. I was hooked. I had recently moved into a little cottage and was dreaming of fixing it up.

Over the months, I visited the store often. Sue, the owner, was a great help to me as I slowly developed a plan for my little home. Each time I brought another wicker piece home, I was so delighted. My little cottage has evolved into such a charming home. Thank you, Sue, for making this experience such a pleasant one.

Very nice people to do business with. The tilt-out clothes hamper is perfect for the space we have in our home. It may be smaller than the average hamper, yet the look, quality and size is just what we wanted.

I ordered 2 twin wicker headboards. When they arrived, there was a little color difference between the two. I called and talked with Sue who was wonderfully understanding about my wanting them to match exactly (it's common that there can be slight differences in color with wicker). She sent me another one right away which matched perfectly and I am so pleased with the headboards and the very personal service.

Purchased two-door wicker bathroom cabinet in whitewash color online. Well constructed, perfect size, love the color. Very good customer service; fast shipment. Pleased with overall experience.
