I have had nothing but great customer service from the sales floor to delivery! Abe and his staff are able to help you even if it's not on the floor they can show you the catalogs and oder your dream furniture!

The worst experience. They lied about delivery and what needs to be paid. They accused us falsely and then apologized about certain pieces. They get as much money as possible. They used the same excuse as having family issues. There is a pattern. Unprofessional in all respects.

Check out my colleagues furniture store in Glendale. He has some of the most modern collections. Thank you Ab for the new bedroom set. He delivers on time as promised with competitive ranges. Thanks a million friend.

I can't believe how rood and not professional they work in this store. Recently my parents who are old about to get some sofa's set from their store, their team members collect the money before we got a furniture deliver. First day we place the order furniture and then second they were change our mind, then they kept the most money it was cash as a deposit not refundable $500, other part was credit to our bank I believe if we gave them more cash they will keep more too.

And this happened less then 24 hours we placed the order. I can't believe he also told this old people, who are someone who need to take care of them too, he mentioned that they have 4 kids they have to be taking care of it so they have to earn some money whenever they sell something's. They rate is 0 but because I have to post reviews I need to put some stars

At the end of a long day of couch-hunting, we found this beautiful shop with multiple options that fit our needs. Once we settled on something, they were quick to make us an offer we couldn't refuse. They set aside our item until we were ready for delivery, and brought it to us at the agreed-upon date and time with no complications, which was a huge relief amid all the stress of moving.

We are in love with our new sofa and so glad we found A Star. We can't wait to revisit their location and browse some more. Highly recommend their incredible sales and delivery team!

My roommate and I had the best experience here! Nena was so helpful and let us look directly in their catalogs to find the best sofa for us. The store seems to be a mom and pop shop so we are so glad that we were able to support a local business. The delivery was amazing and the sofa is high quality! We got such an amazing deal and we even got a free rug from playing a game with Abe and John! Great people, great products, and a great outcome. Couldn't be happier!

Great place to buy a couch (they have plenty of furniture to choose from too)! They were so kind & welcoming! A Star Furniture is the worst furniture store I've ever seen. First of all, the prices are higher than other similar stores. Secondly, the boss is a cheater. They deceive the customer by saying that it is the last day of the sale and persuade them to buy the product. You pay a deposit and when on the same day you realize that you are cheated on by them and all the other furniture stores are cheaper and you want to cancel the order the same day, they do not refund by saying you can order something different with that same amount.

When you go back and order something new in order not to lose your funds, their boss lies impudently, saying that the money is returned. I want everyone to know that you will be cheated in A Star Furniture store anyway. My recommendation, avoid such cheaters as much as possible. Believe me in other furniture stores you will be served with more quality and affordable prices. I am saying this from my own experience and have heard many of these same complaints about A Star Furniture Store from some friends as well.

Great customer service and amazing deals on all furniture as well as the carpets! I definitely recommend checking this place out. If anyone is interested, they also do installment payments for anything purchased. We got this beautiful green couch and carpet!

In time of post pandemic it has been so difficult to find a furniture store that can accommodate all my home needs! I was blessed to find this furniture store they actually had quality furniture in stock unlike all the other major furniture stores that had 1-2 month delays! I was able to fully furnish my 3 story townhome with the help of A star! To put the cherry on top the owner and employees are genuinely good people. delivery was prompt and the furniture I purchased is quality. Honestly beyond the fact that they made me feel like family there service is awesome. must check them out! Happy New Years everyone and thanks again a-star!

I'm not sure I've ever written a Yelp review but after the wonderful service and deal I received from A Star Furniture, I had to share. Quick back story.we had a Jackson Mammoth sectional on order since Nov 2020 with an online company and had been waiting for over a year (something about a shortage of the foam they use)! Finally, we decided to walk into A Star Furniture and see if they had anything that we liked, and that we could get right away, since our couch had been on its last leg for months.

We walked in, received the friendliest greeting and were immediately guided around the store. We saw a sectional that we both liked; easy to maintain (unlike our current couch), comfy, nice neutral color, and could be configured in many different ways. We sat down with Abe and discussed how many pieces we'd need. He helped us measure and figure out all the logistics.

We went home, remeasured our space and ordered that afternoon. 5 days later, our new sectional was delivered and we are so happy with it! My only regret is that we waited a whole year before stepping into A Star Furniture! Thanks again, Abe, and the whole staff, for the attentive service, working within our budget and super quick delivery.

