Fedde Furniture Traditions

We have purchased furniture at Fedde in Pasadena for over 15 years and have always admired the quality especially in the Stickley furniture.

I purchased some Stickley Mission style furniture there many years ago. Fine furniture. Finally my 260 lb body had worn out the recliner chair mechanism. I couldn't find the right size anywhere. I called Feddes and they were happy to help me. They got me the right mechanism at a very reasonable price. They did a lot of work on this back and forth with the factory.

I got the mechanism, installed it and now my chair is good as new. This after sale customer service is what sets these folks apart from most others. Everyone I dealt with was happy and helpful. I highly recommend Feddes for new furniture purchases.

A Pasadena institution, I can't remember a time without it, still great furniture, check out the stuff in back.

High Price, High Service but in the end, they send you a different product cheaper than what you paid. Do not order with them. If can buy it from the showroom maybe is better. Don't expect to receive what they showed you.

I went into Fedde Furniture fairly apprehensively because of some of the previous reviews about the sales people, but I wanted to give Fedde a try because they carry some of the quality furniture brands I had read about. When my partner and I walked in we were immediately greeted by Nancy who was extremely friendly without being pushy or hovering. (Also to note, we are fairly young and were wearing shorts and t-shirts - we do not look like fancy big spenders).

She answered our questions and directed us to the section of the store that had the type of furniture we were looking for. She checked in on us a couple times but didn't hover and let us do our thing. She seemed very knowledgeable about the brand we were looking at and was able to answer our questions about quality, construction, etc. We found a sofa we really liked (after looking at what feels like all of the other furniture stores in Pasadena and being concerned about quality) and decided to buy it.

For reference, we were about to by one from PB but after reading reviews online became concerned about the quality and longevity. We're buying a leather sofa and really want it to last. We chose a Bradington Young sofa that has 8 way hand tied springs (which I've now learned is important) and solid wood construction so for the same price as a PB sofa we're getting what we hope will be a really quality piece of furniture.

The one we chose didn't come standard in the color we liked but there were probably 50+ color options to choose from when ordering custom, plus 5 or 6 leg color options. Nancy told us it would take 8-10 weeks to be delivered (for $95) so I'll update my review once we've received our sofa. But 5 stars for Nancy, she was friendly, available, respectful and not at all pushy. A truly wonderful sales experience!

Great selection of leather and fabric Recliners and Chairs, as well as variety of other quality-made furniture. Found an excellent deal on a super comfortable recliner for my grandmother. Linda was very helpful and communicative, and she went out of her way during the pandemic to help me select and pick up the recliner at my convenience. Support local business and good people, when you buy nice furniture. Thanks Linda, my grandma loves her new recliner

This is my favorite furniture store! We like arts and craft furniture which is hard to find, and they have a great selection. We've purchased several pieces from them and been extremely happy with everything. The quality is great and continues holding up well, and the customer service has been excellent! They have gone out of their way to accommodate us during the pandemic, and, now that I saw they've just reopened, we'll be heading over there today to purchase a few more things! I'm so happy this store exists and is so close to where we live! I highly recommend it if you're looking for high quality furniture sold with family business customer service.

I had a fairly odd experience at this location today. I visited the other location on Colorado and it was a positive experience. But at this location I was greeted by a lady who invited us to visit the clearance center, despite asking for arm chairs. Then she popped up and would grill us with questions. When I responded that I wasn't sure to one of her questions, she said "It's not a quiz." Later she pointed some "affordable" options with clear derision.

She seemed to have decided that we couldn't afford much. Sorry I didn't wear my tiara and ball gown to the furniture store, but it's not 1930-- people of all economic levels dress casually, especially on the weekend. Her final gift was to send us off saying "Bye girls." My sister and I are in our 40s. This crossed a line and was inappropriate.

People should not address adults as children. In the end it doesn't affect me much because I'm pretty sure I can get furniture from a hundred other places. But it is odd that someone presumably on commission would burn bridges so readily.

After living with mismatched furniture for 18 years my husband and I decided to finally buy "grown up" furniture. We shopped around for months only to find many of the chain stores had poor quality and high prices. We found Fedde Furniture by chance, and the absolute best designer/saleswoman Molly Malloy. Molly spent numerous hours working with us both in our home and in the store.

The items that were not readily available were special ordered to our specifications and they are amazing! Fedde sells many different brands of furniture, well made and guaranteed so you can choose pieces you like and not be stuck like you would at those chain stores. We not only furnished our living room but also purchased a beautiful piece for our dining room that compliments what we already own. If you go to Fedde ask for Molly. She is THE BOMB!

