Went in to look for end tables for my sofa. I found 2 beautiful Amish end tables. I happened to mention that the 2 end tables would look good with my white linen couch I purchased for pottery barn. The man who works there yeld out across the room at me " Sorry to hear that" meaning sorry to hear that I had purchased the couch at pottery barn. It literally shocked me!
I was surprised that a store owner would treat a customer like that. I was getting ready to spend over 1,000.00 dollars in their store. I just ignored and him. My wife grabbed me and said let's leave and never come back. I recall being treated very rudely once before going in that store. They seem to look down on people. Very sad. Never going back there again and letting all my neighbors who shop there how I was treated.

Bought a wonderful convertible crib from S.A. Little & Co. Love the quality and the employees were always polite. I have a problem with the service overall. I spent over $1,000.00 on a piece of furniture and it clearly specified a timeline of 8-10 weeks for completion. I thought this to be long but worth it so I accepted the contract. The item was only ready for pick up after waiting for 13 weeks.
I found this to be unacceptable as how if I happened to be 3 weeks past a deadline for the funds then it would be a breach of the contract but they were fine with the terms being changed on their end. I was offered free delivery that would have normally cost $70.00, but I would have to wait an extra 3-4 days. The fact that S.A. Little did so little to accommodate me or offer any type of discount due to the tardiness and inefficiency on their end was appalling. I will never do business with this company again and cannot recommend their services.

Excellent quality furniture--all solid woods--representing various artisans favoring clean, solid design. Knowledgeable and friendly staff help guide you through the many custom options available. While not inexpensive--the quality of the goods is immediately apparent--it does represent uncommon value given what you're paying for. If there is a comparable store in the greater Frederick area, I have yet to find it.