I'm shocked to see negative reviews for this wonderful company! When I moved to the area, I wanted a lounge chair for my new apt and A Star was one of MANY stops. Of all the places we shopped, A Star had the best customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. They listened to my ideas and showed me several nice pieces, taking time to explain details of the furniture.

I ended up buying a beautiful royal blue velvet chair that rocks and swivels! Over 2 years later, it's still my favorite piece in my room I remember the price being fair and would definitely shop here again in the future!

Awful store with disgusting cheap furniture and expensive prices. The $ 1100 sofa looked like trash in three months. Employees do not change goods and do not return money. They say that I overused it. The same sofa at different store cost half of this price! Never come back to this store! LIARS!

And and Vher are THE BEST! I had been to over 20 couch stores looking for what I actually wanted and the second I walked in I was greeted, my needs were listened to and some of the best options I had seen were directly in front of me! They weren't pushy but actually helpful and kind! And they have THE best, styles at affordable rates and hands down the best quality and service from Santa Monica to San Bernardino! they cut me an amazing deal and threw in a pillow! Worth the drive no matter where you're coming from. I'm so beyond happy with my new couch (and friends)! :) 10 stars

Shopping at A Star Furniture has easily been the best shopping experience for me ever. Staff and owner are incredibly friendly and helpful, they can really help you find what you're looking for if it's not up in the showroom and often have amazing deals! I'll definitely be returning to give them my business over a larger chain like Ikea. Thanks again for all the incredible help A Star Furniture!

Bought a bed frame here and Javiera made the whole experience very stress free! There was a small hiccup with the headboard once it was delivered (manufacture scratch) and she replaced it speedily. A new headboard arrived within 2 days and she was in communication with me the whole time. The delivery guy Jose was very professional and helpful as well.

So many choices at @astarfurniture! Vahe did a great job showing me around. Very happy with the variety and selection! These where my top choices, I am so excited I found one that will work for me and @annabellemoonsand and we will get to be able to cuddle and read books again side by side on a big squishy comfortable couch!

My girlfriend and I went to buy furniture for the home we just bought and liked some of the selections available. James, was a big help. Everything was going great, we had chosen about 5,000 worth of furniture but there was no one there to do the financing; we came back the next day and this is when it all went wrong! Javiera, the finance manager is terrible.

She was rude, dismissive, would not answer questions clearly and seemed to genuinely not care. The financing companies they work with charge more than the furniture if you don't pay it off in three months and this is if you have great credit which we do. Other than James the rest of the staff seemed to have the same general bad attitude. Never trust this store with your business. It is a wonder to me how they have any good reviews-but then again-I guess we all know

We went in on a Monday in hopes of finding a new couch. I have to admit I didn't think we'd luck out because we had been looking for months. But as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Nona. I think her name was and she was wonderful. We told her what we were looking for.leather sectional in a light color. She showed us a few and 15 to 20 minutes later we were walking out with a receipt and an expected delivery date of 2 days later. Boom!

The very next day which was yesterday we got a delivery confirmation call and today our couch arrived. We received a call first saying they were about 25 minutes away and they were probably here in less time than that. When the delivery guys arrived they first dealt with removing our old couch. We set that up through Nona on Monday. Then after they removed our couch they brought in and set up our new couch. It's beyond perfect. It's gorgeous and super comfortable. If only jean shopping were this easy. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing service! I have been couch shopping for what seemed like forever. I just couldn't find the perfect sofa until I came here. The showroom has plenty of pieces but if you don't see anything you like they have catalogs of furniture that you can choose from. I found the pieces I needed and they gave me a great price. Thank you A Star Furniture! I came here looking for some furniture for my new apartment. When first walking in I felt safe, a very open space including all workers following covid protocols, making sure that I was being helped in anyway needed. Another thing that blew me away was the quality and availability of the things they had. The owner was awesome enough to make sure that I was able to furnish my new apartment at an AMAZING price and also managed to squeeze me in for a same day delivery. If you're looking for great customer service and quality furniture at a good price this is the place. Thank you Abe!

Love, love, love our couch and ottomans! Abe is awesome. We originally were going to purchase from another store, but had the worst customer experience. We remembered A Star Furniture was near by (don't know why we didn't go to A Star first, but we will from here on) and within minutes found the perfect couch that was delivered the next day!

