Just ordered my first and last order from this company. The only reason they get two stars is because my order was shipped in time. Other than that, customer service was next to nonexistent. You can also get things much cheaper off of Quill or Staples. I went local for the customer service aspect, but since this company clearly doesn't know what that means, I'll be ordering online in the future.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! Where do I even begin. As a local resident of Lebanon, I tried to do the "right thing" by buying local, but after dealing with Patricks I'll stick with online merchants in the future. Everything about my experience with this business was just awful. First, I'm told my order will be ready in a week, and it was more like two and a half before I got it. Second, when I did get it, two of the things I originally ordered were still not included. Finally, their customer service at best deserves the grade of F.
Every employee I dealt with was extremely rude on the phone, and acted like it was more my fault than theirs that I was experiencing so many problems. So unless you like being called a liar and shabby customer service, I'd think twice before choosing Patricks.
