Customer service at it's best! After days of looking for a table (we needed in a specific color) we found Village Furniture Elmsford, NY- Juan. All other stores (in person and online) could not get what we needed way into August or beyond. Juan went above and beyond to help us. Our table arrived in 4 days and it is beautiful and well priced!

I purchased an item from an online retailer just to find out a piece couldn't be replaced from them (Out of warranty period) and had to directly contact the manufacturer online. The manufacturer couldn't sell the replacement I needed to me so I had to find a store that works with them to order the piece for me. All the stores near me (I live in Connecticut) that were affiliated with this manufacturer were closed so I searched for other stores to help me order this piece and I don't know who picked up the phone, i'm assuming it was the owner and they told me it was no problem at all that they'd be willing to help me and that he'll charge me whatever the company charges him I just have to go pick it up.

I sent him all my information to try to get my replacement piece and now i'm hoping the manufacturer have it. Regardless of all this, these guys deserve this 5 star review 1000%. Very respectful people and willing to help in any way possible!