We had a wonderful experience selecting a sofa at Fedde. They deal in high quality furniture (8 way hand tied, spring and down) and the difference is very noticeable when you sit on them as opposed to foam cushions. Roxanne patiently walked us through the process of finding the perfect fit for our family room and her color and fabric suggestions were extremely helpful.

Mark is amazing, my experience with this furniture was awsome, I bough 2 sofas in January 8th 2017 and 1 is a sleeper air mattress, I can't say with words how helpful has Mark been to us. I am a business owner with impecable reviews on line because we provide the best experience to every single customer of ours, and here Mark make me feel just like I treat my customers, I read all the reviews here and there are a few negative reviews but it's difficult to please customers that don't want to listen, when you want to buy good quality furniture you must come prepare with $$$$ because their furniture is the best, besides they back their furniture 100% I am a very satisfied customer, thank you Mark. About the staff working here I can't say much because I don't know them well. The lady that helped us was nice I don't remember her name.

Just an update. We finally replaced the piece, a sofa, that we had bought at Fedde's and that had been so disappointing. We ended up at The Sofa Company. I was extremely skeptical going in, but the people there were so knowledgeable and helpful that we ended up buying there, and the sofa seems of somewhat better quality than what we got at Fedde's.

The other Fedde's stuff we've bought is holding up fine for its age. In short, Fedde's is okay, and I would still go there, at least to shop, but I no longer assume that whatever they sell will be really good quality or that we'll get great service.

Totally offended by the customer service here! I'm not certain if the sales lady helping my parents were straight racist or plain old rude. That said, we were about to purchase thousands worth of furniture, and apparently you can't change your mind here and hold off on one item without being yelled at. Literally, the sales lady threw all her paperwork on the table, flipped out, and yelled at my mom for wasting her time! Needless to say, we cancelled everything else, and will never shop here again.

Furniture is quality, get what you pay for. I will return if the delivery doesn't go smoothly. So far good experience

Well priced, well made furniture but styles are very traditional.

Bought a dresser a year ago and discovering NOW that it was cracked and repaired. The repair job only surfaced now due to a little weather change and the crack is very visible. It was originally tagged as $2071, on sale for $1095 - WITHOUT DISCLOSING ITS DAMAGE. I can't even resell it for $200 even though it's in its original condition! Bunch of crooks.

High prices, high quality, so so service. We had someone come to our home for a design service. We told them what we had in mind and they took some measurements and said they'd come back with some ideas. Two weeks later, we went to the store again to see the ideas. They turned out to be rectangles on a piece of paper as a scale drawing of the room with cutouts roughly the size of a few pieces of furniture that she just pushed around the rectangles into different "configurations" Maybe this was just poor salesmanship on the part of setting expectations of what design services are, but when I hear "Design Services" I expect something a little more involved.

I was hoping for a 3d rendering of the room with a few different color ideas, maybe a suggestion for accent pieces. It was like ordering a pizza, expecting Dominoes and getting an elementary school lunch slice. We did end up ordering a couple of couches because this is the only place we could find the high quality we wanted. Just don't waste your time with their "design services" Even at free, I felt taken advantage of.

We purchased both of our children's Universal SmartStuff bedroom sets here. Danielle was AMAZING from the first email I sent her to following up before and after the delivery. The men who brought the furniture and installed it were also outstanding - truly professional folks. I can't say a single bad thing about the entire purchase process.

As far as pricing goes, we shopped at some other stores, including Mathis Brothers, and Fedde's pricing was much more competitive with far superior customer service. All in all, come on by, you won't be disappointed!

Fedde's is not your typical furniture store. They serve a higher purpose with quality products and folks who are well versed in real home furnishings. It is needless to say that you will not find the typical RTA (Ready to assemble) examples that many of us tend to see now. Most pieces are usually customizable, but what I like about Fedde' is their back showroom of discounted high-end furniture. There are some real good bargains here.

Feddes has fine furniture, some of the best made pieces available anywhere. I love shopping there for heirloom furniture that is timeless and will function well for longer than my lifetime. Wonderful customer service oriented staff, couldn't be happier with the products and services.

Great selection of quality furniture. I am very pleased with all of the purchases I have made from them. The stuff have been great help to me. The delivery guys are great and put everything where you want it. Loved it!

Hmmm not so much here. I was immediately put off by the staff as soon as I walked in the door. I felt like I was being judged and assessed to see if I was a serious potential buyer. I felt like I just couldn't look for furniture on my own without the pressure. There was however, one really genuine lady, Danielle I think here name was. She seemed genuine but I didn't feel the same warmth coming from the rest of the staff.