We ordered 2 ottomans that were not in the store. Unfortunately, the ottomans took quite some time to ship (COVID) - But Abe and his team always keep us updated and helped in every way possible. My ottomans finally came at the perfect time (just b4 the holidays) AND they are exactly what we wanted! So worth the wait!

All we have to say is WOW! I never really write review but I want to take the time to write a review here since it is well deserved :) Me and my boyfriend have been in search for a sofa. We even bought one from a different company but it couldn't fit through our door so we had to send it back, then we ordered another and they refused to deliver it because they thought it wouldn't fit through the door. Finally, through many searches we found Star Furniture and I spoke with VAHE.

We went in to see their show room and right away when we got there we were greeted and asked if we have been helped. Vahe was very patient, attentive, and answered all our questions. We found the same exact sofa we got from the other store but it's much more worth it getting it here due to their great customer service. Vahe even ensured that delivery will not be a problem at all.

So we ordered it and to our surprise it was delivered sooner than expected and was even assembled for us! If you're looking for sofas or any other furniture, look no further this is the place to go. This company definitely delivered and met our expectations plus more and if we ever need to get other furnitures we'll just come straight here. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends. Vahe if you ever get to see this, thank you so much for helping us out. We truly appreciate it :)

I purchased a beautiful oak bunk bed for my kids through the stores leasing program. The employees are very nice and the owner even discounted two twin mattresses! The beds and mattresses were delivered and assembled 3 days later, perfect timing! Great quality products

Bought a sofa bed and a bed, both are stylish. Happy with the quality for the prices I paid. The sales person was very friendly and helpful and the furniture was delivered a week after it was ordered. Very professional place and I highly recommend them for your furniture needs

I moved to the LA area about 4 years ago. my first furniture search brought me here and i have been coming back ever since. Dining tables, couches, beds, entertainment centers, coffee table (that i absolutely adore!) almost anything you are looking for they got it. If they don't, they'll order it! What keeps bringing me back (besides the amazing prices) is the customer service, no matter who helps me they always have the best attitude and want to do anything and everything they can to help me. I totally recommend checking this place out first before anything else

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY RECENT 5 STAR REVIEWS, THE ARE FAKE AND ARE THERE ONLY TO HELP THEIR RATING FROM DROPPING ONE STAR WHICH WHICH THEY DESERVE. I will preface this by saying I tried to work with this company given the fact that they honored a mistake on their website, with a price misquote. It listed the chair and sofa as a set for $249 (See photo below).

So I tried to work with them. But the fact remains that this is BASICALLY GLORIFIED DOLL FURNITURE! I need furniture for my loft space. Once delivered I notices the sofa looked nothing like the photo on their website. The cushions were not full, they were flat and you could tell they skimped on the fill because I could pull on it and it looked like loose skin (see photo below) I chalked it up to it was in a box and it just needed time to fluff out like the advertised photo.

After a week, it still looked the same. I contacted store and talked with a woman named Javier. She said they would replace the sofa if I paid $100 dollars. Initially I agreed but then I read the terms and conditions (see photo below) and it said they would replace at no cost to me. So I called Javier back and asked why was I being charged $100, when I'm covered by the warranty.

She told me the owner felt like he was already losing by giving me the chair, so I needed to pay for the delivery men. I had to weigh my options. Was this a fluke and just a manufacturing default? Should I pay $100 only to receive another damaged poorly made item? My solution was to use the extended warranty under Visa buyer protection so neither party would lose.

I called the store and told them this was my solution. But I had misplaced the small white credit card receipt and I only had the pink invoice copy. I wanted to make sure I had any and all document, before I put in my claim so I would not get turned down. When I called to request the receipt, someone named Robert said he would find it for me and give me a call back. 4 days passed and no call.

So I emailed and requested a call. That's when I realized the person I spoke to (Robert Cohen) was actually the owner! I asked him why he never call me back, and he said, "I never said I'd call you back". Really? Then he went on to say he could not find the receipt (figures). read the other reviews, they will also say the same thing I am saying. That the furniture could not last a month, less known a year under warranty! Long story short, I disputed with credit card company, and they gave me a refund.

Had a good experience. Bought a nice chair. They gave me a discount for buying a floor model. Very friendly people.
